Our company is currently proceeding with a foreclosure on a property in NM. A [redacted] tax lien has been identified on our Title Report, which should have been settled at the time the loan was initiated. The title company was unable to find a release for the lien, which is quite unusual. We need guidance on how to determine if there are any outstanding payments on this lien as it will need to be cleared. Could you please advise on the procedure for verifying this, possibly through phone, email, or fax? The lien in question is from the Taxation and Revenue Department of the State of New Mexico. Thank you for your help; we are grateful for any assistance provided.

Hello, While living in Gallup, I applied for a tax number to join a craft fair around [redacted] or [redacted]. I never made it to the fair and after moving, I seem to have misplaced the paperwork containing my number. Now, residing in Silver City, I am preparing to take part in an arts fair in May and require a copy of the tax number. The details should be registered under: Marcia H. [redacted] Kit Carson Drive Gallup, NM [redacted] [redacted] I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.
