Hello, my name is FAYSAL. Today, I visited Yr Airlines but unfortunately forgot my bag there. Despite continuing on my next flight, I arrived at my destination without my luggage. The staff at London airport advised me to reach out to you to assist in locating my baggage. I am in urgent need of my belongings. Kindly help in arranging for the delivery to my house, for which I am willing to cover the costs, or to London Stansted Airport. I appreciate your prompt response as I eagerly await further assistance.

Hello, I recently made a reservation for my clients, Mr. V. Dias and Mrs. K. W. Dias, for a one-way trip from Kayseri to Izmir on October 26th with flights ASR #PC2733 and PC2194. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in noting down the locator code. The correct locator code should be L1A9G, but with the error, I am unable to access the booking online. Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my son's recent travel experience with your airline. During the flight, he did not receive any food or drink, and his luggage was damaged as well. My son, who is 14 years old, was left upset by this experience, and I am equally dissatisfied. Dear Sir or Madam, During my flight number PC [redacted] from Istanbul Sabiha to Stuttgart last Wednesday, 6th September at 11:30 a.m., the following incident occurred. Upon boarding and finding my seat in 2F, I asked the stewardess named "Ecem" to assist me in placing my handbag in the overhead compartment due to my height and recent foot surgery. Instead of helping, she responded in an unfriendly manner, stating, "That is not my job." I had to request assistance from another passenger. I am over 60 years old and travel by air for business and leisure purposes multiple times a year, having flown with various airlines worldwide, and I have never experienced such behavior. Even as a regular person, one would usually assist others. This conduct is damaging to the airline's reputation and that of the Turkish community, known for its friendliness. This individual is not suitable for her position and should be held accountable. I urge you to remove this person from aviation duties before further harm is done. I do not believe that neglecting to assist passengers is in line with Pegasus Airlines' guidelines. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. Hi there, I had a delay on my connecting flight which caused me to miss my flight from Athens to Istanbul on 07/09/23 (JXHREC). I attempted to modify my reservation online to cancel or reschedule the flight, but I received a message to visit a counter agent in person. Unfortunately, I was in Santorini where there are no Pegasus agents at the airport. I tried contacting them via phone and chat, but was unable to reach anyone. I really need to speak with a customer service agent to arrange a refund for my ticket.

I encountered an issue with your company at Stansted Airport on 16/09/[redacted] for my flight to Turkey at 16:45. My Flight number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. During check-in, I was charged twice. First, £99 for having shoes in my handbag, and then another £44 for placing my shoes and pillow in separate bags. The lady assisting me was extremely rude, and one of the security personnel was disrespectful. Many other travelers were also dissatisfied with the service as they were being charged for minor mistakes. I request a prompt refund of this money since it was unjustly taken from me. Thank you.

My luggage got damaged on a recent Pegasus airline flight from Dalaman. I reported it at the airport and tried to claim online through Pegasus, but I'm unable to upload the required photos. I've attempted to upload them in various formats without success, even after trying the new web page multiple times. I've submitted the form without the photos, explaining the issue, and requested an email address to send the photos to, but I haven't heard back yet. Can anyone offer some assistance with this?

My wife and I experienced denied boarding at Stansted London Airport yesterday morning on our way to Saudi via Istanbul around 10 am (desk [redacted]) by a young man. Despite trying to explain that we have UK permanent residence permits and are permitted to obtain visas upon arrival in Saudi, our pleas fell on deaf ears. Unfortunately, the flight from Beirut encountered a significant delay, lasting over 18 hours. It is worth mentioning that myself and the other passengers had to wait over 10 hours for accommodation following the initial delay. I am seeking clarification on whether I am entitled to compensation for this situation. Can you please advise me on the necessary steps and details concerning the compensation process for such delays? Hello, I had a transit flight from Ankara to Istanbul (Flight PC2675) and then from Istanbul to Riyadh (Flight PC690). The departure from Ankara was delayed over [redacted] minutes, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Riyadh. I paid extra to avoid waiting for more than 2 hours and 30 minutes in Istanbul, yet now I have to wait for 24 hours for the next available flight. This is unacceptable, and I request the following: 1. An explanation for the delay and why the subsequent flight was not delayed like the first one. 2. The purpose of choosing a more expensive flight was to avoid long waiting times; however, this did not happen. 3. My wife and daughter are exhausted due to your mistakes and lack of responsibility. 4. If additional payments were made to avoid long waits and this was not honored, I request a refund of those funds. 5. There are difficulties in contacting customer service via the website, app, or Saudi phone number. Awaiting a prompt resolution to this issue. Best regards

Hello! On October 31st, I traveled from Palermo with ITA Airways to Rome Fiumicino where I had a layover and needed to check in again for my flight to Istanbul SAW with Pegasus. Unfortunately, I missed my flight because we departed late from Rome and my checked baggage went on to Istanbul SAW without me! On November 1st, I flew to Montrea, Canada without my luggage!
