Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding my recent purchase of two Lenovo IdeaPad 14" Laptop Computer bundles on Feb. 25, [redacted], using PayPal (invoice id c[redacted][redacted].1) totaling $[redacted].00. Unfortunately, one of the laptops seems to have a faulty CPU or motherboard, as it does not power on despite multiple attempts. I have tried various troubleshooting methods to no avail. I would like information on how to get a replacement for this defective laptop and instructions on returning it. The other laptop is working perfectly, but I was disappointed when the malfunction occurred shortly after my wife started using it. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Best, J.M.
