For instance, I own a variety of Couroc of Monterey trays and decor, including a sought-after Unicorn design on a tray that has increased in value. I've been trying to see if I have an account with Poshmark to list these items and other collectible clothing like designer shoes that I believe would sell well. However, I am having trouble due to outdated login details causing confusion. I hope this mix-up is not intentional because older individuals like myself often have valuable vintage items to offer. I am frustrated with a return I received. The buyer sent me a completely different pair of shoes that are used and not authentic. I originally sent AJ 1 patent bred shoes, which are black and red in size 12. The shoes I received as a return are blue AF1, size 7, which are not what I sent out. Despite providing evidence and proof of the situation, the funds were still released to the buyer. It is disheartening that the buyer was able to keep my shoes and get a refund while I am left with nothing. The incorrect items sent back are clearly not what was originally sent out as per the listing.

I recently had issues with Poshmark where they deleted my listings, claiming I had counterfeit shoes listed, which is untrue. I had sold those authentic shoes on another platform over three years ago. Poshmark did not send me a warning email before deleting my listings. They also removed an item I had already shipped to a customer. I'm frustrated with how they handled this situation. I've been explaining that those shoes were not on my listings, and if they checked the history, they would see it's now [redacted]. I purchased six purses three weeks ago from a shop and forgot to leave reviews. After receiving emails from some shop owners, I managed to review three shops but couldn't find the others on the website. Despite reaching out to their customer service and executive staff, I haven't had any luck. When calling a provided telephone number, a recording advised trying later. I'm concerned about being excluded as a future customer. While email contact has been unhelpful, I prefer speaking directly with someone. Seeking assistance has been challenging, and I hope for better luck with your business as I'm feeling frustrated from the lack of progress.

On June 23, I placed an order for SAS shoes, but was redirected to the POSHMARK website, where my payment information was captured. I mistakenly thought this was part of the billing process. Subsequently, I received notifications from both SAS and POSHMARK. In response to a potential fraud alert from my bank, I requested a stop payment without success. Now, I have been charged for the order placed through POSHMARK, which I could not review, resulting in the wrong shoe size being sent to me. Despite reaching out promptly to cancel the order with POSHMARK, I have not received a response, and the shoes have been delivered. POSHMARK's policy indicates refunds are only possible for incorrect orders, but since the size specified matches what was sent, I am unable to return the item.

I was helping a customer with purchases on Poshmark, and after some back and forth with bundle offers, the buyer seemed confused by the Scrubs sets she had bought showing as sold but her messaging me asking if I had Scrubs for sale. I assured her that I had accepted her offers, and the items were indeed purchased by her. We continued to add more items to her purchase list, and she asked about combining orders for shipping, which I agreed to. To do so, I had to cancel the previous bundles and recreate a new offer, which she accepted. However, I later found out that the order was canceled without authorization from either of us, leaving us unsure of why this occurred. The funds were supposed to be released to me promptly, but I have yet to receive them. Despite submitting multiple support requests through the app's support tab, I have not received any response. I have checked with my bank, and there are no pending deposits. As I am currently unemployed and trying to make ends meet by selling items, the delay in receiving payment is causing significant financial strain. I am actively selling items but have not received payment for my first sale, despite being informed that the funds were released. I am eagerly awaiting the deposit and would appreciate clarity on when I can expect to receive it.

I accidentally sent two items to two different people who then exchanged them without my consent. They both filed cases against me on Poshmark. The platform later claimed that one of the items was counterfeit, which was not mentioned by the recipient. Despite efforts to resolve the situation, I have not received payment or my items back. Poshmark's automated responses have been unhelpful. The cases are closed, but the issue remains unresolved. I had sent a 100ml bottle of Caring perfume and Chrome Hearts earrings with pink sapphire. I recently sold a Michael Kors purse and wallet on Poshmark. The items came with authentication cards and dust bags, and I provided six pictures showcasing their condition inside and out. The buyer received the items last Wednesday and claimed on Friday that they were not as described, even though they are genuine Michael Kors products. My sale has been under review since then, and I have not received any updates despite sending three emails. I find this situation frustrating as I have many other items to list but have held off due to this unresolved matter. I am simply looking for a resolution where either the buyer returns the items or the payment is released, as the buyer received exactly what was depicted and in great condition.

I have been considering purchasing an item from Jenna Jameson's Poshmark page and recently decided to buy a Cartier Santos diamond watch she listed for $16,[redacted] USD. After offering $8,[redacted], Jenna told me it was too low and directed me to contact her through the website Jay Tushi. After explaining my $8,[redacted] budget (equivalent to $10,[redacted] Canadian) due to living in Canada, she provided her company's banking details for a bank transfer or Zelle payment. I transferred the money on July 16 and informed her I needed time to arrange a U.S. shipping address, to which she agreed. Upon providing the shipping details a few days later, I received no reply. Despite multiple attempts to inquire about the delivery, obtain a receipt, and tracking number, all communication attempts have been met with silence. Furthermore, she has now blocked me on Poshmark and is unresponsive on Instagram. It has been a month, and there has been no sign of the watch or communication, leading me to believe this is fraudulent behavior.

I accidentally listed a high-end watch, a Bell & Ross BR-05 Chronograph with a retail value of $[redacted], on Poshmark. Despite being a watch enthusiast with positive transactions, I sold it for around $[redacted]. Poshmark required me to send it to their "Authentication center" before shipping it to the buyer. After the sale, the buyer claimed the watch had blemishes and was running slow, requesting a return. I had provided detailed pictures showing no flaws. Confused about the authenticity process and who handled the watch, I reached out to Poshmark for help, only to face delays and lack of information. I am disappointed with the handling of my watch and the dispute resolution process on Poshmark. I hope my concerns are heard as I await a response and resolution from them.

I am encountering a problem with accessing my listings on Poshmark. Despite having [redacted] listings and selling various items with positive ratings, when I go to my profile, it only shows "Start Listing" below my heading. I am unable to access my bundles for purchasing or communicate with sellers, as it directs me to contact Poshmark Support, for which I have screenshots. I have reached out via email multiple times since yesterday but have not received any response yet. As an alternative, I tried purchasing a bundle from a seller through another shopping app integrated with Poshmark. Although the transaction went through and shows in my checking account, Poshmark still prompts me to purchase before the offer expires. As a senior individual not well-versed in technology, I came across an affordable watch for sale and decided to purchase it. Sadly, the watch turned out to be faulty, which is frustrating because I didn't want another non-functional timepiece – I already have plenty of those. Accustomed to shopping on Amazon, I wanted to try something new, but this experience left me disappointed. Due to these circumstances, I strongly desire a refund as the watch requires an additional battery that I cannot afford. Poshmark recently restricted my account due to suspicions of counterfeit items. While I understand their concern, the items in question were actually purchased from Poshmark as well. It seems unfair that my account is penalized when I was transparent about reselling. I hope the original seller is held accountable too. Despite this setback, I have a closet filled with lovely ethnic clothes ready to be listed. On a separate note, I am anxiously awaiting a high-quality Chanel bag I bought for $5,[redacted] resting within the platform. The timing of my account restriction is concerning as I eagerly await its arrival. I trust Poshmark will resolve this matter promptly so I can resume my activities on the site.

The Poshmark app requires phone number verification when attempting to edit the phone number, causing frustration as the verification is sent to the number being edited. This issue is preventing adding payout bank options or making transfers for 5 days, despite multiple emails with no response. I simply wish to redeem funds, close my account, and remove the app. The verification process also asks for a driver's license, which is problematic for those with state IDs instead. The lack of customer support and assistance has soured the experience, leading to a decision to discontinue using the app.

I am currently facing an issue with a buyer who purchased an item from me. The buyer made the payment, but I am unable to proceed without activating an American Express Prepaid Card, as instructed. I purchased three cards, one for $[redacted] and two for $[redacted] each. Despite receiving an email from Poshmark confirming the activation, my account remains inactive. The buyer is eager to receive the item and has been contacting me excessively via text and phone calls, even during working hours. I have corresponded with the customer service representative but the responses lack professionalism. I have preserved screenshots of all communication. I am patiently waiting for the payment approval to proceed with the shipment once the issue is resolved.

I encountered a distressing situation with USPS losing 8 packages I sent to customers on November 24th. As a top-rated seller on Poshmark, I've always valued the platform until this incident. After USPS confirmed the lost packages, I reached out for assistance and was assured via email that they would handle the issue. However, no communication was made to my customers to reassure them. I extensively contacted the customers, sending 65 emails with supporting documents.
Despite my efforts, various support staff members kept questioning why the shipments hadn't been made, leading to my account suspension on December 10th for non-shipment. After engaging with Kevin and explaining the situation, my account was reinstated later that day, but I lost a full day of sales. Eventually, USPS reimbursed me for the lost packages and the customers were refunded on the same Friday.
I believed the ordeal was over, but to my dismay, my account was again canceled on Sunday. This experience has not only cost me as a customer but also as a top-rated seller. I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by the entire situation.

After exchanging messages with Poshmark 14 times, I am still experiencing difficulty with the front zipper on order 6386c1f2964bd1e6fa5448c5. I prefer not to struggle with it further for fear of causing irreparable damage. Could you please provide a return label and issue a refund to my original payment method? Update: I'm having trouble adding new items and my Poshmark closet is empty. I contacted Poshmark but haven't received a response yet, it's only been 2 hours. I looked on YouTube and saw many others have experienced the same issue. Any advice on what to do? I might have to repost all my items. Order 6383AAD16F53A657794B0612. I was delighted to receive this rare item from Poshmark. I display several sets in a special area and this one has now become a part of it.
Unfortunately, the new string extension I received has stopped working. It no longer lights up and all subsequent strings in the series are stuck on a steady blue color. This has happened before in past seasons when one bulb burned out and the rest turned uncontrollably blue due to the design flaw that prevents individual bulb replacement.
Kindly send me a replacement string and provide instructions for the return of the defective one.
For future backup, please include an additional Illuminate extension string along with the replacement and charge me accordingly.
