I contacted customer service because the item I ordered never arrived at my destination, even though the tracking indicated it had. After speaking with Maria, she assured me that a new pair of boots will be sent and should arrive in approximately 2 days. I am hoping that they can notify me via email when the boots get to my destination. Additionally, I kindly request the tracking number for the boots so I can monitor the delivery progress once they arrive. Unfortunately, I have not yet received an email regarding the replacement boots. I would appreciate any further details on this matter. Thank you.

I was thrilled to see the sale at Pacsun and eagerly filled my cart with items totaling $[redacted]. However, upon reloading the page, the total inexplicably changed to $[redacted], and my payment was already processed at the original amount. I did not authorize the $[redacted] charge, and I am quite frustrated by this error. The website froze during checkout, causing this issue. I have a strong affinity for Pacsun and would greatly appreciate it if you could adjust the total back to $[redacted], the amount I intended to pay right before the sale. Additionally, I accidentally entered the wrong address due to rushing through the process. Your assistance in rectifying these matters would mean a lot to me.

I purchased around five items from PacSun, and it was initially billed to my account. However, a few days later, the charge disappeared from my bank statement, reverting my balance to its previous state with no indication of the purchase. I never received an email stating the items were cancelled or that they couldn't be shipped. Strangely, shortly after noticing the missing charge, I received an email confirming that only half of the items have been shipped. I'm unsure if this is a glitch or if all the items will eventually be shipped, and I'm seeking clarification on the status of my order.

Hello, I placed an order with Pacsun on Cyber Monday and now I am interested in exchanging some items online. Upon reviewing the website, I noticed that it only allows returns and not item exchanges for a different size. My order number is [redacted]9. These are the items I would like to exchange: - Slim Sandals: originally ordered size 5/6, would like to exchange for size 6/7 - Bone Utility Cargo Pants: originally ordered size Medium, would like to exchange for size Small - Reverse Weave Joggers: originally ordered size Small, would like to exchange for size Medium. Hello, I purchased two shirts on December 3rd. Unfortunately, I have not received them yet. One shirt was supposedly shipped, but I haven't found it in my mailbox or at my doorstep. Hello! I'm inquiring about returning a pair of jeans I purchased for my spouse in early October. The jeans turned out to be too snug for him, leading me to contemplate a full refund. Regrettably, I neglected to address the issue promptly. Upon my recent attempt to process the return online, I noticed a $7 deduction from the refund amount. The jeans, purchased at a reduced price of $13, are in their original packaging with all tags intact, primed for return shipment. I am aware of the general policy regarding returns on items older than 2 months. Could you kindly advise if a complete refund of $13 and provision of a return label are feasible in this situation? I would like to share a recent experience I had at Pacsun in Somerset Mall in Troy, Michigan. While shopping, I encountered an employee who was quite rude. The item I wanted to purchase did not have a tag, and she instructed me brusquely to fetch a replacement myself, which I found unusual as the store was not busy. During the checkout process, she took a long time conversing with her colleagues and spoke impolitely when guiding us on using the card reader. I decided not to confront her directly but did ask for her name, which she stated was Cindy. I am quite disappointed that Pacsun is hiring employees who exhibit such behavior.

I paid for 2-day shipping which costs $13, but it's been almost a week and my order hasn't arrived. I'd like a refund for the shipping cost or receive a $13 credit. I want to see some resolution as I specifically paid for expedited shipping. If this isn't resolved soon, I may stop shopping at PacSun altogether.

I've been attempting to get in touch with your team multiple times without any luck. This email marks my fourth attempt, and I require answers. If I don't receive a response soon regarding whether my order will be shipped, I would like a refund. It has been more than 2 weeks since I last heard from you. Hello, I am inquiring about my order #[redacted]2. Despite placing the order on Sunday, December 1st, I have yet to receive any shipping confirmation for the remaining items. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I've contacted three times and emailed regarding a cancelled order that hadn't been shipped yet. Despite assurances from the initial representative, the money was taken from my account. I never received a cancellation email, and subsequent calls revealed the cancellation was never processed. I urgently request a refund for the item (Order Number: [redacted]1) that was never shipped. I am extremely disappointed by this entire ordeal and demand immediate action to return my money. It's frustrating to have to go through all this trouble for a product I never even received.

I made a purchase from Pacsun a week ago where I ordered a sweater and jeans. My tracking information says the sweater shipped, but I received the jeans only, which are also a size smaller than what I ordered. The tag on the jeans indicates they are a size 28, but the inside tag says they are a size 27. I am concerned about receiving the correct items and sizes. I hope this can be rectified promptly. I ordered 7 items 2 months ago, and sadly, only 2 items made it to me. I've been patient, but the other 5 items are supposedly lost in transit. Despite contacting them via email and phone calls numerous times, I'm still waiting for my refund. They repeatedly assure me that the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, yet it hasn't happened. I simply seek a refund for the undelivered items. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with their customer service.

I placed an order for 3 items on Sunday, December 8th, and I am concerned that they have not shipped yet. The items were meant to be delivered within 5-7 days, and since I need them for a Christmas gift, this delay is causing me stress. I have attempted to contact customer service through phone and email multiple times this week but have not received any assistance. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and the failure to uphold the promised shipping timeframe. This situation is especially frustrating as I will be leaving town on Wednesday, December 18th, and should not have to worry about whether an order placed two weeks ago will arrive on time.

On December 3rd, I placed order number [redacted], which has been stuck in processing for two weeks. After inquiring about the delay, I was told via email two days later that my order was cancelled due to a mismatch between billing and bank information. I did not request a cancellation and was given conflicting reasons for the cancellation. Initially, I was informed that my money would be refunded, then later told about the payment issue. It's frustrating that I had to initiate contact after waiting for so long. This order is intended as a Christmas gift, and I sincerely want it resolved promptly. Yesterday, I placed an order and completed the payment process. However, after the payment was made, there was no confirmation or acknowledgment of my order. Instead, the website redirected me to the beginning showing my items as if the purchase was not successful. Despite not receiving an email regarding the purchase, I was able to track where the payment went. I hope my order was processed correctly, but I seek assurance that my items will be delivered or a refund issued, in case of an error. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. I made a purchase on December 2nd with order number #[redacted]7, but I'm struggling to get any assistance regarding the status of my package or if it has been shipped. I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times during their business hours, but no one has answered the phones, and there is no option to leave a message. It's frustrating that with Christmas approaching in less than a week, I can't speak to a real person to help me track my order.

Hello, I wanted to inquire about my order. It's been three weeks since I placed it, and it has not been shipped yet. Hello, I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this company. During Black Friday, I purchased t-shirts as a Christmas gift, but have yet to receive them. After contacting PacSun on December 15th, Jessica assured me of a refund plus my items. However, a week later, I was told the items were out of stock, which I find unacceptable. I made a purchase on Friday, the 21st, but I still haven't received my items. No email was sent about the order being canceled, and my money hasn't been refunded to my PayPal card. I need the refund processed to my card under the name Sophia Perez, the order number is [redacted]. I spoke to PayPal, and they need confirmation from the seller to release the funds.
