I booked a Lyft to go to work, providing the correct address. However, the driver took me to a residential area instead. When I tried to explain, he argued and left me stranded in the rain. I had to walk 25 minutes to work. I am requesting a refund due to the driver's arrogance and incompetence. It was unacceptable that he didn't listen to me or do his job properly. I scheduled a Lyft ride for March 8 to pick me up at my current address. I received a notification that the driver was on the way, but then Lyft informed me that the driver canceled the ride and charged $8.75. I was outside waiting at the townhome. In February, I considered driving for Lyft. I applied, passed the background check, and thought about renting a vehicle to avoid adding mileage to my car. My roommate and I took a Lyft to work this morning, March 11th, around 10:40/10:45. The charge was $16.91, which I'm fine with. However, the issue is with the tipping process. I intended to tip $5, not $8 as it was mistakenly done. This resulted in an incorrect total charge of $24 instead of $21.91. I need the overcharged $3 refunded. Additionally, when I initially scheduled the ride, Lyft placed an authorization hold for $16.91. After adding the tip, a second hold for $24, including the $8 tip, was placed. I recently experienced a troubling incident with a passenger that led to false accusations being made against me. On March 10th, [redacted], I gave a woman and her child a ride. After dropping her off, she claimed to have left her wallet in my car. When I found it and offered to return it, she demanded I do so immediately, even though I was working at the time. She then falsely reported a car accident involving her and me to Lyft, resulting in my account being suspended without any communication or explanation from Lyft. I cooperated with their insurance company, provided proof that there was no accident, and they will be denying her claim. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, I have been unfairly impacted - losing income, facing financial difficulties, and feeling unjustly punished. I hope for the necessary actions to be taken against this woman for her false accusations and request compensation for the distress caused by Lyft's suspension. It is essential that Lyft recognizes my innocence and addresses the repercussions I have faced.

Later that day, I noticed that $68.99 was deducted from my account by Lyft. I'm facing a recurring issue with my Lyft app that I've encountered twice before. Despite reaching out to Lyft's customer support, I am unable to resolve this recurring problem. When requesting a ride, I was unexpectedly asked to verify my payment information, which only occurred on two previous occasions. This morning, I booked a Lyft ride and was charged $10.75. The app showed the driver was 7 minutes away, but then I received a notification thanking me for riding with Anthony and asking for a tip. However, Anthony never showed up, as my security camera footage confirms. My card was charged for a ride that allegedly went 0.8 miles in 1 minute, which is impossible for the distance between my home and work. I need this charge removed from my credit card. The driver, Anthony, provided terrible service, especially for someone trying to commute to work. I requested a priority ride to quickly get to the nail salon nearby as I was running late. Although the driver arrived promptly, we encountered a road closure, causing me to walk the remainder of the way to the salon. A young driver of Afghan descent in a red car picked me up. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. I sat in the back seat behind him, and upon exiting the car, I accidentally left my Samsung Galaxy A13 phone with a picture of a crying seagull on the lock screen inside. As a Security Officer at Goucher College, I encountered a Lyft driver parked in the roadway towards a faculty parking lot.
