I purchased a transit ticket with German Airlines to enjoy a trip, but encountered a problem. A staff member informed me that I couldn't go on the trip, leaving me disappointed. I encountered an issue with a return ticket booked on German Airlines from Cairo to South Korea. As I arrived at Cairo Airport for the trip, a German Airlines staff member informed me that I could not board the plane. I am now facing the situation where I am unable to proceed with the trip and I am seeking a refund for the two tickets I purchased for two individuals.

Hello, I recently booked a flight from Rome to Munich, but unfortunately, I closed the confirmation page before receiving the confirmation. I provided my credit card information for immediate payment, but the transaction hasn't been processed by my bank yet. The flight is scheduled for October 8th with a return on the 15th. I departed from Leonardo da Vinci airport in Rome at around 12:00. I'm concerned about potentially being charged twice if I have to rebook. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently upgraded to business class on LH447 on October 20, [redacted], and LH446 on November 5, [redacted], through your website. I made the payment for the upgrade, but after receiving a message stating "your booking is in process please do not refresh the page," the screen remained unchanged for four hours. I am unsure if the upgrades were successfully processed. Our flight locator is 46PONR, and the travelers are Kazuo G. and Drusilla G. I am hoping to confirm if the requested upgrades to business class have been completed and would appreciate receiving the e-tickets at gotow@vt,edu.

My spouse (S. K. May) and I (D. S. May) traveled with Lufthansa on October 1, [redacted], from Budapest, Hungary, via Frankfurt to Washington (IAD) with Booking Code 4E9QKK. Our intended destination was Atlanta, but we missed the final leg from IAD to ATL due to lateness. Luckily, a United Customer Service representative at IAD found us seats on an American Airlines flight the same evening, at no extra charge. However, the AA flight departed from a different Washington airport (DCA) than where we landed from Frankfurt and where we missed the UA flight (IAD). We had to take a taxi from IAD to DCA, costing $80.00, with the receipt attached. We feel that Lufthansa should reimburse us for the taxi fare, as they did not allow sufficient time for us to make our connecting flight due to various factors outlined below: The FRA to IAD leg departed approximately 30 minutes late from Frankfurt, and only part of this delay was recovered during the flight. Being seated at the rear of a large Boeing [redacted] led to us being last to disembark and last in the customs lines at U.S. customs. The distance from customs to the departure gate was substantial, especially considering our age (both over 80), affecting our pace. (My wife managed to arrange a wheelchair for me, which helped save some time.)

I, Mrs. OA Ayobami, booked airline tickets through an agent on September 5th with the booking reference HF-[redacted]. I informed them of the need to travel without a transit visa due to personal circumstances. I added 23kg of extra luggage for £[redacted], paid directly to Lufthansa via "manage my booking" online, and also paid £[redacted] to Hello Flight Booking agent. Unfortunately, I was denied boarding by Lufthansa staff because of the transit visa issue that the agent failed to inform me about. As a result, I was unable to travel to Nigeria. Despite several calls, the airline has not refunded me as promised. I am still waiting for the refund.

Hello, I'm curious about the possibility of traveling with two small bunnies weighing a total of 4.5 kgs. I've found conflicting information online about the required documents, as some sources mention animal health certificates only for dogs, cats, and ferrets. Despite having them vaccinated, I understand it might not be necessary. Can these bunnies travel in the cabin if they fit in a carrier? If not, can they be transported in a plastic carrier? I traveled from Dubai to Canada on August 31 with Swiss Airways. Unfortunately, our baggage was lost and returned two weeks later. I submitted reimbursement for personal items purchased during the delay, but it was declined due to misunderstandings by the consultant, Jovan Asanin. Despite providing proof of our current residency in Canada, he did not rectify the situation. I have a trip planned to San Francisco on November 16th to December 1st with flights LH9377 and LH9375. I will be accompanying my sister who is suffering from pancreatic cancer. Considering the circumstances, I am hoping to move my travel dates earlier, to November 1st to November 17th. My husband mistakenly booked a flight for me to travel to Dresden using my married name, Susan McTigue, instead of my maiden name, Baron, which appears on my passport. Despite providing my passport and marriage certificates, your company refused to correct the error. This caused us disappointment as we had to rebook another flight for our trip, which was intended for me to participate in the Dresden marathon charity event. We used flight numbers LH947, LH216, LH7439, and LH2502. We were surprised by the lack of assistance from Lufthansa as we believed German efficiency would prevail in this situation. It is unfortunate that resolving this issue seemed too much trouble for the company.

I recently received an email regarding my baggage transportation. However, there seems to be a mistake as it states my luggage is being sent to Auckland, New Zealand instead of my intended destination, Brisbane, Australia. This error occurred because they referenced yesterday's Flight CI053 instead of today's, which is why it appears my bags are heading to NZ. I am hopeful they will rectify this oversight, but I am concerned about the possibility of my luggage getting lost during transit, particularly at Frankfurt or Taipei airports.

Our Egypt cruise got canceled. While the flights to and from Australia are still on, I'm now considering a European train holiday from the arrival location to avoid losing out on the business flight costs. I just need to adjust or reschedule one leg of the journey. It seems unnecessarily difficult that this change isn't straightforward, especially since the departure is more than 20 days away. When I flew from Frankfurt to Washington Dulles on Wednesday, November 8, my luggage was left behind in Frankfurt. I immediately filed a missing luggage report upon landing and got a claim number. My Apple Air Tag indicates that my bag arrived at Dulles Airport on November 9 at 4 pm, on the same daily flight. However, I have not received any response from Lufthansa. Despite numerous calls to the luggage call center, they claim they have no information and can only send online messages to the luggage tracing company, who seem unresponsive. They were unable to provide any suggestions for a backup plan or offer assistance on how to retrieve my luggage from Dulles.

I'm curious as to why Lufthansa is charging [redacted] euros for a checked bag weighing up to 23 kilos with a 10-euro fee. I booked an economy class flight for November 20, [redacted], from Belgrade, Serbia, to Cleveland, Ohio, USA with Lufthansa. I made travel arrangements under booking code [redacted] for a flight on Monday, December 4 from Newark to Frankfurt, with a connecting flight to Dusseldorf on flight LH [redacted] for M. Rohrbach and W. Rohrbach. During our layover in Frankfurt, we were notified via text message that flight [redacted] from FRA to DUS was canceled. After waiting in a long line to speak with a Lufthansa representative, we were informed that there were no available seats on later flights and we couldn't be booked on the next day's flight. The agent advised us to take a train to Dusseldorf, which we did at a cost of EUR [redacted].80, for which we are requesting reimbursement (copy attached). Furthermore, our luggage was lost for three days (DUSLH87449) until we retrieved it on December 8 after multiple visits to the Dusseldorf airport lost baggage office. Is there any compensation for this inconvenience? We attempted to use the web-based support tools, but they did not address our lost luggage or flight cancellation. Phone assistance was unavailable, compounding our frustration with Lufthansa's Customer Service. We hope that Lufthansa will reimburse us for the train ticket and the lost baggage.

I flew on LH [redacted] from Frankfurt to Helsinki on Monday, January 29, [redacted]. There was a medical emergency where a passenger had stomach pain, and I, a dentist who works at a hospital, was called upon to assist. Unfortunately, yesterday I experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea. I did not have any protective gear like gowns or masks available to me.
