I bought shoes on October 4th and inquired about the delivery time. I attempted to get a refund, but they claimed the item was delivered to a front porch I don't have. I have not received the package and have been trying to get my $25 back on my debit card with no luck. The order number is 5d1faoe8cfd124e64c40a05d. Please assist with this issue.

Username: ptopaz Android Version: 9 SDK Version: 28 Name/Model: Samsung/SM-N960U App Version: 3.16.01 I have had two people request my name, number, and address to send me a check. They offered to pay extra once they receive the items. One for a dress listed in the teens offered $50 more, and another for sneakers offered an extra $[redacted]. I informed them that all transactions are to be done through Poshmark. Are these requests considered phishing and legal? Thank you in advance.

I lost my phone and later discovered it was stolen when I checked my email on another device and saw that my Venmo account was charged without my authorization. I contacted customer service immediately to report the unauthorized purchase and requested not to receive the item or be charged. Proceeding with the transaction will put my account in the negative, and I'm uncertain if the charge will go through. Despite reaching out three times - once through messaging and twice through email - an email notification mentioned that the product is on its way to my address. I did not make this purchase, and I have taken necessary precautions by deleting all account information and canceling within the required timeframe.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding an upsetting experience with Poshmark's customer service. As a Posh Ambassador since January [redacted], I have worked diligently to maintain a high reputation. Recently, I sold a $[redacted] Chloé - Faye mini backpack to a new user from San José, CA, who then requested to cancel the purchase claiming the item showed wear not depicted in the pictures. Despite my item being brand new with tags, Poshmark canceled the sale without consulting me or providing a detailed explanation, only relying on the buyer's word. Now, the buyer claims to be returning the item, but as of Wednesday evening, there is no progress on the tracking number. I suspect foul play. I urgently need assistance in either retrieving my backpack promptly or obtaining the buyer's information for a police report. The case number is #[redacted]7. I am concerned as the payment for the item I shipped has not yet been processed into my bank account. The shipper received the product promptly, rated me five stars, and approved the shipment, but it has been over four days without the funds reflecting. I acknowledge that Monday was a holiday, possibly causing a delay, but I am still unsure of the current status. I am hesitant to send any more items until I receive payment. I sold men's Carolina steel toe boots on Poshmark and used a post office label to ship them as I couldn't print the label from Poshmark. The boots were shipped on 10/7/[redacted] with an expected delivery date of 10/10/[redacted]. Even though the boots were delivered on 10/9/[redacted], Poshmark canceled the order because they claimed I didn't ship the item. I provided the receipt and evidence of delivery to Poshmark and emailed them multiple times, but I still haven't received payment for the sale or the boots. I'm asking Poshmark to release my earnings promptly, along with acknowledging that the boots were shipped and delivered by checking the provided tracking number (9[redacted] 4[redacted] [redacted] 74). I hope Poshmark can resolve this issue promptly. Thank you, Dusty D.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Poshmark. After cancelling an item I purchased due to lack of shipping information, I was later informed by Poshmark that the item was actually being authenticated. Now, I would like to repurchase the item but I am unsure of how to proceed as there is no customer service number available. I have tried reaching out through various channels but have not received a response, which has left me feeling frustrated. I made an offer on a Vera Bradley purse and wallet, but encountered payment issues on your site and can no longer message the seller. I tried creating another account with my bank information to pay, but that did not work. This is an important gift for my granddaughter's sweet sixteen, and the seller reduced the price significantly knowing my fixed income due to disability. Concerned another buyer might acquire the set, I seek assistance as a newbie to your platform with limited computer skills. Planning to shop for Christmas today, I may opt for easier platforms like eBay or Amazon if this matter is not resolved swiftly. Hello, I have a couple of questions. Firstly, I recently made a sale of $[redacted] on Poshmark and instead of the funds going into my checking account, can you please allocate them to my Discover card? I prefer using Discover for my purchases. Secondly, I received a suspicious email that mentioned my password and requested a code to be entered in the browser. Should I follow through with this? Lastly, although I have been actively sharing in the community, the sharing count seems to be stuck at 11 while I receive notifications from Tumblr about more shares being done. I believe something might be wrong with the sharing button or it could be linked to another account. I sold an item on Poshmark on 10/14. The tracking number shows it was out for delivery on 10/21, but I still haven't received payment. I'm struggling to get a clear answer from the post office as I don't have the buyer's address. The item was sent to Poshmark for authentication and then to the buyer. Poshmark insists it was delivered, but I'm left wondering why I haven't been paid yet. The tracking number doesn't confirm the delivery status, and I've reached out multiple times without a resolution. It's frustrating not having the buyer acknowledge receiving the item for the funds to be released. I'm feeling increasingly upset with their service and need a prompt response.

I recently sold an item on Poshmark, but encountered an issue when the buyer opened a case. The money from the sale was deposited into my account but was later taken out or canceled, leaving me confused and without the item. Despite Poshmark stating the item was delivered and accepted by the buyer, I have not received any further information about the status of the item. I reached out to Poshmark for assistance and was informed that there was an issue with the item during transit to the buyer, leading to its cancellation. Poshmark mentioned having insurance but did not provide instructions on how to make a claim. This situation has left me out of both the $[redacted] from the sale and the item itself, with no clear resolution in sight.

I sent a new briefcase to an individual named Akashlina Haider on November 1, [redacted], at Akashlina 74. I shipped it via UPS Store #[redacted] at [redacted] N. MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Akashlina claims to have received the wrong item, stating it contained women's items like shoes. I observed the UPS worker labeling the box. I questioned the USPS worker about the briefcase weighing 9 pounds and was informed I needed a new label for items over 5 pounds, which I obtained from Poshmark for $15.96. Akashlina is not being truthful as he insists not receiving the briefcase, causing me to lose money. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you, Janice Taylor

I purchased a bundle order from a seller on your site, @Gisell107. After making the payment, I had some questions about the order which seemed to upset her. She then publicly mentioned my status as a single mother, canceled my order, and did not refund my payment to my card. This was distressing for me. I intend to report and take legal action against her for this unacceptable behavior. If she does not fulfill my order, I will pursue legal action to get my money back. I have evidence of our conversation and expect a full refund. The cancellation has also resulted in additional charges from my bank for online purchases, adding to my frustration. I require a prompt resolution or I will escalate the matter further.

I posted pictures of the necklace showing the plain backing to be transparent about the product. Requesting that inquiries be completed promptly to avoid escalating the situation. The item was opened, not as described by the buyer. The pictures accurately represent the product and the situation seems unjust and false. This issue needs to be resolved quickly.

Every time I attempt to log in, the system indicates that my password is incorrect, causing much frustration. While trying to sell on Poshmark, I encountered significant issues with logging in and viewing offers. Despite receiving notifications, clicking on the link revealed no offers. Unfortunately, I cannot make phone calls to rectify this, adding to the frustration. Today, when attempting to purchase an item, my new password failed to work, even though I have updated it numerous times due to login issues. I diligently record each change due to the frequency of updates. I am perplexed by the recurring login problems. My username is suzcra.

I recently encountered an issue with my Poshmark account being hacked, resulting in me being locked out of my own account. The hacker then proceeded to email me a disturbing message regarding holding my account and funds hostage. I attempted to reset my password by inputting my email, but unfortunately, the hacker had altered my email settings, preventing me from receiving the email. The hacker even contacted Poshmark using my email to request a reset for my pending funds. Poshmark has since halted any funds from being deposited directly and I am only receiving an alert stating that my account has been updated, leaving me unable to log in or reset my password. This situation is distressing as I suspect the hacker has accessed my funds and possibly engaged in suspicious activities with other users. I urgently need assistance with this matter.

On November 13, [redacted], between midnight and 2 a.m., my email and Poshmark account were hacked. I was locked out of my Posh account, and two unauthorized charges were made by the hacker using my Posh account. Since my PayPal account was linked to my Poshmark account, the charges showed up on my PayPal, which is how I detected them. I am unable to access my Poshmark account to delete it or prevent any further unauthorized purchases. The purchases were made on November 13, and delivery was sent to the seller's address on November 14th. Despite sending multiple emails, Poshmark has not contacted me besides a generic email acknowledging receipt and promising to respond, which they have not done. This situation involves identity theft and fraudulent unauthorized purchases on my account, from which I am locked out without the ability to reset the password or delete the account. While I have received assistance from PayPal and my credit card company, Poshmark has not provided any help.

I recently purchased three items that arrived with a strong mildew smell, which I am allergic to. Despite washing them multiple times with different detergents and airing them outside, the odor persists. The seller has admitted that the items were in a flooded, damp place. I have asked for a refund due to the damage and requested the seller's address to return the items. While the seller apologized, they have not confirmed the refund. I believe I should be compensated promptly for these damaged goods. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I have been trying to reach out to Poshmark regarding my missing seller funds of around $50. Poshmark informed me that the check was delayed due to a bank issue. However, despite multiple emails requesting the check to be voided since I haven't received it yet, I have not received any further updates. The check should have arrived over 2 weeks ago, and considering the banking delay, it should have been here last week. I have requested for the check to be voided and the funds to be returned to my account so I can receive the money via direct deposit, but I haven't received a response yet. It is frustrating to feel ignored in this matter and having to repeatedly explain my situation to the support team. I'm unsure of what else to do next.

I encountered an issue with a pair of Justin cowboy Leather boots I bought in size 7 from seller absinthe2220. They arrived smelling strongly of stale smoke, making them unusable indoors. I placed them back in their original box and stored them in my car trunk. I attempted to file a dispute under "not as described," concerned that a photo wouldn't capture the odor. Support advised me to submit the dispute within a specific timeframe. However, I couldn't locate the appropriate screen, only the star rating screen. After reaching out to Support, I discovered I had mistakenly filed the dispute under another purchase from seller ryan_cereghino for Dingo boots, which I was satisfied with. Now ryan_cereghino's funds are on hold due to the misfiled dispute. I urgently need his funds released and wish to rate him five stars. I assume it's too late to address the issue with the Justin boots.
