I need to speak to a live representative regarding a purchase issue on my card. After a $39 attempted transaction (actually $30.19 with $30 cashback), which I declined and then paid in cash, a block was placed on my account. I followed instructions to call and a representative suggested a new card, set for Wednesday, but requested a $25 fee for an error I did not make. This has happened several times in the past year and I need a resolution. The call ended abruptly when I requested to speak to a supervisor.

I have been waiting for a check for 2 months. Despite reordering it several times and providing them with the correct address, the check has not arrived. I tried to have the money transferred to another card due to the wrong address provided by the company, which they did not resolve. This has caused me to face challenges with paying my bills, resulting in my lights, cable, and water being turned off. The lack of response from the company has been incredibly frustrating, and I desperately need the money to cover expenses for my family. I have followed all the steps advised by the company, but the check still has not arrived. I have upcoming bills to pay and a child's birthday to celebrate, so any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I visited the website to input my Social Security Number and credit card information. After doing so, a message informed me that it needed time to activate my card, so I left the site. Now, when I attempt to log back in, an error message appears, stating there is an issue with my account and advising me to contact customer service. However, upon doing so, I am prompted to enter my Social Security Number, which it deems invalid. I am now at a standstill in activating my card, and my funds are tied up on it. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with my account. I recently ordered a new card due to suspicious activity on my old ones. Now, I'm unsure which card my paycheck is going to be deposited on. My employer needs my new card number before processing my payment, but this wasn't communicated by the NetSpend representative. I have both cards with me, and I'm worried that providing the new card number today might delay my payment until next week. I urgently need to speak to a live person to resolve this matter and ensure I receive my paycheck today.

I had issues with two transactions recently. I tried to cancel an order for a BB gun, but it was still sent to me. The people I spoke with on the phone were unhelpful and deleted my PayPal transaction history. Additionally, on November 3rd at 4:00 a.m., I made a $32.48 transaction at Walmart, but the customer service representatives were rude and disrespectful towards me. I am also seeking refunds for other items.

This morning, I initiated a dispute with Walgreens. Following the instructions from the secure inbox, I spoke to someone at Walgreens. Despite indicating that my card was not lost or stolen but that Walgreens had previous access to it, my card was deactivated. I believe there was an error made by an individual on your end. It is urgent that I have access to my funds today. Since I confirmed my card was not stolen, please reactivate it immediately. Thank you.
