I contacted PayPal yesterday because it's the third time in a four-month period that they have placed a restriction on my account without any explanation. Moreover, they have been deducting $[redacted].00 from my bank account for the past four months, leading to multiple problems and a chain reaction of issues. Despite being assured yesterday that the matter was resolved and my account was back to normal, I found out today when trying to make a purchase that PayPal's assurances were once again false.

I recently encountered a scam attempt, and I'm sharing the details here for awareness: The scammer sent a fake PayPal email claiming I received a payment of $6,[redacted].00 USD from someone named Brett Scott and asked for a payment of $[redacted].00 USD for supposed transport charges. The email included details like a transaction ID, sender's email address, and instructions to use Moneygram for the payment. Remember to always verify such emails and be cautious about unexpected requests for money transfers. Stay vigilant against potential scams.

Hello, my name is Clyde Sanders, and my case ID is PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I am a seller facing an issue with an open case that has been ruled in favor of the buyer. I sold a brand new product still sealed in its package to the buyer on July 14, [redacted]. After 3 months, on Oct. 14, the buyer claimed the product was damaged and demanded a refund or replacement. I believe I am being scammed because I sent a brand new product initially. PayPal ruled in favor of the buyer, stating that they can return the allegedly damaged product for a full refund. I am seeking a deeper review of this case as I maintain a legitimate and honest business. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my PayPal account in Hong Kong. I mistakenly set my country as Hong Kong instead of the Philippines. Currently, I am working here as a housekeeper. Due to this mistake, I am unable to receive or send funds, and my account is on hold for [redacted] days. Waiting for that long is not an option for me as I urgently need the money. I have contacted customer service twice, but despite their assurance of a callback, I have not heard back. I opened a Philippine PayPal account because my debit card does not work with my Hong Kong account. However, when I tried to transfer funds to my Philippine account, it got put on hold. I need my money to pay bills in the Philippines. Can anyone suggest a way for me to withdraw my funds sooner than waiting for [redacted] days? Your help is much appreciated.

I am having trouble receiving a refund from Jenette Turner or Jennette Salov for items she purchased from me. She owes me $[redacted] for a retractable baton, a taser, blankets, a cat carrier, and other items. Despite her promises to pay me, she has not returned my money since Sunday, when she mentioned the issue with a payment related to a hotel. I have tried contacting her via email at either [redacted] or [redacted], but have not received a response. I am disappointed with this situation and am considering legal action if the matter is not resolved promptly. PayPal should protect sellers in such cases, but in this instance, I have not been paid. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the delay in receiving my funds from Jenette Turner or Jennette Salov, born on December 5th, [redacted].

I am having an issue with a person named Jenette Turner or Jennette Salov. She has not refunded my money. I am seeking urgent resolution. Her contact email is: [redacted] Or [redacted] I paid her for various items but she failed to deliver them. She mentioned a hotel payment issue for $[redacted].10 at Courtyard or Hyatt San Jose and convinced me to pay upfront, promising to provide the items the next day. However, on Monday, she disappeared with my $[redacted].00. I demand a refund immediately. I bought a retractable baton, a taser, blankets, a cat carrier, among other things. Failure to refund will result in legal action. PayPal should refund me as the buyer, and I expect PayPal to collect the owed amount from her. Despite her friends in Oakland saying she left for Los Angeles, I insist on being reimbursed promptly.

I purchased digital marketing services from Fiverr.com, but did not receive what I paid for. The seller ignored my messages when I tried to address the issue directly. When I reached out to Fiverr.com customer service and provided evidence of the problem, they mentioned they do not accept screenshots as proof. I then submitted a document showing the discrepancy in the work delivered. However, both the seller and Fiverr.com did not respond to my concerns. I escalated the matter to PayPal for assistance. Fiverr.com has since asked me to close the dispute, promising to assist, but when I requested written confirmation of a refund, they went silent. I am unsure of what steps to take next and would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue.

I listed a TAG watch for sale on Craigslist and got a response from a potential buyer who requested an invoice through PayPal. Despite being new to PayPal, I managed to send the invoice as requested. The buyer claimed to have sent the funds, even including extra for overnight shipping. I found the email in my junk folder, appearing legitimate, so my husband sent the watch. The email stated the funds would be released upon providing a tracking number, but the funds never arrived. The buyer mentioned needing to expand my account limit for the release of funds, asking for additional money. The payment is missing from my account, and the buyer has the watch. Attempts to contact the provided phone numbers have been unsuccessful, and all communications resembled PayPal notifications.

Subject: Urgent Fraud Dispute Regarding Unauthorized Transactions To the PayPal Fraud Department, I am writing to report fraudulent activities on my PayPal account. I, Ada Hanson from Whitehall, Montana, am 87 years old and a widow. Unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted] have been made from my account, and I am now receiving collection notices amounting to $[redacted] from an unknown individual claiming to be Rick Bishop. The real Rick Bishop, with eBay ID trapperrb, has confirmed that he is not involved in these fraudulent claims. I have a long-standing relationship with Rick Bishop as a reputable eBay customer who has always paid promptly and provided positive feedback. It is clear that someone is impersonating him to extort money from me. I urge PayPal to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, refund the stolen funds, and cease all collection efforts related to these fraudulent activities. Your prompt attention to this urgent matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Ada Hanson

I am seeking receipts for charges on my credit card statement that are not available on Paypal's website. I attempted to contact them but was met with a frustrating automated system that led me in circles of advertisements instead of connecting me to a real person. This experience has left me feeling disappointed in their customer service. If anyone could assist me in locating these receipts, I would be grateful.

I am having trouble accessing my account. When I attempt to log in, a prompt appears with a number. I reached out via email to service@[redacted] as instructed, only to receive a response stating I must call. After contacting the provided number, the representative was unable to assist me and suggested I email service@[redacted]. This back-and-forth has been costly and time-consuming, yet my issue remains unresolved. Despite having my password saved on my computer, it is not working. I urgently need access to my account. Please call me to address this promptly or provide a direct link to reset my password. Avoid requesting calls for concerns that could be resolved via email, especially when the email response prompts a call back, creating a frustrating loop.

A few months back, I disputed a charge made through PayPal on Ebay and had to cancel the card used at that time. Since then, I added a new card to my account but left the old one on there. Now, I see an unauthorized $20.00 charge on my account from Facebook, using the old card. I didn't authorize this transaction. I have been explaining to them that if I wanted to make a purchase, I would have used the active card. I just want my money refunded, and I need to be able to trust PayPal again. First, someone made a purchase using my account for fishing gear in California, and now Facebook is charging me for an ad I did not buy, using a cancelled card. This situation is making me doubt the reliability of PayPal as a payment method.

I recently completed a transaction for £[redacted] with a company advertising a digger on eBay. They requested account verification from PayPal to authorize the payment. Communication was done via email, and I received an invoice with the number [redacted] for item ID [redacted]67 on eBay. However, I have not had any further response from the seller. They instructed me to transfer the funds to a PayPal Representative account, stating the money is being held until the digger is delivered, and I have five days to inspect it. Since sending the payment, I have not received any updates. I'm concerned about the legitimacy of this transaction and would appreciate any confirmation on whether this is a valid deal or a potential scam.

I am attempting to access two different PayPal accounts. Despite requesting reset codes via email multiple times, I am unable to reset the passwords. One account has the correct password but still cannot be accessed even after receiving a code. Both accounts require updated information as the phone numbers linked to them are outdated. The security questions are accurate, yet access is still not granted to either account. Unfortunately, it seems impossible to contact PayPal customer service without logging in, which creates a dilemma since I cannot access either account.

I utilized Reimage Support to address printing issues on my desktop. Initially charged approximately $54, they later proposed an additional $[redacted] for repairs after scanning my computer. When I declined, they left me without internet access, froze the computer, and increased the cost in subsequent emails from PayPal. After engaging Telstra Platinum, my computer and printer were swiftly restored within an hour. I am seeking a refund from Reimage, operating as Safe Cart, for the $60.45 PayPal disbursement.

I am having trouble linking my PayPal account to the Qmee app for fund transfers. I verified my account through PayPal, but when I try to link them in the Qmee app, it indicates that my PayPal account is not fully verified. I have confirmed my primary email address and added a bank account, as per the usual requirements. The Qmee customer support mentioned that it depends on the message PayPal sends them, either 'verified - true' or 'verified - false', which determines if the accounts can be linked. Unfortunately, they can't contact PayPal on my behalf due to data protection policies. I will contact PayPal as suggested to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund for all Google Play transactions made for the game "Guns and Glory" since December [redacted]. The received product differs significantly from what was advertised, which is a result of deceptive trade practices and fraud by the developers. The issues include non-delivery of purchases, failure to address hackers and cheaters, differential pricing for Asian players, devaluation of in-game assets, and lack of customer service. Despite my attempts to address these concerns with the developer and Google, both have redirected me back and forth without resolution. Consequently, I am now requesting PayPal to refund the payments made for this game through their platform.
