The recent purchase was made using my husband's card without my knowledge, and I would like that card removed from my account immediately. I recently placed an order with LightInTheBox using Afterpay. Initially, the order went through smoothly, and I could see it listed along with my previous back orders from LightInTheBox. However, after a few days, my new order suddenly disappeared. Strangely, when I logged in again, it only showed my old orders from [redacted], even though the payment for the new order had already been processed and confirmed by my bank. Despite entering the same account information, I could not retrieve the new order details. Afterpay is inaccessible as it claims my email is incorrect. While LightInTheBox confirmed and processed the payment initially, the order has now vanished from my account. Unfortunately, I don't have the confirmation number, but I have all the details of the items and the payment taken from my bank.

Hello from Andernach, I ordered two "Waldorf dolls" from LightInTheBox. Instead of the expected charming fabric dolls, I received two cheap-looking fakes with plastic heads. I have been trying to contact LightInTheBox since then and cannot reach anyone. I am starting to believe it's a scam and am considering reporting the company.

I need assistance returning the two pairs of running shoes to Light in the Box. I am unable to locate a straightforward return method on their website without a password. It appears there is an excessive amount of information to sift through, making it difficult to find the necessary steps for a return. I believe a password reset may be required, as I do not have one. I have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of my orders from your company for weeks now, but I have yet to receive anything. I am feeling quite frustrated at the moment. I typically pay for my orders with a card, so if there have been any issues with the postage amount, I believe that responsibility falls on your end. It is disappointing to see this lack of care for customers, especially in the U.K. market. Keeping customers satisfied and attracting new ones should be a top priority for your business.

I ordered 4 polo shirts today, but the payment method through Klarna invoice upon receiving the goods didn't work. Neither did PayPal. Eventually, the goods were delivered, and I was able to transfer the money to Klarna within 2 days. I do not want to make a payment to China. I would like to continue ordering from LightInTheBox, but if the payment process remains problematic, I prefer to shop elsewhere.

I am seeking a full refund for the coat and sweater I bought. The coat is lighter than expected, and the color is not as described. It is also shorter than shown in the picture. The sweater is not oversized as advertised; it is quite short. The pockets reach up to my armpits which is not practical. I would appreciate assistance in initiating the refund process.
