I'm experiencing numerous issues with my Nokia 3.4 device. After restarting it, the Wi-Fi isn't functioning properly. Although it connects to the router, it indicates that the router is unable to provide internet. Additionally, I encountered difficulty signing into one of my YouTube accounts through the app, although it worked fine in the browser. Despite following commands from Google helpline and resetting my phone, the problems persist. Any suggestions for resolving these issues? Your prompt response is appreciated.

Hello, sir, madam,... About a month ago, I purchased a refurbished phone from the Hyper U Fontenay le Comte store, which had just opened. On the day of the purchase, the battery failed, and despite returning to the store, they assured me they would take care of it. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred a week later. When I returned to the store, I found it permanently closed. The store reception provided me with a phone number, but no one answers, even though the phone is under a 1-year warranty. I am very disappointed with the iPhone 5 CE0682. I am currently inconvenienced without a phone, especially since I don't have the box or a charger cable.

I'm Njabulo from Durban, South Africa. Recently, I switched my Nokia C1 2nd edition from one sim card to another, which led to a prompt for an unlock code upon re-inserting the original sim card. After a few attempts to enter the correct code, the phone now shows 'network locked' and requests a SIM LOCK code with limited attempts left. This situation is frustrating me as I cannot access my device. I seek guidance on how to resolve this or an explanation as to why this locking feature is causing my phone to be inoperable after I purchased it.

I am from Pakistan and bought a Nokia G21 on March 11, [redacted]. The phone stopped working after just 2 months and froze. I took it to the customer care center on May 18, [redacted]. They diagnosed it with a motherboard issue, but said a motherboard is unavailable. It has been 42 days, and my problem remains unresolved. My husband's Nokia 2.3 is unable to make or receive phone calls. When I call his number, there is no sound and it goes to voicemail with no messages recorded. Outgoing calls have no sound and end abruptly or with a busy signal. Despite trying a factory reset and a new SIM card, the issue persists. The SIM card works on my phone. Texts and emails work fine. The carrier confirmed there are no issues on their end. I am seeking urgent assistance as the phone has been unusable for some time. I prefer to have a live chat for support.

I recently purchased a Nokia WiFi Beacon 1.1 from a service provider in Nigeria. However, I encountered an issue with changing the default IP address to my desired subnet. Typically, every device should allow this customization. Additionally, I was unable to modify the DHCP scope on the Nokia WiFi Beacon. This feature is essential for assigning static IP addresses to my other access points. It seems that access to changing this information is restricted when logging into the device.
