I am experiencing an issue that has not been resolved. My grandson mistakenly used my credit card to make a purchase of [redacted] units for $50 instead of [redacted]. Upon logging in, the game indicates I have a linked account and displays me as below level 9, despite actually being at level 53. This situation requires me to choose between two accounts, a step that was unnecessary before. I acknowledge the presence of glitches post-upgrade; however, I seek a concrete resolution to my issue. I sincerely urge for a thorough investigation and practical solutions rather than receiving generic apologies via email without any timelines or corrective measures. As a dedicated player, my patience is running thin, and unless a fix is provided, I may consider discontinuing my engagement with this game.

Dear Kabam, I am writing to address a recurring issue in your game, MCOC. I have encountered difficulties in obtaining tier 2 catalysts for my 4-star champions in the daily quests for the past 6 weeks. Despite my persistent attempts to acquire science, mutant, tech, and strength catalysts, the drop rate has been consistently unsuccessful. This problem is not unique to me but also affects my friends. As a dedicated player for over 2 years on both the stgoldie and crusher007 accounts, this ongoing malfunction has significantly dampened my enthusiasm for the game. I am requesting compensation for the following catalysts: 6 science tier 2, 6 tech tier 2, 6 strength tier 2, and 3 mutant tier 2 catalysts. Furthermore, I have noticed a recurring issue when opening 4-star crystals where the crystal does not spin fully, resulting in missed opportunities to acquire characters like Blade, Stark Enhanced Spider-Man, and Hulk (Ragnarok). This has led to receiving less desirable characters repeatedly. If feasible, I would appreciate compensation by exchanging my Psylocke for Blade, Captain America for Hulk (Ragnarok), and Groot for Stark Enhanced Spider-Man. I recently discovered that one of my champions was missing in the game, despite Kabam assuring me they are still in my roster. Despite multiple exchanges with Kabam over weeks, they keep asking for my roster, only to close the case afterward. It's frustrating to keep repeating the issue without any resolution. I've invested money into this game, and it's disheartening that my concerns are not being adequately addressed. I feel like my dedication to the game is not being recognized, especially when I see no progress in resolving this issue. I even completed some challenges, like beating the Realm of Legends, which should have rewarded me with new champions. I specifically noticed that my Captain America four-star and three-star champions are missing, and I'm at a loss on how to proceed with Kabam's unhelpful responses.

Hello, I am a player of Marvel Contest of Champions, a member of the alliance Keep Punishing. I've been with them since the start of Season 3 and participated actively in the wars, missing only one due to an accidental disbandment on 8/18. My phone unknowingly disbanded me from the alliance, but I rejoined within 6 hours, which was a genuine mistake. Despite meeting the requirement of participating in 5 consecutive wars at the beginning of the season with the same alliance, Kabam did not provide me with my end-of-season rewards for Season 3 due to missing a few wars at the end. I believe this decision is questionable as I was back with the alliance by the end of the season. As a loyal player for over 2 years, investing a significant amount in the game, I am now seeking support to rectify this error. I have raised a ticket but have only received automated responses. I have been playing Contest of Champions for over a year now, and initially, everything was fine. However, recently, there have been issues with drop rates, gameplay, and chat rules that have made the experience frustrating. I have spent a significant amount of money on the game, with seven accounts, and just spent over $[redacted] on my IamLynx account trying to get The Champion character. Unfortunately, I didn't receive The Champion or any four-star champion despite spending over 5,[redacted] units. I have provided feedback on improvements that have been ignored, and it's disheartening to not see any changes. I used to be able to duplicate champions with my spending, but now spending large amounts yields no significant results. I have encouraged others to play, but the recent issues make the game less enjoyable. I would like a refund for my latest purchase because what I received is not worth the money. It would be beneficial to offer the advertised champions in the unit store for a set price each month to provide a better experience for paying customers who invest in the game.

My family and I have invested a lot of time and resources into this contest, only to find that Aegon is nearly impossible to defeat. I discovered that my email was used to create an account with Kabam without my permission. I reached out to support, but they are asking for information I couldn't possibly know since I didn't make the account. Unfortunately, their responses seem scripted, and they are not addressing the problem. It's frustrating that they aren't understanding my situation.

My account, Piment-2, got banned for violating terms of use. I am currently on vacation at my brother's place and forgot my charger. I downloaded the game on his device and used my account details to keep playing. I did not participate in alliance quests or wars, and I did not engage in piloting. My mom made a purchase for me last night, and I want to make more purchases. Please contact me via email so I can add the new device and continue making purchases. I was unaware that using another device would be an issue during my vacation here in California. This is a misunderstanding that I hope can be resolved since I did not intentionally break any rules. Dear Spencer, Tina, Zack, Yuki, and Kristin, I am Doug and I am extremely dissatisfied with the situation regarding the game and my money. I have kept all my receipts from Google for the payments made. If the issue is due to account verification, I believe a phone call would have resolved this more efficiently. It is distressing that after paying, I lost all my progress upon signing up for the Kabam account, and now I am unable to prove my purchases or progress. Despite providing answers and evidence, I was informed my answers were incorrect, leaving me frustrated. The repetitive and unhelpful responses from your team are comical and indicate a lack of coordination or concern. I will escalate this matter with Google as I refuse to lose my investment due to lost progress. Hello, I am seeking a refund for all my purchases in the game Marvel Contest of Champions. I have dedicated years to building my account and making it one of the best in the game by purchasing various in-game items to maintain my standing. Despite my efforts, during the Alliance War Seasons, I unexpectedly dropped from first to 33rd place without explanation after the developers subtracted points. When I reached out to Kabam for clarification, they refused to provide details citing privacy concerns. Feeling frustrated by the sudden change that negatively impacted my progress, I requested a refund for the purchases that had now become futile. Kabam promptly closed my case without resolution, leaving me disillusioned. I believe it is unjust to nullify all the items I acquired to advance in the game due to another player's actions. I hope Apple can intervene to rectify this situation. It is disheartening to invest in items to improve gameplay only to have progress impeded arbitrarily. A few days ago, I purchased the 1 offering for tier 4 basic cats you had advertised and another for tier 5 basic cats. After buying the first offering with the two complete cats, I noticed the units had been exchanged. Initially, I thought it had given me back three units, but then I realized it was as if I never made the purchase. I am not expecting a freebie, you can keep the units as well, you can verify that I had enough units for the purchase as I don't wait to accumulate the necessary units before trying to buy. Considering these circumstances, receiving an extra t4 basic or a 4-star awakening gem of similar value instead of a 4-star signature ability would be appreciated. I have been playing Marvel Contest of Champions since January 2nd, [redacted], and have been trying to get my four-star Agent Venom since I started. I was excited to see him in the PvP Rebirth competition. Despite playing tirelessly, my progress was interrupted when my grandmother suffered a stroke and I had to go to Chicago. This prevented me from finishing the competition and obtaining Agent Venom. I wanted to dedicate my achievements to my grandmother, but due to the situation, I couldn't. I've been playing Marvel Contest of Champions seriously for the last 7 months. I quit the game for a while, and when I tried to log back in, it asked for my email and password for my Kabam account. I kept getting an error saying to enter a valid email account. I tried a few times with the same result. I even tried creating a new account, hoping to recover access to my original one, but that didn't work either. I contacted Kabam support about this issue, but they haven't been helpful in resolving it.

I had around 6[redacted] units to use for exploring maps and masteries. However, 4[redacted] units were accidentally spent on champion crystals. While putting my kids to nap, my 6-year-old unintentionally used my units to buy crystals. This is out of character as I only use units for revives and energy. My son said he used around [redacted] units and I ended up with new champions like Human Torch and Ronin. I want to return the champions and get my units back as this is not my usual gameplay. I started looking for opponents for war, but a new teammate joined and I canceled and resumed the search. I want to clarify that I was still within the time frame to find an alliance. When I checked later, the alliance was not registered, and the events were not shown in the alliance section or the general tab. After revisiting, suddenly everything updated. I was upset because my account got disabled for supposedly violating the terms of service, but I never received an explanation. Now, I encounter this issue. What is happening with the service? We get penalized for mistakes, but when errors occur on their end, nothing happens, and the blame is always on us. I've been waiting for over a week for a response without any luck.
