I signed up for my account using the name Belinda1970 and the email [redacted] A payment of US$35.00 was sent to the email [redacted] instead of mine. I have since added that email to my PayPal account and set it as the primary email. I am concerned about receiving my upcoming payment on August 1st and want to ensure it goes to the correct account. I would like to avoid currency conversion fees by keeping the funds in US dollars. How can I ensure the future payments are directed to me correctly and in US dollars without unnecessary conversions to Rands? Your assistance is appreciated.

PayPal charged me a fee when I added money to my business account, but then restricted my access. I want to close my accounts and withdraw all funds. I attempted to follow their requirements by submitting photo ID, but incurred fees for multiple transactions and had difficulty contacting customer service. After several unsuccessful calls, I have decided to close my accounts with PayPal due to their inconvenient practices. It's frustrating that I have to wait 30 days for a refund. I am disappointed that I couldn’t reach a customer service representative and I need the money for my living expenses. I will let everyone I know about my negative experience with PayPal and encourage them to explore other payment options.

I was charged $51.75 to my Visa account, but the money has not been transferred to [redacted] The transaction number is [redacted]1hv946826. I've tried calling your number at [redacted] four times a day without any luck, just recordings. My phone number is [redacted]. The recipient has not received the funds. I'm prepared to contact my bank to reverse the transaction if I don't get a response soon. My email is [redacted] On the receipt, it indicates the money was sent to [redacted] Please get back to me. I'm tired of calling and being hung up on after trying to answer your questions for 5 minutes. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will take further action.

I sent $[redacted] to an individual who claimed to be Jess Dino via a PayPal account under the name Robin Sanders with the email [redacted] She explained that she was using her mother's email for the transaction to visit her mother and buy food. She shared multiple sad stories about personal tragedies, including her mother's passing. Although I feel naive for trusting her, I continued to send her smaller amounts as she encountered more adversities. Our contact began online in late December, resulting in me sending funds regularly since. Uncertain of her true identity or gender, I seek to verify the activity of this account since late December. I hope to retrieve some of the money I unwittingly sent and would appreciate any support or guidance on lodging a complaint and involving the appropriate authorities to address this situation. Though I acknowledge my responsibility in this, I believe her actions are unjust and seek assistance in rectifying this predicament.

I received a phishing email with the subject line: "Re: (News Statement Updates): Please complete the PayPal request - [PP[redacted]]". It was well-written and appeared convincing to most people. The sender even included a note about phishing emails within the message! I am unsure where to report this to have the full headers checked and potentially trace the scammers to prevent wasted time and account breaches. I immediately recognized it as a fake, but others may not be so perceptive. It's essential to pay attention to details and think critically to avoid falling victim to such scams.

I noticed an error in the automatic payment process for a neighborhood service on June 29, [redacted]. Instead of deducting the payment from my personal checking account via PayPal as usual, it was mistakenly taken from the DEBIT card linked to the non-profit organization where I serve as an officer, Oakland Heritage Alliance (OHA). This discrepancy did not occur during the previous month's payment on May 29, [redacted]. Wells Fargo, my banking institution, indicated that they were not responsible for the issue and advised me to contact PayPal for resolution. I am requesting the immediate reversal of the charge from the OHA DEBIT account and for future payments to be debited correctly from my personal checking account. Additionally, I would appreciate an email apology sent to [redacted] acknowledging the error.

I bought an item from chakra-90 on July 5, [redacted], with the expectation of receiving a one-day delivery for the code. I was promised a boxed version of MS Office Pro Plus to arrive by July 9, [redacted]. However, I did not receive the code until July 16, [redacted]. When I used the code and realized the program layout was different from the [redacted] version, I contacted the seller for a refund after reverting to the [redacted] version. No response from them yet. Attempting to use the [redacted] version later, I encountered download issues and sought help from Microsoft on July 27. They confirmed the code was not genuine and could only be used once. I now feel misled by the seller's delayed delivery and the invalid code. I purchased a small robot vacuum from a link that led me to a product from China. It cost $49 US and was supposed to clean spills and dust. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I received a useless plastic piece that requires 6 batteries. After contacting the seller and opening a dispute on PayPal, I was instructed to return the item to China within 9 days for a refund. However, the cost of shipping it back exceeds the amount I paid for the item. Moreover, I am unable to respond to PayPal's message due to technical issues with their website. Many others seem to be facing the same problem when trying to comment on the product ad. As a result, I am currently out of $49 US and feeling frustrated with the lack of assistance from PayPal.

I attempted to use PayPal by entering my email address and password but received a message stating I already have an account. I believe I may have had an account in the past, but it has been many years since I used it, and I cannot remember the login credentials. I simply want to make a payment with my credit card for something I wish to purchase, but the requirement to use PayPal is preventing me from proceeding. I tried contacting customer support over the phone but had a challenging experience speaking with someone in the Philippines. I feel very frustrated by this situation.

On June 14th, I made a payment of $[redacted].86 to cover an engagement ring and a personal ring, intending for the purchase to be charged to my Mastercard ending in [redacted], my primary account. However, I was surprised to discover two $35 return fees from Bank of America related to the payment. Upon reviewing my PayPal statements, it was clear for that month, but in the following statements, I noticed financing fees. I ensured that my [redacted] account had sufficient funds and was perplexed to find the payment was withdrawn from my Bank of America business account ending in [redacted], which I had recently added to PayPal for tax purposes. This resulted in the financing fees. I kindly request for the financing fees to be waived to settle the payment correctly. My PayPal balance is negative $9.99 due to a now expired Wells Fargo card linked to an empty account, and I plan to close it as funds are directed elsewhere. Restoring the balance and appropriately charging the [redacted] account would resolve the issue. I aim to resolve this promptly as I have a $[redacted] purchase planned using PayPal. I am contacting you as advised by E-Bay. I purchased items from a vendor, and the initial package arrived with missing items despite being marked as delivered. I have been in touch with the seller, who told me the items were coming in slowly, but they never arrived. After expressing that the items were missing from the delivered package, I asked for a refund. The seller directed me to contact E-Bay for assistance. I tried to locate the transaction on PayPal but was unsuccessful since the payment was made by credit card. The transaction ID is 8R991492UE910143T, with a total of $31.07. I am seeking a refund of $8.45 for the missing items. The same vendor refunded me for an undelivered item but has not addressed the missing items in the package. Last night, I received a $[redacted] deposit into my PayPal account via Facebook Messenger. I've been attempting to transfer some of the funds to different debit cards, accounts, and even tried sending it through Facebook Messenger, but all my efforts have resulted in an "unable to complete transaction, please try again later" message. Despite updating my phone number, adding addresses, and waiting for over one hour and thirty minutes on hold with customer service, I have been unable to resolve this issue. The money is in my account, and my preferred payment method is correctly set up. I am unsure why I can't send the money to another PayPal account. I just want to transfer my funds, but this is proving to be a challenge.

I recently made an online purchase from pro.teechip for one t-shirt. After receiving an email indicating I had left an item in my cart, I decided to place an additional order for the missing item. However, I was surprised to receive confirmations for two t-shirts at different prices. I immediately contacted their customer service to request the cancellation of one of the orders, as they were placed within a mere three-minute interval. Despite my efforts through email and PayPal, I was informed that the order could not be canceled due to the custom-made nature of the shirts. I even attempted to follow their instructions but received an error stating the email address was unmonitored. I would appreciate a refund for the second shirt and I am willing to return it at their cost for shipping, especially since the second order was more expensive.

There is a concerning situation on Facebook where a potential scam involving PayPal is unfolding. A pattern has emerged where orders are placed for a specific product, but a cheaper item is sent instead. Victims, including a boy scout troop, are finding it difficult to get refunds as they have to cover the expenses of returning the subpar product. It's troubling that PayPal is associated with such practices. Upon investigating "Molyes Store" and now "I love camping," it seems evident that this is a scam operation that keeps changing names. It is disheartening to see people being taken advantage of, and action should be taken to prevent further fraud. If a generic response is all that is received, cancelling both PayPal and Ebay accounts is a consideration. I have been trying for the past 4 hours to transfer the donations from my website to my bank account linked to my Gmail address through Paypal. I have spoken to an unhelpful agent, tried chatting with another unhelpful representative, had two failed attempts to get assistance, and I am still without a solution. Currently, the money is stuck with Paypal and not being transferred to the designated bank account. Despite manually transferring a small amount successfully, I cannot figure out how to do the same for previous donations. I am considering switching to a GoFundMe page due to their fee structure and lack of clarity from Paypal.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue and seeking a resolution. I recently opened a new PayPal account and received a payment of $[redacted] on August 2nd, which I promptly cashed out. Following this, on August 3rd, my employer sent me a payment of $[redacted]. I intended to cash this out as well through G-Xchange. However, I encountered a message indicating a pending balance for 21 days, extending the wait time to 60 days to access the funds. Upon realizing that the payment was not reflecting in the recipient's records, I tried to cancel the transaction but could not locate the cancel button in the transaction history. Surprisingly, the payment status is marked as complete, even though the recipient did not receive the amount. I urgently request for the payment to be processed promptly if possible.

I am experiencing issues with a payment I made to a reputable retailer through PayPal. The payment is currently listed as "Pending" even though the funds have been deducted from my credit card.
