I have a legitimate 3-PC license for Office [redacted] for my wife. I uninstalled a copy from her old Inspiron laptop from around [redacted], so now we only have two active installations. I tried to install it on her new laptop, a 64-bit machine, but received an error about exceeding the maximum number of activations. Given that we have only two installations, we should be able to add a third. It's worth noting that Microsoft no longer supports this version. The product key is 6KKJ7-8CR84-82KX3-P86G2-JKB9Q. Please assist with resolving this issue. - R. Hillson

My previous laptop crashed and I had to replace it. I attempted to reinstall my MS Office [redacted], but upon entering my license details, I received an error stating I could not register it online and phone support is no longer available. Consequently, I am unable to use it, as it shows as an 'unlicensed copy'. My grandson urgently requires this software for his schoolwork, especially during this pandemic when schools are closed. I bought the Office product for my son in college and now my grandson needs it. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I cannot afford to purchase another copy. I acquired Microsoft Office Professional Academic [redacted] under Order Number [redacted]2 on May 13, [redacted]. My contact information remains the same at P.O. Box [redacted], Compton, AR [redacted], and my new phone number is [redacted]. I have the necessary documentation and the original disk. Given the situation with my laptop, I urgently need assistance to activate the software on my new device. Thank you. Donna Griffith

My previous laptop crashed, and I had to get a new one. When I tried to reinstall my MS Office ****, it won't let me activate it online due to telephone support no longer being available. This is causing it to be labeled as an 'unlicensed copy.' My grandson urgently needs to use this computer for his school work during this time. I initially bought this Microsoft Office Professional Academic **** product for my son in college and now my grandson needs it. I am a low-income senior citizen on Social Security, so purchasing another copy isn't feasible. I need help activating this software on my new laptop quickly. I have the original order paperwork and the disk. I reside at P. O. Box ***, Compton, AR *****, and my contact number is ***-***-****. Please assist me in resolving this issue with my Microsoft Office Pro [redacted] installation on my replacement laptop.

I am currently using Microsoft Project [redacted] Pro and encountering issues when trying to generate reports with visual reports by selecting a baseline and then the view option. An error message appears stating 'An unknown error has occurred. An error and the request action could not be completed at this time' along with a status bar message mentioning 'building local OLAP cubes'. I have Excel, Visio, and Office Pro Plus [redacted] installed on my system. I suspect that having copies of the .exe files for Visio and Excel in the same directory as the MSProject .exe could resolve this issue. However, I am unable to locate the .exe files in c:\program files\microsoft\root\office16 for MSProject, Excel, or Visio. All these programs were purchased and downloaded from the Microsoft website.

In [redacted], I purchased Windows 10 with the email tammywood60@outlook as my primary account with no password, while using tammster99@gmail as my secondary account. Gmail showed overquotaPerm messages, requiring me to move emails. After a life event, I reset my computer with a new phone but kept my home address. Living with a friend, I suspect a hack on my account. Requesting OneDrive under tammster99@gmail, I was approved for 5GB free but changed my account name to tammster999. OneDrive worked on my Lenovo with Windows 10 before, but now faces login issues. Purchasing Office [redacted], I haven't downloaded it to sync with my new Windows 10. A Microsoft chat agent couldn't resolve the verification issue tied to my old phone number. Microsoft also asked for an admin password, which I cannot recall. I prefer a local account, not a live one, and hope to access OneDrive on my phone with my new number. I seem to be locked out each time I try to sign in, but I can't figure out the reason. Clear explanations would help; however, I'm unable to fix this situation without understanding it better. Any assistance is appreciated! Thank you, Tammy Wood.

I purchased Microsoft Office a few years ago using the ID "[redacted]". Last October, I was charged $[redacted].00 automatically. Unfortunately, my computer stopped working around the same time. I've been using Microsoft Office on my wife's computer since then. Recently, I tried to upload photos from my phone for a virtual craft show, but I encountered an issue saying the server is full and advising me to contact Microsoft. I have been unable to reach a human representative despite numerous attempts. I suspect the problem might be related to using a different computer without remembering the original password, leading to it potentially identifying me incorrectly. Additionally, I am concerned about the cost disparity compared to current plans for Office since I seem to be paying almost twice as much. My new ID is "[redacted]".

I have an old Hotmail account that I haven't used in a long time, and it seems to have been hacked. It was one of the first emails I created, and I've since moved on to a different primary email. However, the old Hotmail account is linked to another account for which I've forgotten the credentials. Unfortunately, I'm now unable to access the needed account because the re-verification information is being sent to the compromised Hotmail account. It appears that someone with an @qq.com email has registered their details for 2-step verification on the Hotmail account, making it challenging for me to recover it. I've been attempting to reach Microsoft for over a week without success. Support via chat and the website hasn't been helpful at all. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my old Hotmail account that has been compromised.

On November 2, [redacted], I contacted Microsoft for email assistance and was connected with an employee named Daniel Thomas, employee ID [redacted], at toll-free number 1-[redacted] for data backup and recovery support. After remote access to my computer, he repaired my email and suggested updating my anti-virus package. I provided my debit card information, and he charged approximately $[redacted] without issue. However, today he took an unauthorized $[redacted] using my previous e-signature. Despite my insistence that I no longer needed help and mentioned a caller from India claiming a refund I ignored, he persisted, causing me overdraft concerns. After involving my bank, I had to cancel my debit card. I am disappointed by the actions of Daniel Thomas and request an immediate refund and appropriate action taken against him by Microsoft.

I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my Hotmail account as I have forgotten my password. Despite speaking with a support agent who helped me set up a new Outlook account and password, I am still unable to log in. I would greatly appreciate receiving a new password via text message to my cell phone instead of my home phone. As I have had this Hotmail account for many years, I am struggling to reset my password. Unfortunately, the technician I was speaking to either disconnected or I lost the connection. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me on my cell phone at [redacted] to assist. Due to my forgotten password, I am unable to access my email, so please refrain from sending any correspondence to that address. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I have two laptops, both with Windows Office suites installed. My current four-year-old HP laptop's hard drive died, and the second laptop, which is 14 months old, stopped working and is being sent back to Costco for repair. I purchased Office suites for both laptops, but due to the failures, I need to reinstall them to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint again. I believe I backed up my Windows programs, but I'm unsure how to reinstall them. Is there an easier way to do this? Respectfully, Gerk

Upon arriving at work, my desktop was not functioning, and upon restarting, I encountered a message stating my pin was not available. After attempting to reset the pin, I was prompted to log into our email account to verify the change. However, as the verification code was being sent to our office number, which does not receive texts, I was unable to proceed. I managed to update the verification number to our office cell phone using the laptop and successfully accessed the email. Returning to the desktop, I encountered a message indicating the pending security info change. While attempting to resolve this on the laptop, I was unable to access the security settings page due to the pending change until 02/13/[redacted]. I urgently need access to the desktop as essential business files are stored on it. Is there a way to expedite the release of the pending change on your end?

I suspect that I have been targeted by a person pretending to be you. They gained remote access and fixed some issues, but then attempted to sell me services for $[redacted], claiming to be a certified Microsoft technician. This made me feel uneasy. I am frustrated that it's hard to find a direct number to speak with a representative. I prefer talking on the phone due to a learning disability. Please, contact me at [redacted].

I purchased a two-year subscription for Microsoft [redacted] Office. However, I keep receiving the message "subscription has expired" when I try to use it. Checking online, it shows my subscription is paid through February [redacted]. I have sent several emails without any response. I am elderly and not very tech-savvy, so I need a tech support person to guide me through the download process. I have always used WORD without any issues, but this problem is frustrating. I have paid for the product but can't utilize it. I rely on WORD for my work and printing tasks, and not being able to use it is causing me trouble. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you. -Sharron E. [redacted] [redacted]

I wanted to alert everyone about a scam involving a person pretending to be from Microsoft. My computer displayed a message indicating it was hacked and provided a phone number, [redacted], to call for assistance. When I contacted them, a person named Mike tried to gain access to my computer, claiming to be a technician. He made alarming statements about my bank account being compromised and attempted to lure me into a gift card verification scam. Another individual, claiming to be from my bank named Kate, also got involved. Fortunately, I did not fall for their scheme. I plan to seek professional help to secure my computer. If you need more information, feel free to reach out to me.

I'm encountering issues with my Samsung A51 cell phone. Initially, I observed that my My Fitness Pal app and various other apps like Outlook, Gmail, my bank app, and the CPI home security app were flickering open briefly before closing. A prompt appeared indicating that I needed to sign in to my Microsoft account to resolve the problem. I attempted to retrieve my password by requesting a verification email to my Gmail account, yet both Gmail and Outlook apps continued to close immediately upon opening. Likewise, when the verification code was to be sent via text message ending in 10, I didn't receive it. I'm unsure if Microsoft has my correct phone number, as only the last two digits are visible ([redacted]). As a last resort, I tried using my work laptop to access Microsoft and had the verification email sent to my business email address, but I never received it. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble syncing my Outlook calendar with my iPhone 8. I have contacted Apple for hours via phone and chat, but they directed me to Microsoft for assistance. I have Office [redacted] home. Please contact me directly or provide a phone number to speak to a person. I am extremely frustrated as I have been trying to resolve this issue for a week. When I attempt to sync through iTunes, a blue box appears stating, "This app can't open. Check the Windows Store for more info about Photos." It gives me the options to copy to clipboard or close. My landline is [redacted] and my iPhone number is [redacted].

I recently bought a Canon TS6320 Printer, but I'm having trouble connecting it to my computer. When installing the Canon software, it initially indicated that the printer was connected wirelessly, but then an error message about spooling issues led to the installation being stopped. Following an hour-long call with Canon's Technical Service, they determined that there was an issue with the spooling program on the computer. They recommended reaching out to Microsoft for further assistance in resolving the problem.

I am having trouble accessing my account as the associated phone number is a landline and unable to receive text messages for verification. The account was set up by the previous director at a preschool where I now work, so I do not have the recovery email. I have the password to the email and all necessary details. I urgently need to update the phone number to access my account but have been unable to reach anyone for help.

On October 1, [redacted], I received an email notification from Microsoft indicating that my Office [redacted] subscription was expiring and instructed me to make a payment to renew it. I used my Chase Southwest Airlines credit card with the last digits [redacted] on the same day to renew the subscription. Microsoft promptly confirmed via email that my Office [redacted] renewal was successful and it would expire on October 1, [redacted]. However, on October 3, [redacted], I decided to cancel the Chase credit card utilized for the Office [redacted] payment. Despite the card being invalidated, the charge remains outstanding and Chase insists on payment of $69.99 by the 27th of this month. I have since transferred the payment amount to my Discover Card ending in [redacted], and the pending charge is displayed. I kindly request confirmation from Microsoft that my Office [redacted] subscription has been paid for with my Discover Card and request the cancellation of the pending charge on my old Chase card to avoid any issues with Chase. I seek reassurance that Microsoft acknowledges the payment made with my Discover Card.

My user account is [redacted] On 23/08/[redacted], I purchased a Microsoft [redacted] Business Standard license. The issue is that I cannot download and install the software. The only downloadable software is Skype in English, not any other software included in the purchased license. A colleague tried to resolve this on the same day of the purchase, but was told that without being the administrator, nothing could be done. It's odd that the need for an administrator is significant for accessing the purchased product but not for the purchase itself. Regardless, as the administrator, I have been trying to contact without success for over a month. I cannot assign this task to a colleague. Can you solve this problem so I can download the paid software without further hassle? I await a written or phone response at [redacted]88 or mobile [redacted]. Thank you, Simone Curci.
