Good afternoon, I need help with my printer. I am able to print regular envelopes, but when it comes to small envelopes where I want the return envelope in the middle, it keeps printing as a sender. I need it to print as a return sender. I have to put the small envelopes inside the big envelopes. Please help me with this. Thank you. Also, I am having trouble signing in with my pin number. I recently had my Hotmail account switched to Microsoft's new Outlook email service. Unfortunately, this caused me to lose access to my Hotmail account and all its contents and required me to enter my Hotmail password to access the new Outlook account. Consequently, I lost important contacts, saved emails, and I am unable to find vendors who had my Hotmail as a username. Regaining access to my lost information has been time-consuming and frustrating, and I haven't received any emails from accounts linked to my old Hotmail address.

I recently lost all my account information for a "company" account related to Power BI Premium. I only have the transaction history of the subscription payment and the URL for the MS365 admin center. Initially, I thought I had enabled the premium feature for the account in question, but it seems I created a separate account during the process. This issue occurred a week ago when my old PC malfunctioned. As a result, I am unable to rely on the saved login details stored in my browser. I am eager to recover the account before resorting to canceling my debit card before the upcoming payment deadline. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to even cancel my subscription due to the lost login information.

Hello, I haven't used my Microsoft account for a while, and when I tried to log in to play Minecraft, I discovered that my email and password had been changed by a hacker. The original email for the account was "[redacted]," which was changed to "[redacted]" by the hacker. I've tried to use help support but the bots are not providing enough assistance. I have a screenshot of the receipt as proof of purchase. Some information I can provide includes various passwords I have used: Tumpuna11, Tumpuna112007, Tumpuna112007@, Tumpuna112007jj, and more, with "Tumpuna11" being the most common. I also have screenshots of the game purchase on G2A and the PayPal transaction. My Minecraft in-game name was Jonathan_POG. I am seeking help to regain access to my account so I can continue playing Minecraft.

I am currently facing an issue while trying to download the new Minecraft Launcher from the Microsoft Store. When attempting to sign in, it prompts me to enter a Hello PIN, which I believe to be correct. Despite changing the PIN on my other laptop with the same email, it still says it is incorrect. I have made sure to sync everything and have restarted both laptops several times. This situation is frustrating, and I am seeking urgent assistance.

I recently set up my Microsoft business account and downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator app, which I understood was supposed to be free. However, I was unexpectedly charged $30 for the app. This morning, when attempting to login, the app did not recognize my stored password. After numerous tries with two different passwords, I managed to log in and update my password. Surprisingly, the app is now not accepting any of the three passwords I have tried.

I am facing an issue with my Windows 7 laptop as the product key on the license certificate of authority sticker has partially rubbed off. I need assistance on how to resolve this problem. I have the sticker but it has become unreadable due to wear and tear. It seems unfortunate that the sticker is placed in an easily damaged location. If I was aware of its vulnerability, I would have taken precautions to copy it down for safekeeping.

Last Friday, I experienced a concerning incident with a worm through a Microsoft internet connection. A Microsoft tech assisted in removing the malware from my Windows laptop. However, I was then contacted by someone claiming to be from the bank, who instructed me to withdraw $4,[redacted]. Suspicious of a possible scam, a taxi driver warned me before I proceeded to the ATM at Liquor Island in Edmonton. I ultimately decided to deposit the money at a CIBC branch and contacted my branch manager. Despite taking these precautions, I am worried about the security of my system and plan to follow up with Microsoft and my bank manager for further guidance.

I've spent approximately 10 hours trying to manage this situation. I own a Samsung Galaxy phone and a Dell desktop computer. My goal is to transfer photos from my phone to the desktop. However, I'm unable to locate Phone Link or a similar application on my desktop or in any app store. Some sources mention the need for a QR code, which I haven't been able to obtain. Each time I attempt a solution, I encounter missing components. It becomes challenging to backtrack once I gather the necessary elements. I require guidance to navigate through this process effectively. Despite printing several pages from Microsoft, the information has only led me to dead ends.

I have my username and password for Xbox, but my phone number linked to my account is outdated, and I can't access the associated email. I need assistance to regain access to my original account with a new email and phone number. My card details are linked to the account, and I've invested a lot of money. I recently tried the new Outlook email but didn't like it. I attempted to switch back to my old email but couldn't. My password was not accepted, so I changed it following Microsoft's online instructions. However, when I tried to log in with the new password, it was invalid. I've been locked out of my email for several weeks now, and despite numerous attempts, I haven't been able to regain access. Microsoft has been unhelpful so far, and I regret trying the new Outlook. My wife's computer received a notice that it has been locked due to hackers installing malicious programs. We were instructed to call 1 [redacted], which was answered by a person claiming to be a Microsoft tech. He tried to sell me a security system that would clean the computer and protect it from future hackers. I refused the offer and shut down her computer. Is the above number a legitimate Microsoft number or a fraud? Is it safe to try opening it? What should I do to restore its functionality? Thank you in advance for your help. My computer was frozen, so I called the Microsoft Security number (1-[redacted]). The person who answered had a Spanish-sounding accent. They had me go through some steps to check for hackers on my computer and phone. After a series of checks, they asked for my name, address, and bank (without account numbers) to report to the FCC. They advised not to use the phone and said it would take about half an hour to safely restart my computer. After the call, I immediately contacted my bank to report this incident. If this was a legitimate call from you, thank you. If not, I wanted to alert you.

A few days ago, I received a message on my computer questioning if they had contacted the correct person. It displayed my email address ([redacted]) and requested my pin. Unsure if I remembered my pin, I opted to reset. Subsequent instructions appeared, but being not very computer literate, I found them confusing. Unable to exit that screen, I shut down my computer. Upon restarting, the message had disappeared. Perplexed by why I received it, I didn't dwell on it. The next day, another message popped up giving me the choice to continue working from Gambia or switch to the US. Once again, I didn't understand the purpose of this message, so I closed it. Now feeling concerned, I'm wondering if any unauthorized actions are being taken from my computer. This situation is troubling me, and I would appreciate assistance. Thank you.

I recently re-installed a Microsoft game, specifically CFS3. The previous installation ran with Administrator privileges. However, when I tried to launch the new installation, I encountered an error stating, "Access Denied: Please log in with administrator privileges." Despite being logged in as an administrator under "Users," I have tried various troubleshooting steps including using the command prompt, re-installing Windows, and performing system recovery twice, yet the issue persists.
