1. I made a booking on January 28, [redacted], for a hotel stay in London and a Tina Turner musical ticket with Order No: [redacted]7. The price was advertised as £[redacted].00 but I was charged £[redacted].99 for 2 tickets. When I contacted a Living Social staff member within 30 days, they were rude and insisted on refunding the money to my Living Social account, even though I don't use that account. I believe I am entitled to a full refund of £[redacted].99 directly to my card or bank account under the Consumer Rights Act [redacted].
2. Additionally, on January 30, [redacted], I purchased a Ted Baker watch for £38.99 with Order No: [redacted]0. When trying to adjust the time, the winder broke, resulting in the watch being two hours behind. Considering the quality issue and being dissatisfied with the previous experience, I would like the watch to be repaired or replaced.

On March 15th, I placed an order with 'livingsocial' for five bags of garden bark. Each bag was priced at £6.99, with additional charges for delivery and membership. The total came to £46.93, paid with my VISA debit card. The order number was [redacted]7. When the bark arrived on March 18th, only one bag was delivered. Upon checking my account, I found five vouchers with the same order number, [redacted]0, but each with a unique code. I've been attempting to receive the remaining four bags or a refund of £27.96 for a month now. The livingsocial website has been unhelpful, lacking contact details and providing generic responses. Despite discovering that I need to redeem each voucher separately for the full order, with an additional delivery fee of £6.99 per bag, this practice seems misleading and unfair. I am writing in regards to order number [redacted]8. According to an email I received on March 11, [redacted], my order has been dispatched, but I have yet to receive it. The tracking link provided in the email is not working.
Additionally, on March 25, [redacted], I received a text message from a driver named Adam, but the link provided for rearranging delivery is also not functional.
Due to the extended delay and the inability to track the package, I kindly request a refund for the amount paid for this order.

I bought Voucher No. AH106CB-TU9PL on March 26th and my Order Number is [redacted]6 through Livingsocial. Even though I haven't used the voucher, I requested a full cash refund of £71.99 into my bank account due to a change of mind. Livingsocial, instead of refunding my money, transferred it to the "Livingsocial wallet," urging me to make another purchase. I am not interested in buying another voucher and have been persistently asking for a cash refund, yet they keep declining. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I have been trying to contact you without much success. I placed an order with you on Sunday, June 5th for a Red Peony Double priced at £5.99. I received an email which appears to be a receipt confirming the payment. However, I am confused about whether the order will come directly from you or from Thompson & Morgan, which also mentions another company called Branded Garden Products Limited. I recently contacted Spoiled Homes House Cleaning Services to schedule a house cleaning using two coupons (Order #[redacted] and another order #). Unfortunately, the owner refused to schedule my service, stating I should have contacted them a month in advance. However, there was no instruction on the voucher regarding this policy. The owner was unprofessional, busy, and hostile during our interaction, eventually hanging up on me. I felt verbally abused throughout the call.
As I was unable to receive the service I paid for due to this unpleasant experience, I would like a refund issued to my debit card (I have a new card number). I am disappointed and upset with the treatment received and do not wish to proceed with another booking.

This is my third attempt to address the issue and request a refund. I'm puzzled by the lack of response. I purchased two cleaning vouchers from Spoiled House Cleaning. When I tried to schedule a cleaning, the owner insisted I should have called a month in advance, refused to book me due to being busy, and abruptly hung up after being verbally abusive. Despite asking for both vouchers to be refunded, only one was processed. This unsettling experience has deterred me from using Living Social in the future. I am still waiting for a refund for the second voucher.

I purchased Nalim Thai Massage coupons with codes VS-17JJ-C2L3-JLK3-1TR9 and VS-3PCJ-KYV7-WK6X-KT21 only to find out that the phone number provided, [redacted], is disconnected. The website is also inaccessible for making appointments. I visited the address on the coupon, [redacted] 8th Ave, Fort Worth, Texas, but the building management had no knowledge of the business. I am requesting a refund for both coupons as I believe this may be a scam. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will consider it a loss and avoid using livingsocial in the future. I have reached out via chat numerous times since the day after purchasing the service. Each time, I encountered issues with the person assisting me. Despite my attempts, I have not received a refund yet. I am in urgent need of a refund as I did not intend to use the service at all. I have explained the situation via email, mentioning my email discrepancy and password troubles. I am unable to access my account to resolve this myself. Ideally, I would like a refund, or alternatively, a credit for future use. My primary goal is to get my money back as soon as possible, starting from the day after the initial purchase. I have contacted the provincial several times, but without success. I received some vouchers that must be used by November 20th. When I add items to my shopping basket, there are some that I do not want and cannot delete. Each time I try to review my basket, it shows other items and tries to charge me for all of them. It is now November 17th, and I only have a few days left before I lose my vouchers. Despite receiving multiple case numbers, I keep getting redirected without a solution. Please advise me on how to remove unwanted items permanently from my shopping basket so I can shop without any payment issues. Every time I check my basket, it shows different items. I bought vouchers for a facial and hot stone massage from Aspen Rose Spa and Wellness Center through your website. Typically, I receive deals for local businesses, so I presumed it was nearby, but it's actually located in Utah, not Reno, NV where I live. The voucher lacks the spa's address, and I only realized the location mix-up due to your reminder email. I have been a loyal customer, but I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response to my repeated messages about an issue I've been having for the past two weeks. My phone was stolen right before Thanksgiving, and now that I have a new iPhone 13, all my cloud information has been restored except for my Groupon or LS orders that were valid until [redacted]. Specifically, I can no longer find my orders for Ale Pie House, Falafal, and Vito’s Pizza. Can someone please provide a valid explanation for this problem? If this is not resolved, not only will I stop using your services, but I will also have to stop recommending your company to my friends and family. I placed an order on October 1st, with an expected delivery date of the 12th. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive. Despite multiple messages to customer service, I keep receiving the same reply, "An agent will get back to you within 48 hours." I'm frustrated with the lack of assistance. At this point, I just want a refund if my order won't be delivered. The whole customer service experience has been disappointing and unhelpful.

I have not yet received the mattress I purchased and have been trying to reach out to the seller since the end of December. Despite numerous attempts, they keep providing the same response about contacting their team to resolve the issue, but I never receive any updates. Their contact number is also not functional, just like yours! I am requesting a full refund of £[redacted].99, comprising £[redacted] for the undelivered mattress and £18.99 for the postage that was never utilized. It has been over a month of frustration trying to resolve this matter, and I find it completely unacceptable that my money seems to have vanished. I urge for an immediate refund of the amount. I recently placed an order for an afternoon tea with order number [redacted]3. However, when I tried to redeem my voucher at Munchies Bubble Tea located at 5 Leigh St, London WC1H 9EW, they refused to honor it. I recently placed an order for two A4 white boards and two Easter Gonks after a general internet search. Unbeknownst to me, the website turned out to be a voucher site, which I would have avoided if I had known. I have unintentionally become a registered customer for their voucher services despite not authorizing any payment for the goods. They did deduct a £5.00 sign-up fee, which I now wish to be refunded, along with being removed from their mailing lists. My attempts to contact them regarding complaints and refunds have been unsuccessful as I am unable to complete the required fields. On January 27th, I placed an order for a tyre pressure gauge. Upon reviewing my bill, I noticed two additional items had been added, increasing my total to £62.97 instead of the initial £19. I promptly canceled the order when I saw this discrepancy as the transaction was still pending in my bank account. Despite not receiving a voucher number or product code, the full amount of £62.97 was deducted from my account three days later. I have reached out to your customer service team via email seven times, but I have yet to receive a refund. I am frustrated as I believe this issue is not on my end.
