My sister and I visited Popeyes at your Fontana location on Valley Blvd last Wednesday. While my sister was seated at a booth, I was placing our order. I had to repeat myself multiple times as the person taking the order wasn't understanding my instructions. The manager was present but chose not to assist, even though I was trying to communicate that my sister, who is battling cancer, cannot have spicy food and requested the chicken not be mixed together. The situation became even more frustrating when my sister approached the counter to clarify the order, and during this time, her wallet was stolen from her purse. I am concerned and seeking access to the video footage from that day to understand how this incident occurred. Unfortunately, the manager did not offer this information, and my attempts to contact the store have been unsuccessful as calls go to a full voicemail. I urgently need to obtain the video footage. I was at Palm Coast, FL on Highway [redacted] at 1:30 p.m. on June 23, [redacted]. I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich, the sandwich only, and 12 regular chicken wings, wings only. The speaker was broken, so I had to order and wait at the window. I also added a small red beans and rice and a single strawberry biscuit. When I handed over my card, I believe the woman mentioned the total was $42, which seemed high to me. After receiving my food, I requested the receipt as I suspected an overcharge, but I was informed that the receipt printer was broken. Upon checking my account at home, I confirmed that I was indeed charged $42 and some change for my order. This price seems unreasonable for the items I received. I kindly ask for a review of my order to determine if an overcharge occurred. If so, I would appreciate a refund. If the charge was accurate, I am concerned about the discrepancy in pricing for the items I ordered.

I visited your Waterford, MI store around 2:50 pm. I pulled up to the drive-thru and had to wait for 10 minutes before being assisted. Then, I was told it would take 20 minutes to order a 12-piece mild meal. This is completely unacceptable and damages your reputation among many customers. We decided to go to Treany and Carmans nearby and spent over 50 dollars there, including a tip. It's disappointing that if you can't find help, you should consider closing the store.

I recently visited the Popeyes on Byrd Blvd in Petal, MS for the third time around the same time of day. Each time, around nine o'clock, the employee on the speaker informs me they only have limited menu items left. After multiple visits, it seems odd they would have such limited options consistently. During my most recent visit on 6/28/[redacted] at 9.30 PM, I was told they only had mild thighs available. We ordered our food at 5:49 PM on June 26, [redacted] and didn't receive it until 6:23 PM. When we began eating, the chicken was raw, not just pink, but raw in the center. Upon returning the food, there were 2 other groups ahead of us, also with complaints, and I needed to get back to work as it was my lunch break. I usually dine at this Popeyes, but something went very wrong that day. I was unable to eat my food, and couldn't speak to anyone for a replacement or refund due to the busy staff fixing other orders. Quite a messy situation.

I had a disappointing experience recently at your drive-thru. After waiting for 25 minutes alone in line, I ordered a #6 combo meal, a sandwich, and 2 apple pies. Despite the long wait and repeating my order thrice, I received 8 piece tenders that looked like small crumbs. The classic chicken sandwich I ordered turned out to be a spicy one with a chewy, undercooked chicken piece; the bun was half crumbled. To top it off, my barbecue sauce was missing, and as I was leaving, I hit a huge pothole in your parking lot, damaging my new tires. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. I am Jonieca Sims. I work at Popeyes and haven't received my payment yet. I have one check for over $[redacted] and another for over $[redacted], both were supposed to be paper checks. The company is unaware of the whereabouts of my money, leaving almost $[redacted] unaccounted for. As a minor, they failed to provide my parents with the necessary permit to sign on my behalf, and I was also not given my breaks. Another girl, who is 16 and younger than me, received assistance to set up her payment to go to her Cash App and received her uniform. Unfortunately, I did not receive any support or my uniform.

Hello, my name is Shamayra Dearce. I used to work at Popeyes in the New Britain, CT area. I resigned after just one day due to the poor conditions at the restaurant. When I returned the following week to collect my paycheck, I encountered difficulties. I contacted manager Christopher Torres, as well as the other managers Blanca and Taniery, who all ignored me and even disconnected the phone line. After two weeks of persistent requests, I was finally paid from the cash register by Blanca. Christopher Torres subsequently informed me that I was paid in cash to remove me from the premises, which was highly unprofessional. I also have photographic evidence of the restaurant's cleanliness issues. Thank you for your attention, I look forward to a prompt resolution.

I visited the location at [redacted] Forest Lane, Dallas, Texas [redacted] on Saturday, July 8, [redacted]. When I asked the lady taking my order if they had fruit punch, she said yes. After taking the food and drink home to the person I bought it for, they questioned what it was. Upon tasting it, I found that it tasted like pink water. When I returned to the store and explained the issue to the guy who assisted me, I requested a fruit punch or Strawberry Fanta instead. I was disappointed that he simply refilled the same cup with a new drink, rather than providing a fresh one, considering the mix-up with the initial order.

I visited the store located in Pearland Broadway near the town center and was disappointed by the lack of diversity. It seems that the store primarily employs Hispanic individuals, with only one person of color visible. I questioned if they have a policy on not hiring people of color. Additionally, the employee on the speaker was impolite and rushed, lacking any courtesy or gratitude. Upon entering, the manager, a lady, was kind. However, the person attending to my order inside seemed either highly intoxicated or simply exhausted, having difficulty keeping his eyes open. I believe the store should consider hiring more employees who exhibit managerial qualities and are enthusiastic about their work, rather than hiring young individuals seeking only monetary gain and not focusing on their work ethic.

I visited the store on Defense Highway in Annapolis, MD [redacted] and requested an order of honey barbecue wings. I reiterated "honey BBQ" three times to ensure they got the order right. After paying at the drive-thru, I even asked the cashier once more to confirm it was honey barbecue. However, when I got home and opened the box, I found only three wings with sauce, and it was only on one side. This was very disappointing, especially since I can't easily return to the store today as I don't live nearby. I've tried calling the store several times, but there's been no answer. I'd appreciate it if this matter could be resolved. How can you assist with this issue?

Yesterday, we spent $77 at the Popeyes store located at [redacted] in Huntsville, Texas. Our order was messed up, and when we returned today, the manager refused to help. I reached out to customer support and was directed to a computer prompt instead of speaking with a live person. To resolve the issue, I had to text back and forth with a computer, which was frustrating. We have decided that we will not be returning to Popeyes Chicken in the future.

Customer service plays a crucial role in fostering repeat business, and my recent encounter with an employee named Ruben left much to be desired. His lack of enthusiasm and dismissive attitude during my drive-through order surprised me as he was the initial point of contact. When the customer ahead of me inquired about silverware, his response of "probably" further showcased his indifference. Despite my initial displeasure with his demeanor, I paid for my order and left. Upon reaching home, I discovered that my bag did not include any silverware, leading me to suspect that the previous customers were also left empty-handed. The compartmentalization of job roles often allows individuals like Ruben to continue providing subpar service without facing consequences.

I have decided to boycott Popeyes. I made an online order for drive-thru pickup, but upon arriving and waiting in line, I was told to come inside to get my food. The front end was chaotic with Door Dash and in-store customers. My order wasn't ready, the coleslaw tasted sour, so I had to throw it out, and there was melted plastic on the bottom of the bun which was very unpleasant. I am dissatisfied and frustrated. I am requesting a refund of $10.90. It's frustrating that I can't even speak to a customer service representative on the phone.

I used a coupon code when I ordered a chicken strip meal on Sunday. The ordering process was smooth, and the young man at the window was polite. After I paid, he asked me to wait briefly for my order. As I started to leave, he suddenly gave me the food. Before I could take it, a woman asked to see the code on my phone. Despite her unfriendly demeanor, I showed her the code. After a brief inspection, she reluctantly accepted it. I left feeling puzzled by the encounter. Upon arriving home, I found the chicken strips to be hard and dry. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I suspect the woman's attitude may have influenced the quality of my order, possibly giving me older pieces. I've experienced her rudeness before. Being a senior citizen, I value good service and typically tip, but that day I refrained due to the unpleasant experience. This occurred at the Santa Rosa, CA location, and I'm considering visiting the Rohnert Park branch in the future.

I recently ordered food from your establishment and unfortunately encountered some issues. When I got home, I realized my side of mashed potatoes was missing, and instead of receiving the spicy chicken I ordered, I was given the original chicken. This mix-up was disappointing, and I would like a refund since it was not my error. Despite attempting to contact the store to address these problems, my calls went unanswered. I am disappointed with my recent experience as I ordered two meals separately but at the same time from the store. Unfortunately, both meals were missing side dishes. When I called to resolve the issue, I encountered rude customer service, which resulted in the call being abruptly ended. Due to the extreme heat of [redacted] degrees, I couldn't go back to the store immediately without the sides. Additionally, one of the meals was for my bedridden father, and his meal had already been opened. I tried to address the problem online, but my use of inappropriate language led to the case being closed. I am now attempting to rectify this situation.

I have been a long-time fan of Popeyes products, particularly the store on University Drive in Pembroke Pines, Florida. However, my recent experience at the location on Miramar Parkway and [redacted] Ave was disappointing. The dark meat bone-in and spicy strips were flavorless and dry, unlike my usual positive experiences. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't return the food. Despite the busy atmosphere, this was a stark contrast to the quality I'm used to. In the future, I will stick to my regular location, even if it's farther from my home. I ordered a delivery of chicken, biscuits, pie, and mashed potatoes last night. I spent $42, and the meal was disappointing. The chicken had flabby skin, wasn't crispy, and was cold. The biscuits were extremely hard, most of the food remains in my refrigerator. My grandkids managed to eat some of the chicken before I could intervene, but only the mashed potatoes and pies were decent. The overall experience was unsatisfactory.
