One of my boards was removed from my Pinterest account citing a violation of the eating disorder policy. I believe this was an error on Pinterest's part, as I have not knowingly violated any pin rules or created pins that could be harmful to others. I have been using Pinterest for over 5 years without any previous violations or privacy policy breaches. This mistake has significantly impacted my account, with my reach decreasing by 80%. I am looking to contact Pinterest customer service to address and resolve this issue. It doesn't seem fair that an honest account like mine, which focuses on quality pins, is taken down without a chance to rectify the situation when I haven't knowingly broken any Pinterest rules.

Dear Pinterest Customer Support, I am reaching out to express my deep frustration with the situation we are facing. Our page, known as Mighty Man Handyman, connected to Jennifer Allwood's group on Tailwind, was thriving with 16,[redacted] monthly followers until it was hacked. Despite our efforts, we have been unable to recover the original page or maintain a new one due to the hacker's interference. Our attempts to contact you regarding this security breach have only resulted in receiving password reset links that seem to be compromised by the hacker. We are willing to provide any necessary documentation to prove ownership, such as a business license or driver's license, but the automated responses we have received have not addressed our issue effectively. We urgently request assistance from a real person to resolve this matter to regain control of our account securely. To ensure communication is secure, please use the new email address provided instead of the compromised one. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Mighty Man Handyman

I have been facing an issue with receiving irrelevant and sometimes offensive suggested posts on my feed. For instance, saving woodworking pins leads to my feed being inundated with gun-related posts, and saving camping and nature-related pins results in a flood of hunting posts, which I find offensive. Despite hiding them, they keep reappearing. Additionally, it would be helpful to reduce the dominance of posts related to my most recent pin. Pinning Cadillacs, for instance, should not overshadow my interest in other common themes. It would be great if there could be a solution to improve the relevance of suggested posts and ensure a more varied content on my feed. Thank you.

It can be challenging to reach out to Pinterest support for assistance. The difficulty in contacting them can be frustrating. However, the main issue is with the iOS Pinterest app, which is experiencing numerous bugs. The app continuously freezes and crashes, causing inconvenience. It seems like many users might be facing the same problem. Contacting Pinterest for such concerns is not straightforward, but the focus should be on urging the app developers to address these issues promptly. It would be beneficial for all users if the bugs in the app resulting from recent updates could be resolved efficiently.

I recently received a message stating my service was terminated due to spamming. I am unsure how to spam as I do not have a blog or any form of online sales presence. I am not promoting anything, have no specific pins in question, and received a link to general policies without a clear understanding of my violation. I am planning to launch an online apparel business but currently have no products to promote. I attended workshops at a Pinners Conference in Dallas this summer and may explore business accounts like Pinterest or Instagram in the future. Most of my Pinterest boards are private due to product development research, and I am baffled about what may have gone wrong. I seek assistance to comprehend and resolve this issue, as my blocked access contains critical research. Any help to clarify this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - V.H. Graves

My Pinterest account was suspended unexpectedly without any prior notification or explanation. I reached out via email on September 29th but have not received a response yet. I have accumulated a substantial collection of pictures over the years on the platform, and I would like to rectify any issues to regain access. It is disheartening that my account was suspended abruptly without clarity. Pinterest holds sentimental value for me, and I am eager to have it reinstated.

Hello, my name is Jessika, and I serve as the social media director for a company called One Modality. We acquired a website named Modern Day Moms from a seller, and we have obtained access to its associated social media accounts. However, we are facing an issue with the email and password linked to the account. We no longer have access to the email address provided, and the password is incorrect. We have proof of ownership of the website and can offer any necessary information to verify our credentials. It is vital for us to update the page as we have a substantial follower base, and this situation is impacting our engagement numbers. Any assistance in changing the email and password to regain access to the account would be greatly appreciated. Please, if possible, contact me promptly at [redacted] or call me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I recently had a client who wanted to share her Pinterest board with me to assist in designing a kitchen for her. However, on the same day that I accepted her message, my account was suspended for a supposed violation of the Spam policy. Although I use my account regularly, I hadn't logged in for over a week prior to this incident. I do not engage in promoting products, sharing inappropriate content, or anything that would violate the policy. If there was indeed a violation detected, it is possible that my account was compromised. Pinterest is crucial for my work with clients, and I feel embarrassed that all the boards I have created are inaccessible. Despite appealing the suspension, I received an automated response denying my request to reopen my account or create a new one. I am desperate for a resolution and unsure of where else to seek help. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you. - B.T. G.

I encountered an issue with a vendor on your platform, specifically Mollyca.com. I purchased two pairs of boots that I need to return due to inaccurate sizing, poor quality, and a failure to adhere to their return policy. The boots received do not match the advertised images. Further investigation revealed that this vendor, based in China, has a history of scamming customers by not issuing refunds and misleading advertising. I believe Pinterest should be informed about this situation and would appreciate it if you could reach out to them on our behalf. My order number is #[redacted], and I am seeking a refund of $81.69 (USD). The merchant's contact email is [redacted]

Hello! Last Friday, I created a new business account for Slater Lighting. I am able to log in and view it on the computer where I set it up, but I am unable to locate the account on any other device. Additionally, we have an old Pinterest account, Slater Lighting Solutions, that was created many years ago, and we wish to remove it. Unfortunately, as it was established a long time back, no one remembers the email address or password associated with it. Could you please advise on how we can delete this old account? Thank you. - GinaMaria Rivara, Slater Lighting

I am having trouble accessing my Pinterest profile page since I got a new phone. I am unsure whether my username is Christie Darby or my email [redacted] Additionally, I am unsure if my password is "secondwitch" or "deja54," although in the past it has always been deja54. Currently, I can only view my boards by searching "secondwitch" in the Pinterest search bar. Once I click on my profile picture with "secondwitch" below it, I can access all my boards and my profile picture. However, I am unable to access my actual profile page. Instead, the page that displays my boards looks like someone else's boards that a Pinterest user might follow. When I try to save or download images, it prompts me to create my first board, even though I already have numerous boards with thousands of images. I need assistance resolving this issue so I can access my profile page with all my boards and images properly displayed.

My account has been suspended due to a possible violation of Pinterest's community guidelines. Despite not using the account for months, I encounter Pinterest images that prompt me to log in, which I cannot do. I received no email notifying me of the suspension and have no recollection of any violations that may have led to it. Since it has been a while since I last used the account, I am unable to recall my username or password. I am seeking clarification on the specific guidelines I breached to ensure I don't repeat the mistake if my account is reinstated or if I create a new one. Thank you.

I am concerned about the pins I saved on Pinterest. I used to pin images related to sensitive topics like suicide and eating disorders, thinking they were on private boards. However, I discovered that at least one board was not private. I made all boards private once I noticed this, but I am unsure if some of this content may have been on other boards. I reported the pins, but they were not blocked for long. I also added a friend to help report them. I am worried about unintentionally promoting harmful content. Is there a way to delete these pins from Pinterest entirely? Can I check how long the boards were visible or how many people have re-pinned directly from me?

I reached out to Pinterest via an email they sent me asking to remove my email from their database. They responded, guiding me to use the correct channel, which I did through their unsubscribe process. While the emails stopped briefly, I am now receiving unsolicited messages again. I am displeased as I no longer wish to receive Pinterest emails due to losing interest in their content. I kindly request a permanent removal of my email address from their database to cease all communication from them effective from October 21, [redacted], Australian time. Best, Sid Summerfield

I have been suspended from my Pinterest account. I received an email accusing me of spam and saving items more than once, which I contest. I have reviewed the rules and guidelines and have not violated any. I lack computer skills and struggle to remember things due to brain damage. The only interaction I had on Pinterest was when a woman messaged me, and my daughter advised me on how to respond. I have never posted anything as I am still learning to navigate the platform. I am disabled and rely on Pinterest for entertainment and learning. I have many saved items that I need access to. Please assist me in resolving this issue with Pinterest so I can continue using the platform. Thank you for your assistance. Apologies for any spelling errors as I often need to look up words online for accuracy.

While enjoying browsing through Pinterest, I accidentally clicked on the wrong option and now I am missing out on my favorite content. About a week ago, I mistakenly selected a setting that prevents me from seeing images from penncrest. I would appreciate it if someone could check my history and reverse this setting for me. If not, I may have to uninstall Pinterest which is unfortunate. It might be helpful for Pinterest to consider adding an undo button to prevent such issues in the future for users who make similar mistakes.

I am having a problem with Pinterest. I usually log in using Facebook, but when I tried to save a pin, it showed that I had no boards. Even though I am still logged in, my boards are missing. I also checked on my PC, and all my boards are gone. I am worried that my saved information is lost. I am not sure if I have been hacked. My Facebook appears to be fine. Any help would be appreciated.

I accidentally logged out of my Pinterest account and now I am having trouble logging back in. Every time I try to access my profile, Pinterest keeps redirecting me to create a new account. I want to regain access to my original account "[redacted]" but I'm stuck in this loop. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue? Pinterest should not automatically try to create a new account without my consent when I'm just trying to log back into my existing one. Thank you.

My board got removed due to "self-harm," even though I only pinned images of healthy women, weight loss progress, and motivational quotes. It was meant to inspire me on my weight loss journey following gastric bypass surgery. Losing this board that I've had for years is incredibly upsetting, especially since there was no content related to eating disorders or self-harm. I feel disappointed by this sudden deletion.

I accidentally got logged out of my Pinterest account that has a lot of pins and boards saved. I've tried to log back in using my Google and Facebook accounts but it's showing that I have no pins, which is strange because I only used those two emails. My account had private pins, and only one follower named Hrbbrh. I had boards like #1 with subcategories such as small tattoos, neck tattoos, and hip tattoos. Another board was NBC with many Jack Skellington pins, and one labeled HR with subcategories like resume and interview questions. My Pinterest username was similar to L Fontenelle or Nisha, but I can't remember. I can't log back in to check. My account is important to me as it has a lot of content. The only board I followed was James Avery. I had around 6 or 7 boards with various subcategories. Please contact me via email when possible.
