Good morning, my username is ade7200. I am having issues with the crystal shards and the 6th-anniversary gift. The gift keeps reappearing; I redeem it, but then I find it again in the items to redeem. I had [redacted] - 4-star shards and [redacted] - 5-star shards. I opened 1 4-star crystal, and when I returned to the crystals screen, the 4-star shards were not deducted. I redeemed another 4-star crystal, and when I returned to the crystals screen, [redacted] 5-star shards had disappeared (basically the ones received as a gift for the anniversary). Can you please check on this? Thank you.

I claimed the Christmas gift, but when I checked my inventory, it had turned into coal instead of the usual rewards. I was disappointed and frustrated because I won't receive the rewards I was expecting due to this glitch. I feel let down by Kabam and worry that I won't get any compensation for this issue.

I have noticed a discrepancy in my MCOC units. When I logged in today, I found that I only have [redacted] units remaining, whereas yesterday I had around [redacted] units. I did spend some units on gifting, but not exceeding [redacted] units. I tried contacting Kabam through their website, but I am unable to sign in. I attempted to purchase a £10 unit deal, but it prompted me for a password. Typically, I use my fingerprint for purchases, but since I forgot my password, I reset it successfully. After adding £10 to my wallet, I exited the app. However, when I tried to load up the game "MCOC," it wouldn't load. I waited for nearly an hour, but it still wouldn't connect. The error message reads, "Can't connect to the network, please check your internet," even though my home internet is working fine for Google and YouTube. What could be causing this issue?

The game is disappointing. I didn't open my Crystals, just bought them. When I logged back in, they were opened, and I had new Characters. Please help.

I completed the Grandmaster in Act 6, but the reward was opened without my action, giving me new Champions. I request a callback or will involve my lawyer. I want to open the Crystals myself.
Please fix this bug. It can't be a coincidence that I keep getting bad Characters for months despite investing time and money in the game. It's incredibly frustrating that my Crystals were opened automatically.
Kindly return my Crystals, take back the Characters, and let me open the Crystals myself.

I wanted to return to playing Marvel Contest of Champions. Upon reinstalling the game, I encountered difficulty accessing my main account. It appears that my main account, Skeiamn, was not linked to my current Google account, [redacted] Instead, the Google account is linked to an older, less progressed account. I am looking to recover my main account and link it to my Google account. The main account features heroes like Warlock, Hit Monkey, and Colossus. It was created around the beginning of [redacted], although I cannot pinpoint the exact date. I played from Pennsylvania, US, and did not make any purchases on the account.

I've contested charges from Kabam with my credit card company, resulting in a temporary refund that was later reversed back to Kabam. Consequently, my game account now shows a negative balance that they refuse to adjust, even after I received a $[redacted] refund. They are demanding around $[redacted] to clear the negative balance. Despite providing Google Play with supporting documents, they are not accepting my evidence to rectify this error. All I ask is for the balance to reflect the actual $[redacted] refund received. There are transaction records available, and it seems like a lack of thorough investigation and attention to detail on Kabam and Google Play's part. Google Play possesses transaction logs supporting my case, which Kabam is choosing to overlook. My sole request is for them to correct the erroneous balance to the correct amount.

Hello, I am writing to report some recent game bugs. During a solo raid yesterday, when I reached room 7, I encountered a glitch with Doom facing off against Diablo; after bringing him down to 10% health, he became immortal. Despite using 5 sp.3 special attacks and numerous basic attacks, the damage remained at 0. Eventually, he knocked me out, and in the next encounter, died after a few hits. Additionally, the boss node stated "unstoppable" every 12 sec., but the defender (guardian) was consistently unstoppable and unblockable from the start of the fight without a countdown, lasting much longer than 12 sec.
Crystal openings are purely luck based, but I've opened over twenty crystals only to receive two mediocre 5-star players, which is understandably frustrating. Another issue occurred a few months ago during a side event where Air Walker was up for grabs, but due to login errors in the game on the last two days, I missed out even though I was at 92% exploration.
I enjoy the game and value my alliance, but at times, like yesterday, I felt my skills and efforts were not being adequately rewarded. I hope the game continues to improve, especially in addressing glitches promptly. I appreciate Loki lately for his unique ability to steal opponents' buffs, although it would be truly groundbreaking if he could also steal passive buffs, making him even more revolutionary and capable against tough opponents or adding an element of fun to the gameplay. After updating the Marvel Contest of Champions app, I signed back in using my Google account and found that the main story had reset and many of my hard-earned characters were missing, including 4* Heimdall, 4* Purgatory, 4* Wolverine, 4* Storm Pyramid X, 5* Kingpin, 5* Galan, 5* Kang, and 5* Odin. I would appreciate it if you could restore these characters to my account or provide me with four 5-star crystals and four 4-star crystals to help me regain them. Although there are other characters missing, it would be a great help to have these key ones returned. Thank you.

Upon the suspension ending, I re-entered the game, purchased a booster to catch up, and promptly got hit with another 30-day suspension for the same reason. Hello everyone, I recently faced an issue with my Kabam account on Marvel Contest of Champions. My account was suspended for a second time due to alleged account sharing, even though I only switch between playing on my Android phone when I'm out and using an Apple iPad at home. I reached out to Kabam for clarification, but they declined to provide any evidence to support their claim.
Upon the first suspension, I suspected it was due to also playing on an alternate account on a different device. Upon returning after the suspension, I purchased an offer to make up for lost time, only to find out my account was suspended again for the same reason. It's frustrating because I had never encountered this issue before despite having these accounts for years.
I contacted Kabam support, but unfortunately, I received a generic response about the account sharing violation. I'm simply puzzled as to how spending money led to this situation.
