On 10/13/18, I sent $55 to my friend's grandson, Donovan Bradley, via Facebook Messenger. Donovan informed me he couldn't access the funds as he didn't have a bank account or debit card. Despite contacting Facebook/Messenger and explaining Donovan's situation as a resident of a Human Development Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas, they redirected the funds to PayPal, which Donovan couldn't access due to his lack of a bank account. Despite my efforts to clarify Donovan's situation to Facebook/Messenger, they advised me to contact PayPal for resolution. I am now seeking assistance on how to retrieve the $55 I sent to Donovan almost two months ago, as I am willing to receive the funds back into my PayPal account since Donovan cannot verify or access a PayPal account. He attempted to create one but lacks the necessary financial tools. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having trouble accessing my PayPal account. Recently, my car was broken into, and my credit cards, phone, and identity were stolen. My car was also taken and broken into, leading to unauthorized changes to my account. After finally getting back into my account, I discovered multiple unauthorized transactions and purchases. I recently encountered an issue with my eBay account. I attempted to sell an item and found a buyer. However, it seems the payment was sent to an old PayPal account linked to my outdated Gmail, rather than my current one. The buyer and I had to cancel the order, and I now need to refund the money. I followed all the instructions from PayPal regarding returning the items within the specified time frame by providing a tracking number. However, four days later, I received an email stating that my case was closed. Despite sending the receipt and tracking number promptly, every agent I spoke to gave me conflicting information and I have not received a resolution. I am deeply frustrated with the lack of assistance and the constant back and forth I have experienced for months. I made an online purchase of a Graphics Card, but it never arrived. A refund was initiated shortly after my purchase, but I received an email notification from Paypal stating that the refund didn’t go through. I tried to reach out to the seller but haven’t received a response in 10 days. The Paypal refund status shows as “Canceled – Refund” on the website. I suspect the seller intended to refund my money without notifying me, as I haven’t received the GPU and there seems to be no way to track the progress of my purchase or contact the seller on the website. I would like to understand why the refund was attempted, why it failed, and ultimately get my money back if I won’t be receiving the GPU.

I've encountered a similar issue with a refund from Exotic City Shoes through PayPal on my debit card, which is linked directly to my bank account. Despite using it on eBay for years without any problems, they mention that my credit card isn't verified. Additionally, I was required to convert my personal account to a business one when I briefly had a candle venture. Since I no longer operate a business, I wish to revert my account to a regular PayPal one. Receiving refunds shouldn't encounter hurdles, especially when they involve my familiar payment method. I opened a case with the resolution center on December 4th, [redacted], regarding a faulty item I purchased. The case number is PP-D-[redacted]8. The product I bought was not compatible with my phone as described by the seller. Following Paypal's instructions, I shipped the item back to the seller via USPS with tracking number: [redacted][redacted]3. However, I received an email from Paypal stating that I didn't upload the return tracking information, which is incorrect. Upon checking the tracking details, I found out that the seller refused the shipment, and now it's being returned to me. It's frustrating that just because the seller declined the return, it seems to automatically benefit them, and I may not receive a refund for an inaccurately described product. This situation has left me extremely disappointed.

About six weeks ago, I loaded almost $[redacted].00 onto my PayPal card. Initially, I added $[redacted].00, but soon after, I was unable to make a purchase at a store due to a hold on my card. Distressed with the situation, compounded by the news of my aunt’s passing and my own housing loss, I suspected foul play and even accused a friend. After reimbursement from the friend, I reloaded $[redacted].00 onto the card, only to face the same issue when making a purchase. Contacting PayPal, I was informed of an unauthorized transaction, leading to a replacement card being sent. However, when the card didn’t arrive as promised, I spoke to a representative who suggested purchasing a Google Guard Card for $[redacted].00, a strange and concerning request. Struggling without access to my funds for days, essential expenses were unmet, including basic needs and funeral arrangements. Despite numerous calls to PayPal and challenges with address changes, the replacement card was found unsecured at my old address with a significant deduction. In June [redacted], I used Paypal Credit for transactions, and was asked to verify my identity. Due to a house fire and other challenges, I faced difficulties completing the process. I explained the situation via email but encountered issues. After moving back in, I tried again with my new address but faced obstacles in changing my residency documentation. Although I recently switched to NJ residency, I am unable to upload my driver's license for verification. A few weeks ago, I contacted PayPal to unlock my account, which was placed on hold due to suspicious activity. After providing all my information and verifying my SS#, they assured me that automatic payments were stopped. However, tonight at the store, my payment was declined as all my money was taken by a payment that should have been canceled. This leaves me without funds, hungry, and cold after riding my bicycle to the store in 15-degree weather for food. Why isn't PayPal available 24/7 for support? It's frustrating and inconvenient.

After answering multiple questions and receiving two code numbers, I was advised to close my current account and open a new one. I requested to speak to a supervisor but have been on hold for about an hour. It seems my new telephone number might have caused the access issue. Hello, I recently submitted a claim for two pending transactions of $40 each charged to my PayPal account from EPOCH due to a subscription with the website "Bangbros." I initially signed up for a two-day free trial. However, I have proof that I requested the subscription to be canceled on November 16th via email, as their website intentionally makes it difficult to cancel subscriptions. They still indicate on their website that subscriptions can be canceled via email. I noted unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted].76 after my cancellation request was made. I bought a blanket from Snow @ Co. Ltd through their Facebook page on September 18, [redacted], featuring images of Jeeps. Despite initiating a PayPal dispute in November due to non-delivery, the blanket eventually arrived after a few days following the case opening. Sadly, what I received was not what was advertised. The blanket is of poor quality, resembling a moving blanket, with an odd police design on it, completely different from the Jeep images on their page. This experience suggests the company might be deceiving customers and I believe a full refund of $64.89 is warranted.
