One of my accounts has been compromised, including my Gmail linked to it and all contents. As a result, I no longer have access to my PSN and the games I purchased. Although I can provide evidence like the original IP address used to create the account and bank transaction details for game purchases, I am unable to find live chat support for this issue. I am hoping to have the compromised account deleted and its contents transferred to my new account, although I understand this may be challenging. Explaining this to a chat bot has proven difficult as this requires human understanding. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've had some trouble with my PS4 recently. I was logged out a few times and told it was logged into another console. To be safe, I changed my password, but now it's asking for a 2-way authentication code that I never set up. I can't log in to any PlayStation apps or sites. I'm worried my account might be hacked. I recently discovered an unauthorized purchase of Godfall for $[redacted].23, a game I did not buy or have the means to purchase. Despite not owning a PS4 or installing the game on my PS5, I was informed that due to it being over 30 days since the purchase, it cannot be rectified. The charge was mistaken for overspending during my son's visit, as I do not regularly monitor my email for transaction updates. This has caused financial strain, setting me back on my electric bill. I have never previously requested a refund or spent more than $20 on a game for my PS5. The lack of support in resolving this issue leaves me disheartened, as the repercussions are affecting my finances.

There are two debit cards linked to the account, one belonging to me and the other to my mother, who has been experiencing unauthorized charges and daily withdrawals of $17 from PlayStation. Upon noticing these transactions, she contacted the bank to reverse the charges. It seems PlayStation may have mistaken this as a refund. I, as the account owner, have never initiated any refunds. I am experiencing issues with the game "A. O.T 2" that I purchased. The problems occur during gameplay right after the story mode ends. Whenever I try to move my character or perform actions, the game either crashes or glitches without providing any error codes. This happens both in offline and online mode. The only time it didn't glitch was when I was creating a character. I play the game on PS4, and it's the only game I own on that platform that crashes. My 12-year-old son has a Go Henry card, which unfortunately has been used for fraudulent transactions to PlayStation. Despite his account showing three transactions for games, he was at school during the times listed. This is a recurring issue, and the Go Henry supplier instructed me to contact you for a refund. The transactions are as follows:

This week, the transactions happened at:

I encountered a troubling situation in a game chat where an individual made inappropriate advances towards my friend, falsely claiming to be 35 years old while my friend is only 14. The person expressed explicit intentions and made unwelcome comments. Unaware that this individual was acquainted with another friend, I found myself in a group chat with this person, using text as I didn't have a microphone. I confronted him about his behavior and he denied being inappropriate. When I disclosed my age as 16, he abruptly threatened to report me, escalating the situation unnecessarily. Hello, good afternoon. I am encountering a problem as I tried to change my login ID on my PS4. While adjusting my privacy settings, the options suddenly closed. Upon trying the process again, an error occurred without providing a specific code. I had to restart my PS4 to restore the original configuration without losing any data. Subsequently, the error message ceased, but now I am unable to log in with another account. Upon checking the PlayStation website, I discovered that my account was successfully created but is not associated with any device. Despite unlinking my account from all devices (even though it was not linked to any), I continue to face the same login issue with another ID. I performed all these steps on the same day, ruling out any 24-hour ID reservation system impact. I am concerned about potential data transfer problems from the old ID to the new one, as the old ID no longer belongs to me. I can prove ownership of both the new and old email IDs. I received a notification on my phone stating, “you’ and this player are now friends!” while using the PlayStation app. Surprisingly, the friend turned out to be my ex, whom I had blocked for months. I hadn't unblocked him, so I found it concerning. I realized I was signed out of the network, which was unusual as I had not done this myself. After signing back in, I changed my password and ensured my PlayStation was set as the primary console. I suspect my ex hacked my account, even though I never shared my login details with him or accessed my account on his console. It makes me wonder how he could have obtained my information to add my account on his PlayStation.

Despite this, I could still sign in and play online without any issues. However, on the 20th or 21st of May [redacted], when I tried to play Fifa22 in the afternoon after previously playing in the morning, I discovered that I had been signed out. When I attempted to sign back in, I received a message stating that my account was locked and that I needed to reset my password. Despite numerous attempts, I did not receive the email with the password reset link from PlayStation Networks. On 5/9, I reached out to PSN regarding charges my son accidentally made on 5/7 totaling thousands of dollars. Due to no weekend hours, I could only contact them on Monday, waiting until 12 PM NY time. Highlighting the substantial amount involved, I requested escalation to avoid a financial loss. Initially advised nothing could be done, I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. The supervisor agreed to escalate the matter, promising a response in 2-5 days. Today, 5/25, I've yet to receive any follow-up. This lack of communication is disappointing. With four children and a mortgage, I stress the urgency. Despite attempting to resolve this issue properly, the lack of assistance or updates from a company as large as PSN is concerning and has placed my family under unnecessary financial strain.
