I had checked in last night and ordered food from a restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, my key card did not work, even after getting a replacement. I had to wait outside for my food delivery due to this issue. Moreover, I was given a room on the third floor instead of the first floor as requested. My main concern is the presence of bugs, particularly bed bugs, in the room. I have taken photos and videos of the situation. I spoke to Chelsea in the front office around 7:30 AM, seeking a refund and compensation. I was promised a call back from a manager and that a pest control company would be contacted. Despite following up, I have not received a call back as of 1:09 PM.

I checked out at 3 AM on Saturday morning. I informed the lady at the front desk that I needed to check out on the 13th. She mentioned the amount of $[redacted], requested my ID, and I provided it. After signing a slip, I specifically asked if the checkout date was the 13th, to which she responded, "let me go check." Upon her return, she confirmed it was for the 13th. However, when we returned later, we were unable to access our room and were informed that we needed to pay a late fee to retrieve our belongings. It was their mistake, and despite not receiving a receipt, I demand a prompt resolution as I paid until the 13th but was forced out early. If not resolved, my lawyer will contact the company.

My fiance and I have been staying in the same room for nearly two weeks now. The housekeepers begin knocking on doors around 9:30 to 10:00, even though checkout is at 11:00. When I went outside and politely asked a housekeeper for toilet paper, the morning office staff member, who was smoking at the end of the building, started yelling at me for no reason. Despite explaining that I was just asking for toilet paper and that my fiance would be paying shortly, she continued to rudely assert that checkout is at 11:00. This encounter was unnecessary and humiliating, especially since it occurred in front of others. I am currently recovering from surgery in the room, experiencing a lot of pain and difficulty moving. As a result of this incident, I had to hastily pack my belongings and arrange for a ride to pick me up. The woman's behavior was inappropriate and disrespectful, causing me significant inconvenience.

I recently stayed at the Yreka Motel 6 and was surprised to be charged $71.00 for a smoking room on the ground floor, which was room [redacted]. On top of the short stay, I found the beds unmade, making the room unsuitable for use. I recently stayed at Motel 6 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and unfortunately, all my belongings were stolen from my room, including my prescriptions. When I inquired about my missing items, the employees indicated it might have been the manager. I approached her, and she accused me of having pills in my room, which were actually my prescribed medications clearly labeled with my name. Along with my prescriptions, my ID and debit cards were taken, leaving me briefly homeless. After reaching out to corporate, I was promised reimbursement, but it's been five days without any update since May. I've been hospitalized due to withdrawal from my medications, and with the loss of my house, I am in dire need of help. I encountered a severe bed bug issue at the motel. During my first visit, I received antibiotics and cream for the bites, but I found the management to be unsatisfactory. I am curious why the rooms at Motel 6 are not inspected by the manager to ensure customer satisfaction with the maid service. I recently stayed there and found my room to be dirty, despite being told it was clean. The bathroom, bed, and trash cans were all filthy. I paid a significant amount for my stay and shouldn’t have had to clean the room myself. Additionally, there seems to be a security issue at the motel with drug-related activity in certain rooms. I made a reservation at Motel 6 in Fremont, California for September 3rd using booking.com under the name Sheri Harmon. The motel premises were littered with graffiti, and my non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The TV screen had children's handprints, the mirror was dirty, the chair was missing from the desk, and the TV remote's batteries were absent. I didn't feel the room was adequately cleaned. Outside, I felt unsafe due to encounters with homeless individuals. When I requested a refund from the manager due to these issues, she declined, mentioning that I had used the room. Upon entering my room, I was shocked by the level of cleanliness, or rather lack thereof. The shower, tub, toilet, and floors were covered in pubic hair and long strands of hair, requiring me to spend four hours cleaning before feeling comfortable settling in. The walls and floors were grimy, and the AC filters were extremely dirty. This was certainly not what I expected after paying $70 for the room and $[redacted] for our stay. The towels were also covered in hair, the baseboards had thick layers of dirt, and the drains were clogged. Despite requesting a mini fridge, I have yet to receive one, and the front desk has given out keys to my room without permission and mishandled calls on my behalf. This experience does not align with the advertised cleanliness and quality of the rooms. I am deeply disappointed and request a full refund for the subpar service.

I recently stayed at the YO-YO I-20 West motel in Bossier City, LA. I had booked and paid for a room from Friday, 09-04-20, planning to check out on Monday, 09-13-20. Throughout my stay, I had to repeatedly ask for clean towels and new sheets. The housekeeping staff seemed more focused on personal calls and breaks than cleaning rooms. Despite my requests, my room was never cleaned during my stay. I also faced issues with parking due to a damaged vehicle without tags occupying multiple spots in front of the building, causing me to park on the side and navigate around obstacles. When I tried to move furniture obstructing the sidewalk, I was asked to leave the property by the police, based on complaints from management. I hope that Motel 6, the reported new owner of the property, will address the issues with the housekeeping and management staff for better guest experiences in the future.

In the middle of the night, at 3 a.m., there was fumigation occurring that woke me and others up, causing discomfort and distress. Additionally, I found my rental car tire mysteriously deflated, fortunately captured by security cameras. The odor of pet urine near room [redacted] on September 22, [redacted], was overwhelming, highlighting cleanliness issues. The motel's policy of not cleaning rooms due to Covid-19 until guests depart seems nonsensical. The lack of customer service skills and handling of such situations by the current employees is concerning.

The room provided to me is in unacceptable condition. The bedspread is riddled with holes and cigarette burns, some of which were poorly stitched. The air conditioner blows hot air while its cover is patched with electrical tape. This cover fell and scared my dog. The curtains are also patched with tape, the fridge leaks, there is no hot water, towels are torn, and the TV location is inconvenient. There are nail polish stains around, the phone is unusable, and the lighting is dim. Moreover, the vending machines, washers, and dryers are out of order with a note indicating so. The staff member's lack of concern was evident, as he suggested I walk to a nearby store for essentials or simply check out. I request a full refund on my debit card immediately, a new room, and the ability to stay until Monday's check-out time. I have not rested, and my rescued puppy is distressed. I anticipate a prompt resolution to this matter. My check-in experience was far from the enjoyable stays I've had here in the past.
