I am uncertain if there is a resolution for my issue. I bought a lipstick Color Riche #[redacted] IN SPARKLING AMETHYST. The tube seemed sealed with a plastic strip requiring perforation. My concern is the lipstick looks marked and gouged to me, despite being sealed and seemingly unused. I will not use this lipstick as it seems used. I paid $7.99 for it and I am unsure how to proceed. I have kept it for now but may discard it depending on the outcome of our discussion. Could the packaging have been resealed? This lipstick appears used or damaged to me due to the packaging. I recently purchased the L’Oréal True Match concealer for fair/light complexion. Despite my loyalty as a 20-year consumer, I was disappointed with the thin coverage, needing multiple applications for unsatisfactory results. I also experienced burning, irritation, and watery eyes while trying different blending methods. There was no safety seal on the packaging, raising concerns about the product's sanitation. After finding similar complaints from other users, I seek resolution from L’Oréal. I am requesting a refund or voucher and samples of alternative concealers for testing. I have been interacting with your customer service for the past week. I received a refund, but my main issue is regarding the safety seals. I am feeling very disappointed as I noticed that all the packaging of the TRUE MATCH products no longer have safety seals. Alexis informed me today that they are no longer necessary, which seems unusual. If this is accurate, kindly confirm as I am considering returning the bottle. After 30 years, I am back to square one with my makeup choice. I never expected this from L'Oreal.

Dear L'Oreal Company, Today, I used your L'Oreal Excellence 7.1 hair color which resulted in my hair turning almost dark brown instead of blonde as expected. In the past, I have colored my hair with a similar shade from a different brand, and it turned out blonde, not dark brown. I typically dye my roots every 2 months. I have previously experienced a similar issue with L'Oreal products where even the lightest shades turned my hair dark brown. This has made me hesitant to use L'Oreal products in the past. Recently, I purchased two boxes of your product from Watsons in Thailand, spending around 12 US dollars, a significant amount in Thailand. Hello, this is Jyotsana Gupta from Chhattisgarh, age 30. Yesterday afternoon at Capello Family Hair Salon in Magneto Mall, Bilaspur, I got a haircut. The stylist suggested coloring my hair with L’Oréal products to cover some gray hair. Confident due to using L’Oréal shampoo and conditioner, I agreed. Hours later at home, my scalp began burning and itching severely, disrupting my sleep. This unexpected reaction has caused me discomfort and I now need medical attention and additional expenses. My faith in L’Oréal products has been shaken, and I seek a refund for this unfortunate experience.

To Whom It May Concern, I have been purchasing the Infallible Never Fail Mechanical Eyeliner in carbon black for approximately 15 years. I opt for the mechanical pencil due to my sensitivity to liquid eyeliner. Over some time, I have observed a decline in both the quality and quantity of this product. There seems to have been a change in the formula because some pencils glide on smoothly while others require excessive pressure to apply. Moreover, the longevity of the product has decreased compared to previous purchases. The tipping point for me was when I bought a new pencil recently, and upon opening it at home, the entire tip of the pencil fell out and broke. It is disheartening to see a product I used to praise now falling short of expectations. I invest around 10 dollars in each pencil, and it has been a staple in my daily routine. Dear Sir/Madam, I recently purchased a X-TENSO care shampoo pack consisting of a combo of 250ml Shampoo + Conditioner on May 17, [redacted], with Order ID [redacted]2. Unfortunately, upon using the shampoo, I was shocked to find that it caused my hair to become tangled, had a strange smell, and did not produce any lather. This experience was unlike any I had with this product before. When I attempted to contact customer care regarding the counterfeit product, I was informed that the one-week return policy had passed, and Snapdeal could not process a refund or return. I found it unfair that the customer care representatives did not offer a way to address the issue of receiving a fake product, and the company seemed to hide behind disclaimers. I urge you to have the product tested in a lab, as I believe it will be proven to be counterfeit. Such poor quality bogus products are not what I expect from Snapdeal. I recently bought the L'oreal Million Lashes mascara, which is my go-to brand for mascara. Unfortunately, when I opened it the next morning, it was dried out and clumpy, making it unusable. I tried to exchange it where I bought it, but they directed me to contact the manufacturer. I've been a loyal user of your products for years and have never encountered problems like this before. Hello L'Oreal Team, I am quite disappointed with the unavailability of my favorite hairspray. I am reaching out to request that you consider bringing back the 'L'Oreal Studio Pro Lock It Hairspray Extra Strong Number 4' (the big yellow bottle) to the market permanently. It has been challenging to find a suitable replacement as the 400ml size is out of stock everywhere. While John Frieda is a close second choice, it simply does not compare to the effectiveness of the L'Oreal hairspray that I adore. During a visit to Singapore, my son kindly gave me four bottles of Revitalift. Unfortunately, after using the cream in Hong Kong, my face had a severe reaction, becoming red and swollen. I reached out to customer service on July 17th requesting a return and a refund. Despite contacting them four times, I have yet to receive any information on the progress of my request. I am still waiting for a resolution from the Hong Kong customer service team.

As a former L'Oreal customer in Saskatchewan, Canada, I used to purchase the lengthening mascara in waterproof and regular black/brown with a straight brush, not curved. The mascara came in a color tube of gold, blue, or beige. I discontinued using the product when the brush was changed to a more flexible plastic, which I expressed my dissatisfaction about to marketing years ago. Despite my feedback, the original design was not reinstated. I respectfully ask L'Oreal to consider going back to the straight brush design in the original mascara tubes and to introduce more products suitable for middle-aged and older women. As someone who has faced physical challenges due to various incidents, including a car accident resulting in facial scars, I believe there is a need for beauty products that cater to diverse needs. I hope L'Oreal can consider my suggestions. Thank you for your attention.

I need assistance with a hair dye mishap. I recently used Loreal Feria high-lift brown hair color B61 on my natural brown hair, but I had previously colored it a dark Auburn shade months ago. Wanting to lighten it to a brown shade, I tried using a box color without instructions. I followed a YouTube tutorial, starting from underneath to the front and leaving it in for 30 minutes. The result is blonde in the front and underneath, with dark Auburn from about 3 inches down to the ends. Is there a product I can purchase to strip the color and restore it to natural before re-coloring it correctly?

I purchased two boxes of L'Oreal Blonde Supreme Excellence Creme at Walgreens for approximately $24 total. I have used this product before in a different shade with no change in results. I attempted to dye my hair blonde with both boxes, but it remained a light brown-red mix. The lack of results not only disappoints me but also damages my hair unnecessarily. Hello, I have been a loyal user of the L'Oreal Lineur Intense Brush Tip Liquid Eyeliner in black for many years. Recently, I purchased two eyeliners and both have had issues with losing suction, causing excess liquid to accumulate on the brush and outside the tube. This makes application difficult and messy. I recently bought two L’Oréal eye makeup products at Walmart Supercenter in Summerville, SC about two weeks ago. Upon opening the eyeliner New Nouveau Lash Paradise ([redacted]) and Voluminous Original ([redacted]) mascara this week, I discovered that both items were dried out and flaky. Walmart refused my return as I didn't purchase the items at their Deland, FL store, and I misplaced the receipt. I handed it to my granddaughter along with other purchases. Hello, I need assistance in selecting the ideal foundation shade. I enjoy the 24-hour fresh wear foundation but have been struggling to find the perfect match. My skin tone is medium, and I would describe my undertones as neutral. I have tested “Sand” and “Golden Amber,” but Sand appears slightly lighter than my skin, while Golden Amber seems to have a hint of orange. Would combining the two shades be a good solution?

I have been using L'Oreal Revitalift for eyes since it was first released, and I have always loved it. However, the last tube I purchased was rancid. After a few days of using it, my eyes swelled and turned very red. I have never experienced this issue before, and I would like to have it replaced. Following my granddaughter's recommendation, I decided to switch to Voluminous Lash Paradise mascara for fuller lashes and a new look. However, I encountered several issues with the product. The mascara leaks from the cylinder after application, causing stains on my hands, clothes, and other items in my makeup bag. It also creates a mess on the container exterior, requiring cleaning before each use. Moreover, it tends to clump and glob on my lashes, which is disappointing. I purchased a second one, suspecting the first may have been affected by heat, but the problem persisted. This experience has been frustrating and costly, as I never faced these issues with my previous mascara. I am disappointed with the product's performance.

I have been a loyal user of L'Oreal Infallible lipstick for a long time. I especially loved the original square container design. However, I'm disappointed with the recent changes made to the product. The latest Infallible lipsticks I purchased did not come with the clear lip gloss and they do not leave a lasting stain like before. The new formulation transfers onto my drinks and silverware, unlike the previous version which stayed put all day. Despite spending over $** on these two lipsticks, I can no longer use them. Unfortunately, I am unable to return them as they have been used. I have decided not to buy Infallible lipstick again. It's disappointing to lose my go-to L'Oreal product after all these years.
