I purchased a set of 4 BLAZING NEEDLES striped 17-inch indoor/outdoor throw pillows from Overstock.com on 3/10/21 (ITEM# [redacted]). The large dark stripe looked brown in the photo, but it's actually gray and doesn't match my patio furniture cushions. I need to return them for a refund. The order included a total of 8 pillows; the rest are delayed in transit in Ellenwood, GA. I hope the colors of the remaining 4 pillows will match my patio cushions. The ORDER# is [redacted]27 for the 8 pillows, and I will return the 4 I have. The box had no packing slip, just a label with return instructions to Fort Worth, Texas, so I will send them via FedEx. Once returned, how will I receive the credit to my card? Should I wait to return the 4 pillows until I get the rest of the order?

I placed an order with Overstock and received an email stating that Progressive Leasing did not pay, but I used my Money Card MasterCard for payment. I confirmed with my MasterCard that no payment was received by Progressive Leasing and Overstock charged my card. I contacted Progressive Leasing, and they have no record of my account or any payment. Now, I'm awaiting a debit card from my bank as advised, but I'm unsure why I need it since I used my Money Card MasterCard. I received an email with a reference number and Andrea Schoen's name, asking about the delivery address. The canceled account mentioned refunding to my MasterCard, which is a non-reloadable card. I need help to locate either my order or refund, can you assist with this issue?

I had a frustrating experience with Overstock after placing a large order. The fraud department requested a photo of my credit card and license for approval, which seemed odd as the link provided was not secure. Despite sending the photo, my order was cancelled because I didn't follow up with the fraud department. After numerous calls and chats, Overstock forced me to recreate the order but an item was out of stock, and they couldn't apply a coupon as promised. Even though some items haven't shipped, Overstock is refusing to refund my credit card or cancel the order, leaving me out of pocket by over $[redacted].

My spouse, B. Harding, ordered an umbrella and base with order number #[redacted]70. We received the base, but the umbrella never arrived. After initially being informed it was en route, we later learned it wouldn't be coming. Now, we are instructed to return the base with our own box and a 20% restocking fee. Our numerous calls to OVERSTOCK under case #[redacted]1 haven't resolved the matter. We request either option: 1) Provide a box and a label for us to return the base without a restocking fee, as this isn't our error. 2) Ship us the umbrella, even though the price has increased on your website. We are open to a different color than the original blue, but we won't pay extra for the substitution.

I have returned an item and received store credit of $[redacted].49. I would like to apply this credit to my Overstock credit card account, which is serviced by Comenity Bank. Despite contacting customer service, I have not received clear guidance on how to proceed. According to the website, refunds or store credits can be used towards payments. As Comenity Bank is a banking partner of Overstock, transferring the credit should be feasible. Holding a significant credit balance without being able to utilize it is inconvenient. Overstock mentions on their website that they can transfer credit balances to external entities. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am reaching out to address an issue I encountered while checking out on your website. A popup appeared, offering $30 in rewards points if I applied for an Overstock credit card. I thought this was a great deal and proceeded. However, I was under the impression that upon approval, I could immediately use the card for my purchase, as other stores allow. Unfortunately, it seems that your company uses clever wording that can be misleading. I used to be a frequent shopper at Overstock but have not been able to shop there for a while. My spouse and I received our bed frame on Tuesday, August 31st. After unpacking it, we discovered marks on the headboard and damaged fabric on the footboard and side panel. Despite planning to request replacement pieces, we proceeded with assembly and found we were missing a whole box. After several calls to UPS, the missing box arrived on Friday. Eager to set up our bed, we discovered broken bolts and poor quality pieces, making assembly impossible. As a result, we would like a refund as we have resorted to sleeping on a mattress on the floor with our newborn. We have photos available and kindly ask for prompt assistance.

I recently purchased a mattress online and quickly realized I needed to try it before committing. I promptly canceled within 12 hours. However, despite being informed that my request would be processed within 2 days, I was later told it was too late as the item had already been shipped. Contrary to this, UPS confirmed that there was no paperwork processed yet and I could cancel anytime before delivery. I have been waiting anxiously at home as instructed by customer service to have UPS contact me upon arrival. Despite turning to Chase Bank to freeze my card due to an immediate charge even though the original delivery date was supposed to be the 17th, I now find out the delivery has been rescheduled to the 10th. This situation has caused me significant stress, especially at 81 years old, and is incredibly disappointing.

I received my order a few weeks ago, but the box was severely damaged. I have already sent you pictures of the packaging. Today, when I went to unpack the items, I realized that there were no instructions or screws included. I have kept everything wrapped in plastic, except for two cushions that got crushed during delivery. I'm hoping they will regain their shape. I have submitted this information twice and sent three emails. I recently learned that your mailbox is full and not receiving my messages. I think my concerns cannot be resolved unless I can talk to a representative. The box I received was severely damaged and patched up with plastic. Additionally, the Solaura Outdoor Rocking Metal Bistro Set arrived without assembly instructions or screws. Some cushions were also squashed, but they might still be usable.

I received a message promising a 15% discount on my first purchase when I logged in. However, the terms and conditions were not clearly stated. Despite seeing the discount at checkout, it disappeared when I proceeded to purchase. My order number is [redacted]03. I unintentionally made a purchase on Overstock and have been struggling to cancel it. After unsuccessfully trying to set up an account due to issues with my information, I attempted to cancel the order throughout the night. Despite contacting my bank and starting a claim, I was informed by customer service that the order could not be stopped once processed. I was disappointed to receive the wrong order. The package clearly states "faux white," and the sheet inside also indicates white, not cream. Both my husband and I agree that they are white, not cream. I have tried reaching out through phone calls and emails, but I haven't received the assistance I need. I ordered the Carson Carrington Mid-Century Buffet back in August, anticipating my new house to be ready by September.
