Dear Customer Service, I purchased a Juul device, my first attempt at vaping, less than 30 days ago. I have only used it about 10 times, but I have developed a breathing issue, which is new to me. I am concerned about continuing to vape. Your refund policy states that opened packaging and used products cannot be returned for a refund. I have stopped using the device more than a week ago, but my breathing issue persists. Could you please advise if a full or partial refund is possible? I will be getting rid of the device to not put others at risk. It is unfortunate to lose the money invested in it. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, T. Beal

I purchased a silver Juul two weeks ago from a smoke shop while traveling, and it's already stopped working. When I tried to file a claim, I was surprised to see that the serial number had supposedly already been replaced. This is my third Juul, and the first two are working fine. I've been diligent in using and cleaning them properly with Juul pods. I'm at a loss as to how a claim was made on a product I just bought. I'm feeling quite dissatisfied and frustrated by the lack of response to my attempts to contact customer service. Finding contact information on your website proved difficult, and I had to resort to searching online for help. Additionally, living in Utah complicates things with restrictions on ordering tobacco products. I now have multiple unopened pods and only one functioning Juul, making me question the company's commitment to supporting its products. Disheartening experience.

I bought a two-pack of Virginia tobacco pods, but one of them is not working. Even after trying to clean it, it still does not work. This has happened before, and I was supposed to receive a replacement last time, but it has been over two months and I have not received anything. The experience with customer service has been disappointing, especially considering how pricey these pods are.

I have been purchasing three packs of Mango pods from your company for several months. Occasionally, I have received pods that leak slightly which hasn't been a major issue. However, in the past month, I have bought six packs and each pack has had 2-3 pods that leak, causing significant juice loss. I wanted to bring this to your attention so you can address the issue. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this matter as I truly find your products beneficial.

I have been using Juul for over a year now, going through a pod a day and relying on the online community for my mango pod auto-ship. Despite my love for Juul products, the size of the device and the lack of a feature to help locate it if lost has become frustrating. Having spent over $[redacted] in the past year replacing lost devices, the recent price increase to $34.99 from $12.99 is disheartening. I currently have mango pods but no Juul device, making me reluctant to purchase another due to the risk of it getting lost. I have switched to a disposable vape to save costs but would prefer to stick with Juul. I hope Juul can provide me with a complimentary device so I can continue enjoying their pods. If not, I may have to give up on Juul altogether.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with all the juul pods from my recent order leaking excessively into my device and mouth. This has led to the pods depleting quickly and the liquid changing color from clear to dark brown. I find this concerning and wasteful of my money, as I have gone through two packs in just a week. I even tried using a new device, suspecting it might be the cause, but still faced leakage with the replacement pods. Please cancel any renew orders as I am unable to use your device. I have tried for days but cannot inhale the product without severe coughing, unlike when I smoke cigarettes without issue. I recently bought two packs of 5.0% cool mint pods at a store in Queens, New York. Upon inspection, I noticed that the wicks on the pods were unusually long. When I tried to insert a pod into my Juul, I encountered difficulty as there was significant resistance, and I didn't get any smoke. This issue persisted with multiple pods from both packs. Subsequently, I tried a friend's pod without any problems. I spent $20 on each pack of pods, totaling a considerable amount, and I am reluctant to use them if they are not functioning properly and causing discomfort. I am seeking assistance either in the form of replacement packs or a refund.

I purchased a 2-pack of Cool Mint Juul pods this morning, April 16, [redacted], at a Shell gas station in Nashua, NH, and unfortunately, they have a bad yellow, nasty taste. The store refused to exchange or refund them and suggested I contact JUUL directly. I hope you can assist me with getting these defective pods replaced since I cannot use them. The recent pods I've bought are of poor quality. They only last about 2 hours and don't hit properly. Additionally, they leak and don't match the quality from a few months ago. I comprehend the decision to stop selling in stores to prevent underage use, but since the ban, all pod flavors have suffered. Hello, I struggled with quitting smoking and turned to JUUL. To avoid going back to cigarettes, I bought several JUUL pods from Shell gas stations and 7-Eleven. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing various issues with the pods. After 5 to 7 puffs, liquid leaks into my mouth, which is unpleasant. Additionally, the pods seem to leak and burn through liquid even when I'm not using them. Trying to prevent this, I kept the pods out when not in use, but they ended up loose and leaking. Lately, my Juul device has been malfunctioning. After taking a hit, the light remains on, and the atomizer keeps burning unless I remove the pod. This continuous burning is causing the pods to empty quickly and leak excessively. I replaced the pod recently, but it's already half empty due to leaks. I bought more pods thinking it was a pod issue, but the problem persists. I'm unsure if it's the device or the pods causing this. I have gone through two Juul devices since February 6th of this year. Following about a week of use, every pod I insert leaks significantly. After several people mentioned it might be the device, I had it replaced under warranty and got a new one, only to experience the same issue after a week. My brother, who started using Juul at the same time, has never encountered any leaking pods. While I could manage the leaking, it becomes challenging when the juice reaches my lips through the mouthpiece, especially when the pod is less than half full. I have compared notes with my brother and do not believe I am vaping more vigorously. Could I be making a mistake, or is this a flaw in the device, with me having the bad luck of getting two faulty ones?

Recently, I purchased two packs at Smokers Express in Levittown, PA, only to find that most of the pods were damaged and leaked everywhere. I noticed that the pod I inserted yesterday is now completely empty due to leaking. I haven't used it much in the past day, and it was the last one in the pack. I'd appreciate it if I could receive a replacement since I used my last bit of money to purchase it. Although I have experienced leaking pods before, this one went from over half full to empty overnight without any changes to how I use my juul. Now my device is dirty, and I'm concerned it might get damaged by faulty pods. I rely on my juul but can't keep buying pods if they leak out and empty themselves. I recently switched from my old e-cigarettes to Juul, and I have been highly satisfied with the product. I used to purchase my refills at Tobacco King located in Ashdale Plaza. However, I noticed that the price for a pack of 4 pods has increased from $19.99 to $29.99 in the last 2 weeks. I prefer buying locally rather than online, which is why this price increase has left me feeling very disappointed. I find it hard to justify spending $30 on just 4 pods and I am unsure about the reasons behind such a significant price hike.
