I am having trouble accessing my mail.com email account. I completed the form requested, but when I try to use the link provided in the standard reply to recover my password, it just redirects me to the contact us page. I appreciate the response, but I believe there is an issue with the automatic reset process as the link does not lead me to a password reset option; it keeps redirecting me to the contact us page. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I am having trouble with the password I recently updated on your system. I have been attempting to recover it for the past four days by using the password recovery link. However, each time I complete the information on the contact page, I receive an email in my alternative email address with instructions to click on the recovery link provided. This just takes me back to the contact page, creating a frustrating loop. This email is crucial as it's my main account for the past twenty years, and I am missing out on important communications. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I received a message stating that there is irregular activity on my mail.com account and I suspect it may have been hacked. I tried to sign out but encountered issues in the past. Now they are asking me to change my password, but I'm hesitant as it might be a ploy by the hackers to obtain the new password. I remember a similar incident with eBay before. I believe that if they know my account was hacked, they should investigate and take action. I am considering keeping my old password for now.

I am experiencing an issue with Mail.com blocking my account, along with several others, due to alleged unauthorized access. I had previously informed them of a related matter weeks ago, but no action was taken. This is distressing, especially since I have relied on this account for years without any problems. The thought of my important information being shared with third parties is concerning; what if the information is compromised by hackers? Would Mail.com inform users in such a situation? The delay of over 24 hours in addressing the problem is frustrating as I urgently need access to my information. I am puzzled as to why anyone would target my account. Could it be related to the civil rights issue I uncovered regarding the removal of the civil rights act of [redacted], Title VI by the US and Virginia governments? If my crucial emails are missing, the answer is "yes" as my financial situation renders my personal information useless to them. It is essential for Mail.com to be held accountable in court to ensure compensation for the damages caused by this situation. After all, they profit from our information.

My emails, focused on federal documents and commerce to agencies and businesses, are incorrectly being blocked due to an alleged spamming issue. Despite changing my password recently, the company is now alleging incorrect login information, justifying the block. Our emails are of significant importance and unrelated to mail.com, being treated as company property unjustly. With Affidavits of Beneficial Ownership filed, which include my accounts and property, the company's actions seem to be violating laws and causing undue harassment and restrictions. I am seeking an end to this situation.

I am unable to access my account [redacted] I have created a new account [redacted] to contact support, but I am unable to reach them as the page keeps redirecting me. I urgently need access to my linuxmail.org account since it contains all the login details for my recently created 1&1 account. Without these details, I cannot log in or receive any assistance. I would be grateful if I could regain access to my email. I have also sent support requests yesterday. Thank you.

I have a free account, and it is frustrating to be abruptly disconnected without warning in the middle of a conversation. It seems unfair to pressure users into purchasing a paid service or dealing with password issues. It feels like a form of harassment. It reminds me of when a dating service restricts your access for reasons like photo policies. It's disappointing. Shame on you, Email.com!

I am encountering trouble accessing my email account as I repeatedly receive a message indicating that my password is incorrect. I am confident that the password entered is accurate, but I am automatically redirected to chat support, which I prefer not to engage with. The platform usually offers a self-service option for password recovery without human interaction; however, this feature is not appearing, leading me to suspect potential phishing activities. This issue has arisen previously when trying to finalize a transaction online, indicating suspicious access attempts to my account. I am concerned about the security of my account and contemplate reporting this matter to the appropriate regulatory agency. Accessibility to password recovery is crucial for me, and I prefer not to communicate with customer service. Kindly address this concern promptly to avoid me seeking alternatives on other platforms that do not mandate live assistance.

Dear mail.com, I was abruptly locked out of my email account without warning, then required to change my password. However, I am unable to do so as the malicious activities of hackers on my computer continues. The distorted CAPTCHA images make it impossible for me to confirm my identity. I was trying to access important government emails relating to my assault on a Cal Trans bus, which led to the suspension of my email account. The hackers in the San Mateo Co. Redwood City Library are a serious concern as they invade my privacy. I fear for vulnerable individuals who may fall victim to these criminals. I urge you to address this issue promptly. Consider the legal implications of this situation. Regards, D.S.

I have been unable to access my mail.com account for more than a week due to a message citing 'suspicious activity,' although this was not caused by me. I submitted a ticket a week ago and received a standard response indicating that an agent needs to review my request personally, causing a delay. I am unable to open a new ticket or reply to the message to avoid further delays in resolving my issue. I have been using this account for over 15 years, and it's where I receive all my emails. I am still locked out and have not received any further communication. Looking for assistance to regain access to my account.

I have been trying to reach out to you via email for the past three days without receiving a response. As a Premium client, I urge you to look into this matter promptly. I recently changed my password as requested due to suspicious activity, but since then, I have been receiving mail returns consistently. The error message indicates that the server assigned to me is blacklisted by Spamhaus, specifically when trying to send emails to [redacted] This issue is rendering my email unusable. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate and resolve this problem promptly. Thank you. Best Regards, Ross.

I encountered an issue logging into my account that prompted me to reset my password, resulting in being locked out of my account. After reaching out through the online form multiple times, I was informed that they are working on resolving the problem but it may take longer due to multiple submissions. As a result, I have been unable to access my email for two and a half weeks.

Hello, About a month ago, I created an account. Yesterday, when I attempted to log in, I received an error message stating that my password or email was incorrect. Despite having saved the strong password provided by the computer, I still encountered issues. I tried to reset the password and saved the new strong password offered, but I faced the same error when trying to log in again. Now, I am unable to access my account and the system instructed me to contact support. I filled out an online form but have not received a response yet. I urgently need to access my email. Please assist me. My contact email is [redacted] and my account email is [redacted] Thank you, Matt

I am thinking of creating a new email account with your service. Could I set up a free account? Is there a maximum limit on the number of folders/labels I can have? Am I able to send and receive pictures and attachments in my emails? Can third parties access the account? If I decide to create an account, is there guidance on transferring data from my current account to Mail.com?

I have had a mail.com account under the username [redacted] for years, since I started using the app in [redacted] and didn't need to input my password frequently. Recently, I tried logging in on my laptop, but my password didn't work. When prompted to use my backup email ([redacted]), it seemed unfamiliar as the beginning of the email was long. Even the security questions I set up were rejected. Further attempts to reset my password through the app didn't work either as it seems to have been changed or I have forgotten it. Despite emailing the support team multiple times, the responses ask for my old password or require me to answer outdated security questions. I believe a temporary password might be the best solution as I can't remember the security questions anymore. I hope to regain access to my account as I have important emails from various sites and contacts stored there.

I decided to reach out to you from Live Mail/Outlook Mail. Unfortunately, I am dealing with an issue where someone is using my email account without my permission. Please contact me at [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted], but I prefer a phone call as I want to prevent them from knowing my number. I suspect this person has accessed my bank account, phone number, Verizon account, and all the information on my phone. When trying to retrieve my passcode from [redacted], the phone number displayed is 80*****[redacted], which I believe belongs to the individual stealing my identity. My name is Steve B., and I can provide any necessary information, including that of my bank officer, to verify my identity. I am eager to catch this criminal and explain why I am interested in upgrading to a premium account with your service. Please contact me as I believe the perpetrator may only manipulate emails. Thank you and God Bless.

Dear Gethseman Support Team, I am writing to express my extreme frustration with mail.com's email services. Their customer support for password recovery is subpar and completely ineffective. It's disappointing that a company of their size cannot provide the basic assistance needed for users to regain access to their accounts. I urge fellow users to consider alternative email providers as I have found mail.com's support to be unhelpful and their system to be flawed. The lack of a UK customer service number further complicates matters as international calls can be costly. What irks me the most is that mail.com expects users to pay for basic customer service, including password recovery. This goes against the standard in the industry and only adds to the dissatisfaction with their services. I have repeatedly attempted to use their official contact form for password reset without success. Other reputable companies manage to handle this process efficiently, but mail.com's approach is convoluted and unproductive. I appeal to you, the helpful community at Gethseman, to shed light on better alternatives for email services. Sincerely, SJ New email address: [redacted]

For the last 6 months, I have been experiencing issues with my premium email account "[redacted]" through mail.com. My emails are not reaching their destination as my email address is blacklisted on several email servers for reasons unknown to me. Despite reaching out to [redacted] and receiving a support ticket, my problem remains unresolved. After sending an email, I consistently receive a failure notification from Mail Delivery System <[redacted]> with the subject "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender."The error message states that the message could not be delivered due to being blocked by Spamhaus on the remote server.

My Android phone's email stopped displaying new messages at 1:38 AM, but the new message count increases when new mail arrives. I sent 3 emails with PDF attachments yesterday, but they are stuck in the outbox as queued. The PDF attachments cannot be opened on my Samsung phone with Acrobat, indicating they may be corrupt. I am unsure if this is related to the email display issue. I have tried rebooting and power cycling the phone, but the problem persists. I have not found a logout option on mail.com. Restarting the app by swiping up did not resolve the problem. Any suggestions on the next steps would be appreciated.
