Hello, I am Iliana Saraouleva and I am seeking assistance from Lufthansa. During my flight LH [redacted] on 17 May from Skopje to Frankfurt, I was in seat 14D, and next to me was a retired LH flight attendant in seat 14F. Despite a two-hour delay causing us to risk missing our connecting flight to Brussels, this gentleman helped us by providing gate information at Frankfurt airport. Unfortunately, due to the rush and confusion, I couldn't give him my email address to stay in touch. I am reaching out in the hopes that Lufthansa can help me reconnect with this kind individual. I do not have his name, only that he retired as a LH flight attendant approximately three years ago. If possible, could Lufthansa share my email with him so he can reach out to me? I filed a Compensation Claim with ID [redacted]6 for a Lufthansa flight from Munich (MUC) to Mumbai (BOM) on Dec 17, accompanied by receipts and a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) regarding our missing/delayed bags at Mumbai International Airport on Jan 9. Lufthansa confirmed that all 5 checked bags were untraceable and were only delivered after 3 days. This left us stranded without clothes or critical health medications.
Despite receiving an email acknowledging our claim, it has been over 3 months, and we have yet to receive any compensation. I have provided the PIR, but all responses from Lufthansa seem to indicate they are unable to locate it in their baggage tracing system, hindering our claim assessment. Despite multiple emails sent from Jan onwards to [redacted], there has been no response or resolution to our situation.

When attempting to purchase a ticket on the Lufthansa website using my DSK Mastercard, an error message appeared prompting me to retry or contact support. After trying twice more with no success, I used a Diners card to successfully pay. Surprisingly, my DSK Mastercard was also charged without confirmation. I need a refund for the incorrect charge. I have attached the invoices for the ticket and baggage fee along with screenshots of the failed transaction on the Lufthansa site and the successful one on the Diners site. Upon arriving in Paris from Sofia via Frankfurt with Lufthansa on 6/15, my suitcase did not arrive with me. I reported this on 6/16 and was informed that my suitcase had been found and sent to the carrier who would deliver it to my home. I received a call on Saturday stating that the delivery would be made after 4 p.m. Since then, I have not received any updates. Despite calling various numbers, I have not received any further information. The case number is CDGLH [redacted] under the name Quentin Francine. While in Sofia, the agent mistakenly swapped the luggage labels between myself and the person traveling with me. I received her suitcase, but she did not receive mine.

Our flight from Frankfurt to Lisbon was canceled mid-flight, the flight number was LH1172. Additionally, our luggage was lost and we only received it on the last day of our trip. We were headed to Lisbon for a conference, which we arrived late to due to the cancellation, leading to us having to take an Uber to Stuttgart from where we finally flew to Lisbon in order to reach the conference promptly. We incurred expenses for a hotel in Frankfurt, Ubers to and from the hotel, new flight tickets, as well as purchasing clothes. We are looking forward to being refunded for all these costs and the inconveniences caused by the mistakes. It's puzzling that our flight was canceled considering we were supposed to land slightly before midnight, and the airport staff was not helpful, requiring us to handle everything on our own. The alternative flight you booked us for the next day at around 17:00 is too late since we needed to be at the conference by 10:00.

I am disheartened by the service experience with Lufthansa. Despite missing my connecting flight in Frankfurt due to airport complexities and lack of terminal transportation, the subsequent flight to Vienna omitted my luggage.
