Despite this, the information regarding the checked bags is missing from our booking. I kindly request a proof of payment displaying that the checked bags are indeed included to prevent any additional charges from the airline. Subject: Disturbing Incident at Antica Monastera
I need to share a troubling experience we had at Antica Monastera. Upon arrival, we encountered a man exhibiting erratic behavior, which made us feel very uncomfortable. During check-in, he acted bizarrely, insisting we pay more due to a booking error. Feeling unsafe, we tried to leave but found the front door locked, causing further distress. After a tense encounter with the man, we managed to exit but were followed and harassed by him and his wife in public. The situation escalated when the man tried to steal my phone, leading to a physical altercation. Thankfully, bystanders intervened, and the police were called. Despite receiving apologies and recovering our belongings, we are deeply shaken by this ordeal. We will report the incident to the police and need to cancel our reservation at Antica Monastera immediately. This experience was surreal and alarming, and I urge you to address this serious safety concern.

I recently made a reservation for 2 hotel rooms through Orbitz. Upon arrival at 1:00 am, I was shocked by the filthy conditions I found. The windows were dirty, the bed linens were unkempt, and the dresser in the room only had 1 drawer instead of the expected 4. The smell was unbearable, so much so that even my 9-year-old grandson noticed and asked to leave. The atmosphere was questionable with people loitering outside rooms late at night, and there seemed to be ongoing activities that made me uncomfortable. After sharing my concerns with the night staff, I decided not to stay there due to the uncleanliness and overall poor conditions. It felt unsafe, and the reviews and photos online did not accurately reflect the reality of the rooms. I encountered issues like missing blankets, bed bugs, roaches, and an overall lack of cleanliness. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel as it is unsuitable for decent and clean-minded individuals.

Hello, I made a reservation through Orbits for a rental from Zezgo Car Rentals on September 17, [redacted], for September 20 to September 23, [redacted]. My itinerary number is #[redacted][redacted]. Upon arrival on September 20, Zezgo tried to add expensive additional charges such as $[redacted] per day for 3rd party insurance, toll service at $69.99 per day, and $17.99 per day. Due to these unforeseen costs exceeding my budget, I had to cancel the rental. I was not informed of these high additional charges beforehand. Itinerary [redacted][redacted]. I received an email from Orbitz informing me that my flight from Lugano to Zurich has been canceled. After contacting Orbitz and being informed there were no alternative flights, I reached out to Air Canada and Swiss Air. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties with both airlines which has resulted in a significant inconvenience. We had not initially planned to go to Zurich and this situation has caused frustration. I would like to inform you that I currently have two airline tickets booked under the name of Maria Alejandra Betancur Sanchez for a flight with Iberia on May 27, [redacted]:
[redacted][redacted][redacted] (I kindly request the cancellation of the second ticket as it has the wrong name, alongside a refund in order to cover the payment for the ticket currently being charged by Iberia ([redacted][redacted]).
Please note that when the airline ORBITZ corrected the name on the ticket, a new ticket was issued, resulting in me having two tickets - one paid on September 2, which is incorrect, and another generated on October 7, which is correct but includes an additional charge from Iberia. This means I am paying for two tickets for the same trip.
I kindly request the refund for the ticket purchased on September 2 to cover the payment for the ticket generated on September 7.

I am Taher and I recently made a reservation for 3 tickets for my family on Etihad Airways from Auckland, New Zealand to Cairo, Egypt with itinerary number [protected]. The flight was scheduled for today, December 8th.
Unfortunately, upon check-in, we were informed that a transit visa was required since the flight connected through Sydney, Australia, even though it was just for a few hours. On January 1st, I traveled to Boston for scheduled surgeries at Beth Israel Deaconess hospital on January 3rd and 9th. Unfortunately, both surgeries were canceled on January 2nd, and I needed to urgently return home due to a medical issue. When I contacted Orbitz/American Airlines to change my flight, I was informed I needed to book a completely new one-way flight, costing over a thousand dollars, which was the same amount as my original round-trip tickets. I believe this situation was beyond my control, and I didn't modify my return date on a whim. Given the circumstances, I expected more flexibility and understanding in accommodating my situation.
