The apartment we just moved into has one of your new Magic Chef 2.0 washer/dryer combos. I am having a hard time operating this machine, and the manual they have for it is not detailed enough. I need help operating the washer dryer. I would like this resolved by being able to speak with a Magic Chef representative and possibly be walked through the process.

I am having issues with my Magic Chef gas range model #[redacted] VVV. The right rear and left front burners are not igniting with their switches and require a match. Although I hear the clicking sound when attempting to turn them on, they do not function. Strangely, the problem burners work when all three burners are on simultaneously. For example, if two burners are on, the malfunctioning burner can be lit with a match, allowing the other faulty burner to ignite with its switch. Which part should I replace? Thank you.

Hello, my name is Gary Lilly. I reside in KY in a small camper. Unfortunately, my refrigerator broke down, and I have been using an ice cooler for almost a year. Home Depot has a Majic Chef 10.1 cu. ft. Refrigerator for $[redacted], and my daughter and son-in-law kindly offered to take me there, where I usually receive a 10% discount. When I tried to use my Military discount as a disabled veteran while checking out, the clerk informed me that not all vendors support this discount. This came as a surprise to me as I have used it for years to save money. The $40 discount would significantly help me with my finances. I appreciate your time. Gary Lilly Sr.

I recently received the Magic Chef 7.4 cu ft 2-door refrigerator-freezer, model MCDR740BE, and have a few questions:
1) Is the plastic tray found at the bottom back of the fridge part of the packing or meant to clip onto the top of the compressor? It is not covered in the manual.
2) How do I reset the fridge after momentary power glitches if I am not home?
3) When registering the fridge-freezer, should I use the date of purchase or delivery?
I am disappointed with the current support system from Magic Chef, which directs me to Just Answer for a fee. Direct access to Magic Chef support would be much more convenient and user-friendly.
