On December 31, [redacted], at 12:45, I had an unpleasant experience with a delivery driver who was very rude and unprofessional. Initially, the driver attempted to keep my change as a tip for herself. When I asked for the change back, she responded with an attitude. Even when I mentioned I could find more change in my car to cover the payment, she continued to be disrespectful, even stating, "I WORK ON TIPS" in a loud manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and threatened. I reached out to the store and spoke to the manager about the incident, but unfortunately, I did not receive sufficient information or resolution regarding this employee. It was an unnecessary and unprofessional behavior that I believe should not be tolerated from any delivery driver.

I'm organizing a pizza party for a sixth-grade class in South Beloit. Each student needs to collect [redacted] marbles from their teachers by Thanksgiving to motivate them due to discipline and academic issues. I'd like Papa John's to send a video message of encouragement to these students as we face daily challenges with them. The contest began on Friday, and the students carry a container to collect marbles from each teacher, with up to three marbles per class depending on their behavior. We're excited about Papa John's sending an encouraging message! We have just 10 days left for this initiative!

I tried to place an order at the Marion, Indiana location for a pizza. I noticed I was overcharged and have five unexpected pending transactions at this establishment. I had $[redacted].00 on my debit card, but I was billed around $[redacted].00 for the pizza, which is incorrect. Due to these pending transactions, I couldn't even complete my order. The total should not have been $[redacted].00. This is an error that needs to be addressed. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Sincerely, I.H.

Last week, I placed an order for four carryout specials with 1-topping large pizzas for $6.99 each. When I called tonight to order the same deal, a young gentleman claiming to be a manager said it wasn't possible and refused to honor the special, despite me explaining that I had done it before. I then contacted another Papa John's a few miles away, where a young lady confirmed that I could indeed use the same deal for four pizzas as long as the date was valid.

I want to share my recent disappointing experience with Papa John's in Grove City, Ohio. I had ordered online in advance for a [redacted] delivery during my 12-hour shift. The driver arrived a bit early while I was occupied and missed his call. After trying to reach him with no response, I was informed that since I didn't pick up his call, my order was canceled as they were closed. I even offered to collect it from the security, but to no avail. When I contacted the manager, their response was unsympathetic, and I was left without my meal. This incident left me out of pocket and without dinner for my shift. It was truly disappointing given my anticipation for their mushroom cheese pizza. The service fell short, and I felt let down as a customer.

I believe I was overcharged by the delivery driver. Despite leaving the tip section blank and only signing my name, my total charge of $40.24 exceeded the $34.24 amount I signed for. I typically tip in cash and have observed similar situations in the service industry. Usually, the drivers I encounter are the regular ones, but this time it was a young girl. I am a loyal customer and have never had issues before. I am seeking clarification on why the amount I signed for is different from what was charged to my account. Thank you.

While I was on a trip to Washington, D.C., I downloaded the Papa John's app. I live near Crossville, TN, and I want to make that my main location. Because I am in the next town over 25 miles away with no Papa John's, I always need to go to the store for pick-up. How can I adjust this in the app? Also, I keep receiving promotional offers from Washington, D.C., rather than Tennessee. Thank you.

Hello,
I made a purchase last night at your store located at [redacted] S Rutherford Blvd. Murfreesboro TN [redacted] for delivery. The payment was deducted from my PayPal account, but unfortunately, I did not receive my order. I received an order number, but when I tried to track it later, I was logged out due to a session timeout. I have attached two PayPal documents showing the payment made for the undelivered pizza. I would like assistance in resolving this issue.

I ordered a pizza through the mobile app, but when I arrived late to pick it up, I was surprised to find it wasn't kept warm. I was shocked to discover a baby cockroach crawling in the box when I got home. Additionally, the spinach on the pizza, placed on top instead of under the cheese, was not appetizing. This unexpected experience left me extremely upset. It's 1 AM, and I had to cook dinner from scratch as we couldn't eat the pizza.

I've noticed three instances of overcharging on my statements since November [redacted]. It all started when I saw a charge for an even $20, which I didn't make. Reviewing my statements, I found three discrepancies. In two cases, I wasn't asked to sign a credit card receipt or given one. I'm requesting a refund of the overcharged amount and some form of compensation for this situation. I'm willing to provide my credit statement, order numbers, and the amounts involved. When I order online, I prefer to tip in cash instead of through the card. It seems in this case the driver received both a cash tip and a credit card one when settling my payment.

I ordered a pizza on the 23rd around 10:43. The pizza arrived about an hour and a half later, but it was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and it lacked toppings - only one piece of spinach per slice. Additionally, the sauce was minimal. The $22 I spent wasn't worth it. The set of wings was overcooked and inedible. When attempting to sign up for rewards, the system wouldn't accept my code within the three-day window as promised. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. - Lisa D. from Florence, South Carolina.

I've reached out to customer service three times, and each time they provided me with an email address that turns out to be invalid. I have a gift card with a difficult-to-read number, and despite trying to use it at the pizza place, it's not working. Customer service suggested sending a picture of the card for help. This issue has been ongoing for about four months, and I am very dissatisfied. Please provide me with the correct email address to resolve this matter. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. - Jim

Yesterday, on December 29th, my boyfriend, based in Florida, placed an order for pizza for me in Franklin, North Carolina. We have conducted this process regularly without any issues, typically once a week. He usually pays with his card, and the pizza is either delivered or picked up by me. After he indicated that the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived at the local Papa John's store in Franklin, North Carolina. However, upon inquiring at the register under both our names and phone numbers, I was informed that there was no such order. Perplexed, I confirmed the details with my boyfriend who mentioned that he placed it under my name. I called the store again to check on the order, but they claimed they never received it. Despite being charged on his card, the meal was unattainable, and the staff was unhelpful during my subsequent calls. My boyfriend often orders food for me from afar as I have limited dining options, and that night, it was my only planned meal. It's disappointing to have missed out on a prepaid meal and been treated discourteously. This experience has left me disheartened as a loyal customer who frequents the store.

I recently ordered a $10 garlic parmesan crust pizza with 1 topping. I requested pepperoni and mushrooms on only half of the pizza, with the majority of it remaining cheese. However, I was charged extra for an additional topping even though toppings were on less than half of the pizza. This issue has occurred before, as my previous order had scant toppings, with some slices lacking cheese. I have a photo to support my claim. When paying for extra toppings, I expect them to cover at least half the pizza if I request them on half. I have repeatedly been disappointed with the quality of Papa John's pizza. Although I keep returning, I am uncertain why I continue to expect better service.

I ordered a $10 garlic parmesan pizza with 1 topping, but I only received the topping on half of the pizza. I got half pepperoni with mushroom and half cheese, which increased the total cost by $4.49, even though most of the pizza was cheese. I paid extra for the toppings, but I feel like I didn't get my money's worth as there were hardly any toppings. This has happened before, as my last pizza also had very few toppings. The pizza quality has declined significantly, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

I have encountered issues with a code that Papa John's provided me in the past. I contacted their support team via email but have not received a response yet. Below is the email conversation for reference:
Hello Papa John's support team,
Last year, I attempted to use the code you provided me with multiple times, but I was unsuccessful. I kindly request for the code to be reactivated.

My wife and I are regular customers at your Elkins WV store. Amidst this pandemic, I recently placed an order there and was dismayed by what I witnessed. Despite the store being busy, I had to wait for my order. While waiting with my mask on, I noticed none of the employees were wearing masks. This didn't bother me until I saw one of the cooks blow his nose twice and then continue assembling pizzas barehanded without washing his hands. The cashier attended to multiple customers and handled deliveries without washing his hands or using gloves. I was shocked to see him handle paperwork, touch his face, and then proceed to make pizzas without any hand hygiene practices. Unfortunately, I had to throw away my $21.00 pizza soon after. It took me a few minutes to gather my thoughts before considering addressing the issue.

I received a response from Papa John's in Bullhead City, Arizona after reaching out to them through Facebook Messenger. I had messaged them a screenshot of their website showing "No Contact Delivery" highlighted in green. Despite this, when our food arrived, the delivery person was within 2-3 feet of me, not wearing a mask, and even reached inside my home to take payment. This made me fearful of contracting the virus, especially as I have preexisting health conditions. I have been unwell all weekend and limited contact to only my family, who maintained distance.
I have kept the Papa John's receipt in case I develop symptoms. I wish they had followed through with the contactless delivery promise displayed on their site. Unfortunately, the response I received from the Bullhead City location was rude. It is crucial for everyone, especially in a pandemic, to take responsible measures, particularly when it comes to food delivery services.

I placed an order for a pizza at Papa John's, and provided my credit card details over the phone. I was told the delivery would take 48 to 58 minutes. After an hour, I was informed that they don't deliver to my area and asked to call another store. When I called the other store, they were closed. I called back the original store, but they were unhelpful despite already charging my card. I never received my pizza, and I am frustrated with the lack of assistance or refund. I will no longer support your company since you endorse Black Lives Matter, which advocates for defunding the police, violence against white people, and promoting Marxist ideals. My friends and family are also choosing not to support your business. We prefer to spend our money at establishments that align with American values and do not support extremist groups. I believe that organizations like BLM pose a threat to our society by promoting armed resistance against the government and law enforcement. Supporting such groups could have legal implications in the future, especially if they are classified as terrorist organizations. It is essential to be mindful of the causes we support and the potential consequences of our actions on the community.
