I recently started playing tennis again after a few years and wore my K-Swiss ladies tennis shoes purchased a while ago. During my second game back, the sole of the shoe came undone, causing me to trip, twist my ankle, and default the match. I am looking for advice from K-Swiss regarding their warranty or customer service options, even though I no longer have the receipt for these older model shoes. Since tennis shoes are a significant investment, I would appreciate if K-Swiss could provide some form of credit or exchange policy for this unexpected issue.

I received an email promoting the new K-Swiss website with a 30% off coupon code 'welcome back' in May [redacted]. I registered again and ordered one pair of white shoes, but the coupon didn't work. Despite multiple emails to K-Swiss, I did not receive a response after ten days. I couldn't locate a corporate phone number. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 50 years and want to take advantage of the 30% off offer.

I contacted K-Swiss via email on July 1 regarding my order number [redacted]06 for a pair of Women’s BigShot Light 3 tennis shoes. Since they arrived in early April, I have been wearing them twice a week for Pickleball. Unfortunately, the soles have worn out quickly, as shown in the attached picture. Given that I am a beginner and have not worn them extensively, I believe they should not have worn out in just two and a half months. I kindly requested a replacement pair due to these durability issues. Waiting for a response from K-Swiss.

Subject: Issue with K-Swiss Tennis Sneakers Hello, I sent an email on Aug. 5 regarding a concern I have with a pair of your K-Swiss tennis sneakers. The USA size 10 pair is the model Bigshot Light 2.5, #[redacted]2. The material on the inside of both heels has frayed extensively, leading me to question if there was a manufacturing defect. I have replaced them with a similar pair, #[redacted]-[redacted]-M, as I am a supporter of your brand. Would it be possible for me to send pictures of the damaged pair for your assessment to determine if it qualifies for a replacement at no charge, or if it is considered normal wear and tear? I appreciate your assistance. Kind regards, Marty Rothbard

I bought two pairs of K-Swiss The Classic'88 on June 7, [redacted] from Shoes.com with the order number [redacted]81. These shoes have been my go-to for my job since the early '90s due to their great fit and quality. However, both pairs I purchased this time are squeaking, which has never happened before. I've tried various solutions such as baby powder and replacing the innersoles, but the squeaking persists. I even attempted to wear the squeaky pair when I'm off duty, only to find that both pairs are noisy. It's quite embarrassing as everyone can hear me coming down the hall. Is there any way you can help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

Hello, my name is Ollie Key. I recently placed an order for red and blue Kwiss men's tennis shoes along with matching T-shirts with the "He Is Risen" logo in size 3X. Unfortunately, the items were delivered to my old address in Sanford, FL, at [redacted] East 2nd Street. I've since relocated to [redacted] Orange Ave., Longwood, FL [redacted]. I contacted the delivery company, and they mentioned that the items were returned to you. I have not seen a refund on my card. I would appreciate it if you could resend the orders to my new address. If you require my card number again, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance, and may God bless you. 😊😇

I purchased a pair of Men's Ultrashot 2 tennis shoes and, for the first time in my 40+ years of playing tennis, developed "tennis toe" on both feet. The pain was unbearable, leading me to seek treatment at Urgent Care after using the shoes only twice. Although the shoes felt comfortable in the store, I suspect the hard toe of the shoe caused my issue. The store informed me that K Swiss has a good reputation for assisting in such situations. Can you please help me with a credit or exchange for another pair of shoes? Losing a $[redacted] pair of tennis shoes would be disappointing. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - C.A.

I recently purchased a pair of K-Swiss Hypercourt Express women’s shoes to use for playing pickleball with my husband and friends, as we are all fans of K-Swiss footwear. This was my first time buying this specific style, and after just a month of wearing them, I noticed a hole in one of the shoes. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt since I trusted the brand's quality and fit, having always worn K-Swiss shoes. I can provide you with photos if necessary. Typically, I wear the K-Swiss Bigshot Light without any issues, but I wanted to try the Hypercourt Express based on positive reviews. These shoes were priced at $89.95, and I would kindly request either a refund or a replacement pair in a size 9. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your dedication to customer service.

I purchased 2 pairs of Court Caspers at Macy's. They are labeled with the word "Court", but they don't quite resemble my previous Court shoes. I believed they were tennis shoes, which are required at my Country Club to play tennis. I have already worn them, so I'm unsure if I can return them. Can you please confirm if these shoes are indeed suitable as Court shoes for tennis? Thank you.

I purchased my K-Swiss shoes approximately 3 months ago. Normally, I opt for Nikes due to better experiences, but decided to give K-Swiss a try. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied. They are wearing out very quickly despite limited wear. The moisture-retaining memory foam is causing a persistent unpleasant odor. Even after washing them twice, the smell remains unbearable, making them almost unwearable. I kindly request for someone to reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you. - Marvin

Please send this to the appropriate department! I am frustrated because the Hypercourt Express tennis shoe has changed for the worse with the new Hypercourt Express 2, particularly the narrower toe box. I have been a loyal customer since the first version and the changes have left me disappointed. The new shoe feels narrower, despite claims of no change in width. Unfortunately, this led me to not explore the rest of the shoe. I used to praise the old Hypercourt Express to friends, but now I have to express my disappointment with the new version. Even the Hypercourt Express Supreme is a letdown with noticeable differences in the fit. I have also used the Big Shot Light shoe which, though not as good as the old Hypercourt Express, I have stuck with. I hope these issues can be addressed.

This is my second attempt to reach Customer Service as I did not receive a reply previously. I had two unpleasant experiences with my new K Swiss tennis shoes. I fell twice within a week on a hard court while wearing them, with both falls occurring in the exact same manner. After the second fall, I had to have X-rays, thankfully my hip was not broken. However, I experienced a lot of pain for quite some time following the incidents. The design flaw that caused my falls was a large rubber lip on the outer sides of the shoes, which tripped me both times when I rotated back around after hitting the tennis ball. I wanted to report this for two main reasons: to prevent others from getting hurt as it is very dangerous, and to request a return and a reimbursement for the shoes. Thank you. - Lisa D.W.

I was trying to get in touch as my daughter got a pair of K-Swiss as a Christmas gift. She can't fit the size 8 and I need to exchange them for a size 9. The shoes are unused, and I am aware that the serial number on the tag allows for a refund or exchange. I want to exchange them without incurring any return fees or agent charges.
