Around two months ago, PayPal updated my routing number without notifying me. As a result, automatic payments for my storage unit at CubeSmart were not processed due to the changed routing number. CubeSmart contacted me about a delinquent bill, adding a $[redacted] non-payment fee to the $89 monthly charge, totaling $[redacted]. I live on less than $[redacted] per month on disability and cannot afford these charges for something beyond my control. I believe PayPal should have informed customers in advance to avoid such situations. Despite receiving an email from PayPal mentioning the account number changes, it did not specify the need to update payment information with companies receiving automatic payments. As a result, I face severe consequences like risking losing my apartment, unpaid utilities, and even a repossessed vehicle due to payment failures. I never signed up for a PayPal account. When prompted to log in, my email address ([redacted]) is recognized, but no password works. When requesting a password reset, it shows the phone number on file as [redacted], which belongs to Emmanuel Baptist Church in Johnstown, PA, not mine. My actual phone number is [redacted]. I am currently experiencing issues with a Chinese company, [redacted], and I am unable to access my PayPal account to address this concern. I have already lodged a complaint with Discover Card against PayPal and the Chinese company.

I am a refugee from Ukraine, currently residing in the Czech Republic with my two small children after fleeing from Luhansk. In an attempt to send money through PayPal, I unintentionally created two accounts under my name - one linked to a Ukrainian bank and the other to a Czech bank. Following the transfer of funds between these accounts, my PayPal account was blocked and the funds vanished. I seek assistance in recovering my funds and seek clarification on why Ukrainian refugees like myself face challenges with PayPal. My intent was solely to transfer money between accounts.

I purchased a shirt for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but it arrived after the holiday and was the wrong item. Despite multiple emails, I only received one response promising a return number which never came. I am frustrated with this situation. I used a Visa card for the purchase and have not contacted them yet as some time has passed. I feel others should be cautious of this company as it seems like a scam. The quality of the blouse was very poor, unattractive, and likely inexpensive to produce. I spent nearly $30 on this item.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am deeply saddened to inform you that certain properties or hostels on your site are engaging in scam activities. I had booked a room at "B-Hostel" for €[redacted].32 for 2 people, but mistakenly booked it for 1 person. When I tried to rectify the booking by calling the property owner, I was asked to make a new booking for an additional €64.
Upon arrival, we were met with a lack of proper signage or staff at the hostel. Despite multiple attempts to reach the property owner, there was no response initially. After a prolonged wait, we were eventually provided with a video of the room pin code to access the room.
This experience was utterly unacceptable and contrary to the importance placed on customer rights in Germany. I kindly request a refund of the payment due to the lack of proper service and treatment during my stay at the hostel.

In March [redacted], I got an email regarding another order for the same product from Kogan for $79.00, but I didn't follow the link suspecting it might be a scam. I am having trouble accessing my money online. Previously, logging in with my email address ([redacted]) granted me access to all information easily. I am seeking the 40% discount promised by "Paint&Ship" for keeping the damaged fender I purchased. Upon delivery, the fender was in poor condition, which was unexpected. My Sanish bank recently renewed my credit card, and unfortunately, I have lost my phone. I am unable to sign into PayPal to update my information because it keeps showing my old phone number.
