I purchased a PS3 in [redacted] and haven't connected it to the internet since [redacted]. The email linked to it is outdated since [redacted], and I decided to use the console again recently. I created a new PlayStation account with my current email, but I can't sign in and suspect the old account is the issue. I need help deleting the old account from the console. Can someone please advise me on how to proceed?

My son has a PS4. It is asking for him to sign in, but he has forgotten his email address and password. When we click on "forgot password," it says a code will be sent to his phone, but the phone number attached to his account is [redacted]. We can't access this number. Therefore, we are unable to reset his password, and he can't access his games. The issue is due to my old phone number being linked to the account. My new phone number is [redacted].

I recently purchased the new PS5 using [redacted] as the family manager email. After setting it up, I noticed my youngest son's account is linked to my older son's PS4 account under the same email. My youngest son now has to go through my older son's account to make any purchases. I want to remove my youngest son from my older son's family manager account on the PS4 so he can use his new PS5 independently. Can anyone guide me on how to do this?

My name is Steven Pointer, and my online ID is [redacted] My online name is Slicc_G87. I was recently logged into my PS5 account when I was unexpectedly logged out and prompted to change my password. Despite my attempts, I am unable to reset my password as I no longer have access to the original email linked to my account creation. I have been a long-standing user of this account and still have the original system (PS4) where the account was first set up.

During the Fortnite live event, while I was participating, my PlayStation Network account logged me out abruptly, causing me to miss out on the event. This was frustrating because re-entering the event wasn't possible once it had started. I am disappointed and seeking an explanation as to why I was forcefully logged out and what measures can be taken to rectify this issue. Missing out on a long-awaited live event is disheartening, especially when free items are being offered for participation. It's upsetting that PlayStation Network's actions disrupted my experience.

I am currently unable to access my PlayStation Network account. I attempted to log in through the PS app but my password was not accepted, so I changed it. Unfortunately, this action logged me out of my PS5, which had two-factor authentication enabled. My authenticator app is no longer linked to my PS Network account, most likely due to me reinstalling the app after changing phones. I am not receiving an authentication code on my phone number, which has remained the same. I am seeking assistance to either regain access to my account or cancel my PlayStation Essentials subscription and create a new account.

I purchased a PS5 on November 9th as a PS+ member, and it was dispatched on the 11th. After receiving the relevant transaction emails and seeing the charge on my card on the 12th, I accepted it. The PS5 was delivered without any issues. However, on December 3rd, I noticed a duplicate withdrawal of $[redacted].90 from my account, leaving me overdrawn. I tried contacting PlayStation without success, and despite emailing Sony, I have yet to receive a response. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I created my PlayStation account years ago, but I no longer have access to the email address associated with it. My PS ID is wyrill96. Recently, when trying to log in, it keeps saying my password is incorrect. I've only ever used the same password since I made the account. A few months ago, I successfully used the password to add a new card, but now it's showing as incorrect with no changes made.

I encountered an issue while trying to update my email address on my account. Due to being unable to access my old email, I mistakenly input incorrect details during the modification process. The system prompted me for a confirmation that I couldn't complete, locking me out until I confirmed. Consequently, I resorted to factory resetting my console. When I tried to turn on my PlayStation, I received an error message prompting me to connect a dual shock controller. Despite doing so, the console still did not start. I suspect there might be a corruption issue preventing it from booting up. Following some advice, I downloaded a reinstallation file and saved it on my hard drive. However, I am struggling to figure out how to load this file onto the PlayStation since it is not starting up at all. I'm currently stuck and unsure how to proceed.

I just need assistance unlocking my account to enter my password. I remembered it but received a message that my account is locked. I am trying to regain access after a Wi-Fi disruption led to an unexpected log out from the PlayStation network. Despite my best efforts, I am unable to log back in. I received Red Dead Redemption 2 with my PS4, but now that I have a PS5, I am unable to download it. It appears to be locked with the PlayStation Plus icon, despite having PlayStation Premium. I managed to download it once on my PS5 a few months ago, but have faced difficulties each time. It's the only game in my library that is locked, as I can install other PS4 games without any issues. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to repurchase the game. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including restarting and restoring licenses multiple times, deleting the game, and even removing all saves, but nothing has resolved the issue.

I am reaching out because I believe that my account has been permanently suspended unfairly. I was aware of the risks associated with my account, so I was cautious with my actions. However, upon returning from work, I discovered that my account had been permanently suspended. It turns out that my cousin had been using my account without my knowledge and got involved in a conflict during a party chat, which led to the suspension. I did not authorize him to use my account, and he initially denied it was him. I am now facing the consequences of his actions and am eager to resolve this issue. I am willing to do whatever it takes to regain access to my account and will ensure better account security in the future.

I purchased a PS5 some time ago, but unfortunately, the DualSense controller only charges when connected to the main console. This setup is inconvenient for me as I prefer to sit away from the console while playing. I have tried using various charging cables, both for charging only and for data transfer, but none seem to work. I am considering returning the PS5 and getting an Xbox instead to avoid this issue.

My best friend's account has been banned unfairly. He recently made a purchase prior to being permanently banned while playing Rocket League on PlayStation. I am kindly requesting PlayStation to review and unban his account for the username Shadow_Unseen12 or Aldos_bestfriend. Restoring his account would mean a lot to him as it brings him joy.

I had a PlayStation 4 previously but recently upgraded to a PlayStation 5. I can access the email linked to my PlayStation account, but the phone number on the account is outdated, as I no longer have that phone. Unfortunately, I don't have the serial number for my old PlayStation 4 either. I am unable to log into my account and would like to access the games I bought on my new PlayStation 5.
