Recently, I decided to give Papa John's another try after experiencing issues with my past orders. My latest order took an unusually long time to arrive, but I didn't make a fuss about it. I received a distressing call from a woman at a local pizza place claiming my son left without paying for his order. I offered to pay over the phone, but she said my card was declined after repeating the number four times. My son insisted he paid and the machine approved his card, but he re-entered his details anyway. When the woman still claimed it was declined, I decided to visit the store. On November 6, [redacted], around 5:30 pm, my boyfriend and I visited your Papa John's branch on Linglestown Road in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. When we arrived, we were surprised to see a young child, probably no older than 10, wearing an apron and working behind the counter. She was making pizzas, handling the cash register, and interacting with customers. We assumed she might be the manager or supervisor's daughter and that this was a regular occurrence, as we've seen her and her younger brother there at various times throughout the day. It doesn't seem appropriate for Papa John's to allow employees to bring their children to work, especially to perform tasks like making pizzas, washing dishes, and serving customers.

While trying to use my 15 points for a medium 2-topping pizza along with the $6.99 medium 5-topping deal, I encountered an issue. When ordering online, I couldn't schedule it for a later time. I then contacted store #[redacted] and was advised by a lady to proceed with the order, promising to adjust the time afterward. However, upon arrival at the store, I was asked to pay $28.10 instead of $7.57. Hello, I recently experienced a frustrating situation with a pizza delivery. Despite living in a clearly labeled apartment building, the driver had difficulty finding our unit. When contacted, the driver rudely demanded we come outside to search for him. Subsequently, after a brief search, the driver hastily left the area without delivering our order. Communication with the driver was unprofessional, culminating in disrespectful text messages. Following a discussion with the manager, we opted for a complimentary pizza in the future due to concerns about the driver's behavior. I am hopeful that the resolution will be honored as agreed. As a fellow delivery driver, I understand the challenges faced, but the lack of effort and respect in this instance was disappointing. It is my hope that corporate addresses this issue to prevent such incidents in the future.

I placed an order for a pizza online to be delivered at 6:30 pm, but it hadn't arrived by 7 pm. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I decided to drive to the store. There were four employees working, including a male who claimed to be the general manager. He alleged that my son had used foul language towards him during a phone call. I inquired about why my order had not been prepared after nearly four hours since ordering and nearly an hour since the scheduled delivery time. Despite feeling upset, I remained calm and requested a refund receipt, but was informed that since the order was placed online, no receipt was available. Eventually, after trying to understand the delay, I was asked to leave the store multiple times while the individual revealed themselves to be the general manager. This incident left me disheartened, and I have decided not to make any future purchases from the establishment.

To whom it may concern,
I placed an order for pizza last night at Papa John's on 13 Longfellow Road, Coventry for collection. Unfortunately, the store closed at 11:45, but my order was only completed at 11:52. When I tried to call the store, my calls were redirected to another location because 13 Longfellow Road was closed. They didn't have my order in their system. Upon checking the app, it indicated that my order could be collected in the morning between 11:30-12:00 AM.
I called again at 11:30, and the person informed me that calls were still being redirected and that the actual store I needed opens at 16:00. When I called back at 16:00, I finally spoke to the 13 Longfellow Road store, and they mentioned they didn't have my order as it didn't come through the system after closing time. They assured me there would be no charge on my card for the sauces. However, I used my loyalty points to pay for my 2 extra-large pizzas, which are now gone.
I was willing to collect my pizzas the following day, acknowledging my mistake in ordering late, but not receiving my pizzas and losing my points doesn't seem fair. I would appreciate either a refund of my points or a voucher for 2 extra-large pizzas of any kind (my original order was cheese and tomato with extra Italian cheese and all the meats, both large).

I placed an order at Papa John's in Aberdeen Holburn Street on Thursday night. Today, I noticed that my account was charged twice for the same order. The first payment didn't go through due to a website error, so I placed the order again, which was successfully processed the second time. The restaurant received only one order, but my bank account shows two charges of £24 and £26. Hello, I usually have great experiences with your service, but tonight's delivery didn't meet the usual standard. I ordered a pizza, cheese sticks, and a grape Crush to my apartment. After some confusion with the address, the delivery driver arrived with an Orange Crush instead. He offered to exchange it, but I declined to avoid inconveniencing him further. Last November, I ordered 2 large cheeseburger pizzas without tomatoes, but upon arriving home, 25 minutes away from the store, I found them full of tomatoes which my 4 children don't like. I called the store and spoke to the manager who confirmed the mistake. He provided me with a refund and offered two more large pizzas to reorder at my convenience, based on my phone number [redacted]. Recently, while trying to place an order over the phone, a different manager informed me there were no pizzas linked to my number, and the original manager was no longer with the store. Despite discussing this with the new manager, she was unhelpful and eventually hung up on me. Disappointed by the lack of customer service skills displayed, especially coming from someone with years of experience in the field, I just hope to receive the pizzas that were promised to me. I had a promo code for an extra-large two-topping pizza, and I chose meatballs and jalapeños with extra sauce. However, when I got home, the pizza was sauceless and the meatballs tasted off, like they were old. I called the store, but after getting disconnected, I called back and encountered a language barrier. I wanted to return the pizza, but was unsure of the store's return policy. I have placed delivery orders through your website for the store located on Oretha Castle Haley, New Orleans LA [redacted] twice now. The service up until the delivery itself has been good. However, there seems to be a recurring issue with the actual delivery process. On both occasions, nobody contacted me upon arrival, leaving me waiting at the entrance doors as the specified delivery time came and went. Although the website marked the order as delivered, it was never received. Upon contacting the store, they claimed to have been waiting as well, but no delivery person arrived. Despite alleging they called me, I received no such call. Regrettably, they estimated an additional hour for redelivery, which was inconvenient. I would like to address an issue I experienced at your establishment, Papa John’s #[redacted] located at [redacted] Holman Ave, Munster, Indiana, [redacted]. On April 05, [redacted], I ordered 4 pizzas and breadsticks for my students at Heritage Middle School in Lansing, Illinois. Unfortunately, the order did not include any sauce, garlic butter, or marinara sauce. When I inquired about this, I was informed that discounted pizzas do not come with sauce. This response was unsatisfactory to me as I had received sauce with orders at a previous school in Hammond, Indiana. Despite calling early enough for delivery, I was told they could not accommodate me, forcing my son to pick up the order. Additionally, I was unable to use my credit card over the phone.
I promptly contacted your corporate office to report the situation and was assured that I should have received sauce. However, when I informed Papa John’s about this, they remained adamant about their policy. The manager's attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had a disappointing experience at store #[redacted] in Taylorsville, KY. After my order was ready, it sat on the counter for 17 minutes without anyone attending to it while I waited in the lobby. The manager went outside for a cigarette and no one checked on my pizza. A delivery person eventually helped me, but my order was incomplete and needed additional items. When I mentioned that my pizza was cold, a staff member insisted it was warm. Upon arrival home, just 5 minutes away, we had to reheat our meal. The overall customer service has not been satisfactory recently. I usually don't complain, but this time I felt the need to address the lack of attention to my order and the cold pizza issue. I am typically a calm person but tonight I am quite frustrated that I cannot buy food from you using my debit/credit card as you only accept gift cards or cash on the app. Even when using the website, the options are limited to gift cards, cash, or PayPal. After entering my address for personalized deals and contacting the store, I found they were unaware of the deals and unable to assist with my purchase. The discrepancy between the advertised deals and the store's offerings has left me feeling disappointed and annoyed. Furthermore, my attempts to reach the corporate office have been unsuccessful as the number provided redirected me to a local Papa John's store for ordering. I never anticipated that ordering pizza would be this complex.
