I've been using the PS Plus subscription service on PS4 without any issues for a while. However, recently, I've encountered a problem where I can't play online games that require PS Plus even though I still have 64 days left on my subscription. I've attempted various solutions like restoring licenses, restarting my PS4, and setting it as my primary console, but nothing has fixed the issue. Oddly enough, I can still download and play the PS Plus games, but I'm unable to access the multiplayer features. When I try to join a match, it redirects me to the PlayStation Store to purchase a PS Plus subscription. In short, my PS Plus isn't functioning correctly.

Hello, I am struggling to access my PSN account because it has been locked. I suspect unauthorized access attempts as I received multiple 2-step verification messages on my phone yesterday morning. Despite trying to reset my password through email, I am not receiving the reset email in my inbox. There might be an issue with the email address as it's directed to ‘[redacted]’ instead of ‘[redacted]’ (there might be an extra full stop in the email). While I still receive billing information to my email, the password reset emails are not coming through. I need assistance urgently as my account holds paid subscriptions and games, and I'm unable to access it. I've attempted to reach customer service without success. Thank you, Jasmine

Good evening gentlemen, my name is Christos, and the account I had on PS4 under the nickname LordKratozer has been permanently banned by Sony almost 2 years ago. I want to publicly apologize for the actions that led to this ban. I admit that what I did was a serious mistake, and I regret it deeply. I lacked the knowledge and experience to disable messages permanently because they were in English, a language I struggle with. I seek understanding and a chance to have my account LordKratozer back so I can improve my behavior and keep messages permanently disabled on PlayStation. My son was using my PlayStation account to play Minecraft, and another player got upset because he burned down their in-game builds. They used inappropriate language and threats towards my 10-year-old without him responding in kind. I discovered that my PlayStation account has been banned for a week, which I find unjust considering I have a premium PlayStation subscription. I have screenshots of the messages the other players sent. I am requesting either the unbanning of my account, a reimbursement for my subscription, or an explanation for the ban.

I do not own a PlayStation console, but I have had a PSN account since [redacted]. Recently, I received an email stating that my password was changed successfully. I did not request this change. When I attempted to log in, I could not access my account. Resetting my password also proved difficult as it appears my Date of Birth was altered along with the password. I am completely locked out of my account, and I am unable to reach anyone from the PlayStation support team. Every time I try to start a chat session with a support representative, the chat bot informs me that the working hours are between 9:30 to 20:00 UST+5, but I am unable to reach an actual agent even during those hours. I am seeking assistance with this issue.

My GTA account was compromised by players from a crew named Jannah through PlayStation. They obtained my account details with the assistance of PlayStation, who provided them with IP addresses to invade my privacy. Shockingly, they didn't even require my email or two-step verification to infiltrate my account. The breach led to them not only gaining access to my account but also my credit card information, resulting in multiple attempted purchases. The response from your customer service only states that they cannot disclose personal account issues, leaving me frustrated. My online ID is IIIIlIIIllIllIl-. I urge for the restoration of my account access or its permanent ban, along with strict actions against the crew involved in these illicit actions.

I don’t own a PS4, but I used to play Call of Duty zombies with an ex-friend. After purchasing a 1-year subscription, a purchase was made on my account without my consent. I tried to cancel it when I noticed but couldn't access my account as my password was changed. I want a refund for the unauthorized purchase. The person who misused my account, gamer tag "budkiller," is no longer a friend. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly as I am unhappy with the situation.

I'm having trouble accessing my PlayStation account. I've enabled 2-step verification, but I've lost access to both my old phone number and the backup codes. Resetting my password is not helping as I can't receive the verification code on my old phone. I need to update my account information in order to disable 2-step verification. My account was unjustly banned on PlayStation online. I received a message from someone named Missmay223 accusing me of kicking them out of "her game." The block system on PlayStation needs improvement because even after blocking someone, they can still send messages and enter my room. Not everyone enjoys a child-friendly environment; if someone curses at me, I will respond in kind. I am frustrated because these incidents frequently happen to me, and I am considering closing all my accounts if this issue is not resolved. Please address this situation promptly. I do not appreciate being mistreated as a customer. The focus should be on taking action against online trolls, cheaters, and hackers rather than penalizing me unfairly. I may switch to Microsoft Xbox if these online issues persist. It is crucial that you reconsider your approach to address the concerns of users like me effectively.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing and playing games I have purchased on my PS4. I have two accounts, brooksbrandon322@gmail and naslyric57@gmail. I encountered an issue with one of my games, NBA 2K23. To address this, I repurchased the game to clarify to PlayStation there was no fraudulent activity. However, I am now unable to access any games linked to my brooksbrandon322 account. Despite attempting to resolve this, my games remain inaccessible for almost three weeks. I am unable to restore the license for these affected games due to the account issue. I seek assistance in closing the brooksbrandon322 account to regain access to my games. I purchased NBA 2K23 again using my naslyric57 account, but the situation persists without resolution from PlayStation. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been experiencing ongoing problems with my PlayStation 4. Initially, I encountered crashes and corrupted files, but managed to address these by uploading saved data and using the restore database feature. Recently, the issue has escalated, with error codes preventing me from playing any games besides Fortnite. Despite attempting a complete initialization and data backup, the problem persists. Download speeds are also sluggish, even with a good internet connection. I am unsure how to proceed as I have invested a significant amount of money into the console, including purchasing an external hard drive that exacerbated the situation. The current error code I am dealing with is CE-[redacted]-0. Despite researching and following suggestions to initialize the console, the problem remains unresolved. My account seems to have been hacked as I haven't contacted anyone or posted negative messages on PlayStation. I was unexpectedly added to a group message where people were being negative, then suddenly received a message saying my account was suspended. I have never used this Sony PlayStation platform for negativity, and if I can regain access to my account, I can show that there is no wrongdoing on my part or on my account.

My PlayStation account is currently suspended for 30 days due to false allegations of sending inappropriate content. Sony's email cited pornography and obscene materials as the reason behind the suspension. I want to clarify that any images shared were with the consent of friends and mostly consisted of forwarded content. This suspension is my first offense, and I am concerned about facing permanent suspension in case of any future issues. I am requesting to have my account reinstated unless Sony has substantial evidence to support their decision, in which case I am willing to wait out the suspension period. Hello, I am experiencing some issues with my account. The email linked to my account is invalid due to no longer being connected to my previous internet provider. As a result, I am unable to access my account or change my password because of this. I attempted to resolve this problem through the PlayStation Support Website and engaged with various bots. Unfortunately, most of the bots ended the chat abruptly or were unable to address my concerns. One particular bot made progress by requesting my username, email, and console serial number. Following its instructions, I soon noticed my digital games being locked while games on discs were still accessible. A friend mentioned a name change, and upon searching, my original name "Z_man200" was no longer associated with the account, now named "Lite_tina." Suspecting a security breach, I suspect that my account has been compromised by a hacker who leaked my information through the PS Support website while I was interacting with an online assistant. I have tried calling today for assistance but was advised to call at a different time due to high service demand. Your help in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

While playing Modern Warfare, my team was winning until I received a ban message, and was kicked offline after the game. I got an email from Sony stating that my cover image was inappropriate, which led to a one-week ban. The image was a screenshot from The Witcher 3 showing a topless lady in a brothel, which I now realize was immature. I understand Sony's decision, but since it was from a Sony-endorsed game, I didn't expect any issues. I was reported while helping my team in Modern Warfare. I would like to know how to change my cover image while being locked out so I can resolve this and play online with my friends again. Recently, I discovered an email notifying me that my login ID (email address) was altered, which came as a surprise to me! I was wrongly suspended for being in a group where negative content was posted. I left the group hoping to avoid suspension, but unfortunately, I still received a 60-day suspension. I did not violate any Terms of Service or code of conduct. As a YouTuber, I rely on my account to create videos, especially with the new God of War: Ragnarok release approaching. I am desperate for someone to assist me in getting my account unsuspended. I am willing to do whatever it takes to regain access as I cannot afford to be suspended for 60 days.
