I received the fuel pump I ordered for my [redacted] Jeep Patriot, but unfortunately, the item number didn't match our car, rendering it unusable. Shortly after receiving the part, my Jeep became inoperative and is now beyond repair. This unexpected issue caused a delay in contacting you to initiate the return process. The fuel pump is still in its original packaging inside the box. The Jeep's computer didn't recognize the sequencing numbers for the pump, preventing us from installing it. Could you please refund the $48.67? Thank you, PartsGeek.

I recently purchased a set of rear 10-leaf truck springs for my [redacted] F350 7.3 4x4 with part #43-1265HD. The item I received, although labeled with the correct part number, is actually a 5-leaf spring. I kindly request a pre-paid return slip to send back this incorrect item and would like to proceed with reordering the correct 10-leaf spring for my project. I did receive an email regarding the return process, but it seems that I am being asked to cover the return shipping cost for your mistake, which I find unprofessional. Please issue a corrected return slip. Thank you. Chris

I recently ordered shocks for my [redacted] G37, but unfortunately, I received shocks for a different car model that were also incomplete. I have already returned the package and am now waiting for my refund. Additionally, I would appreciate being reimbursed for the shipping fees. This mix-up caused me to be without a car for three days and even caused me to miss work. I have tried calling customer service multiple times, waiting over 10 minutes each call, and even requested a call back to no avail. It's frustrating to be dealing with this issue without any resolution in sight.

I received the wrong part that I ordered based on the year, make, and model of my car. When I brought it to the shop, I discovered the error, but it was already over 30 days. I am requesting a refund since the mistake was on your end. As a customer, I expect better service and accuracy. Kindly acknowledge the error and refund my money for the incorrect part. I have the item ready to return. Thank you.

I recently purchased an injector for a [redacted] Camry, thinking it was new, but after installing it, I realized the issue remains. The injector seems to be faulty as it is not the correct color as described. Unfortunately, I am unable to return it since I disposed of the old one, leaving me with no functioning car. The order number is 18-[redacted]0.

I recently took my [redacted] Mercedes CLK500 to a trusted shop where I was advised to purchase a radiator from your company. The radiator arrived early, but unfortunately, it was defective and leaked according to my mechanic. I followed the return process but was taken aback when asked for a photo of the part, making me feel responsible for the issue. This approach was not appreciated and felt accusatory. While I could have saved money buying from Rockauto, I still need a replacement radiator. I believe your company should inspect defective parts rather than requesting photos and delaying refunds. This experience has left me unsure about making future purchases from your company. As a respected 59-year-old man, I hope this feedback is useful for your marketing team to consider. - C.W. Ferguson

I, Michael Hill, purchased a fuel pump on May 15. I discovered a defect the next day and was instructed to return the part for a refund, which I couldn't do due to work commitments. I reordered the part from Parts Geek the following week. After having the pump installed yesterday, I attempted to return the defective part for a refund but was now informed that I couldn't. As I live paycheck to paycheck, losing $[redacted] is significant to me. I am prepared to drive to New Jersey if necessary. The repair shop disposed of the original packaging a month ago. Can I at least receive a partial refund? I am willing to return or drop off the part. I feel taken advantage of and this situation is unfair.

I recently purchased 2 sets of control arms for my GMC Canyon from partsgee, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong ones. After returning the items at my own expense and contacting their customer service several times, I have yet to receive any reimbursements. Despite providing all the necessary information and documentation, including my UPS shipping receipt from April 10, [redacted], which shows the return cost of $[redacted].00, the issue is still unresolved. The total price of the parts was $[redacted].59. I am very disappointed with the service from partsgee and will not be making any future purchases from them. I ended up ordering the correct parts from Rockauto, and they were a perfect match for my vehicle. Going forward, I will be utilizing Rockauto for all my auto part needs.

I placed a substantial order for parts for a [redacted] Dodge Durango 4x4 5.9L. Unfortunately, it seems that I did not receive part # 1[redacted]8, a spare tire hoist. According to an email I received on June 27, [redacted], the delivery was made on the 26th, but after going through all the items, I noticed that this specific part was missing. The tracking number for the shipment is [redacted][redacted]0, and the SKU is NO1-[redacted]. I need this part urgently to finish the project for my customer, as the vehicle is their daily driver and they are currently renting another vehicle while I work on the repairs. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as I cannot afford to wait another week for the delivery. Your assistance in resolving this issue quickly is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a clutch kit, but it was missing a critical component. I've been waiting a week for the parts and can't wait another two weeks for this issue to be resolved. Instead, I'll have to buy the missing part out of pocket to get my vehicle running again. The company wants me to return the whole kit before deciding if they will replace the missing part or issue a refund, which is inconvenient for me. I decided to purchase the missing part separately to have my transportation back promptly, rather than sending the entire kit back and waiting for a response. I can provide the receipt for the replacement part, but it seems like it's an all-or-nothing situation.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing about order 18-[redacted]4. I did not receive the part. According to FedEx, the item was damaged in transit and was returned to Parts Geek in Ferland, MI on July 19, [redacted]. I was informed by customer service that once the part was returned, I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received the refund yet. I have been attempting to contact customer service via phone, but have been unable to get through. The online customer service tool does not have a suitable option for my issue, and they believe the part was delivered to me. I would greatly appreciate speaking with a representative to resolve this matter. Thank you for your help.

I was told by FedEx that the shipper hasn't sent out my order yet. However, you mentioned attempted deliveries three times by FedEx while I've been here awaiting the package all these days. Despite my efforts to contact you and leaving my number for a callback, I haven't received any response. I would appreciate it if you could request the shipper to ship the package as I've been monitoring the tracking information since 9/20/23, and it was only labeled, not shipped. Thank you and have a good day.

I would like to return a fuel pump that I purchased mistakenly. I received two fuel pumps, but I only need to return both as they are incorrect parts. Please provide me with the return address so that I can send them back for a refund. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and support.

On September 5, [redacted], I shipped parts back to your company via FedEx because they were incorrect. Following your instructions, I sent the packages to the specified address. However, the warehouse claims the parts were sent to the wrong location despite us following the provided address. They refuse to refund me due to this error and have even charged me a $43.75 return fee. I believe I shouldn't be responsible for this cost as it was your company's error. The warehouse in question is located in Olathe, KS [redacted]. I seek a resolution regarding these incurred charges due to the confusion.

I received two identical headlight assemblies, returned one, and was refunded. Unfortunately, the one I kept does not fit my Volvo XC90. I have been trying for over a month to resolve this matter. I am now being told that I cannot get a refund or return the item. This situation leaves me with a product that is useless to me. If this issue is not addressed, I plan to contact both the Arkansas Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau for assistance.
