My concern arises from the fact that my PUBG game ID is associated with this Facebook account. This suggests that while my account has been disabled, the individual who has gained unauthorized access continues to engage in PUBG using my identity. This kind of situation typically arises when an account is compromised. The hacker has altered my Facebook name (N.M.), password, and linked mobile number. I have observed the hacker using my PUBG ID to play with my friends. Despite contacting PUBG customer service and being redirected to seek assistance from the social media network team, only your team at Facebook can aid in resolving this issue. My PUBG ID is not insignificant as I have invested approximately ₹6[redacted] in real money over the past year. The account holds sentimental value as well, and losing it impacts my friendships and access to critical information. I wish to inform you that I have been subject to two unauthorized charges on my credit card made by your company. The dates of these charges were as follows:

Please refund my money and investigate these non-existent charges. I signed up for your services on 04/01, paying $4.48 and $22.83 for consultations that were answered by Manuel Hidalgo and then canceled. Although I had to provide my information to make the payment, upon reviewing my card, I was shocked to see these continuing charges. Kindly refund the money to my card promptly and respond to my email as soon as possible to clarify the situation. Also, please remove me as a potential customer due to the breach of trust. I am frustrated by the repeated issues I have encountered with this company. I inquired about a free trial that ended up costing me $5 per answer, even though the service was of no help. I promptly cancelled on the same day, yet I have been charged $34 for a service I no longer use. Despite sending two emails and attempting to call, I have not received a satisfactory response. The lack of care from this company is only adding to my frustration.

On May 14, I called with a question that was promptly answered. At that time, I believed I was only paying for the one call and did not intend to establish an account or membership. My name is George Bain and you can reach me at [redacted] I've been trying to fix my Amana dishwasher for the past two days. It stopped drying months ago and stopped washing two days ago. The "expert" I spoke with suggested a pump issue yesterday morning and provided a part number. Unfortunately, I couldn't get them to address the drying problem despite my attempts. The "reply" function on the website doesn't work, creating frustrating communication difficulties. To resolve the issue, I ended up purchasing a new dishwasher today. Hello! I signed up for a free trial and was assured I would receive a notification before being charged the full subscription price. Unfortunately, I did not receive any email and just noticed that JustAnswer debited $50 from my account. I never used the free trial and would like a refund. I'm facing issues with JustAnswer.com. They claim they can't locate my account with the email I provided, my regular email. I wish to end my association with this company. I contacted customer service because JustAnswer debited £35.00 from my bank account without my consent. As a pensioner, this is a financial strain. Despite providing dates and card details with certain digits omitted, they insist it's a different account. The bank statement shows charges on 4th Sept [redacted] by JA-CAR.com for *trial £5.00 and on 14th Sept [redacted] by JustAnswer *MEMB £35.00. I'm confused and dissatisfied with their service. Additionally, they even sent me a feedback survey. I'm 70 years old and seeking clarity on the situation.

I am experiencing difficulty with trailer icons and messages appearing on the screen of my [redacted] Ford F150 Lariat. I have never had a trailer connected to my truck and have no plans to do so. On January 5, [redacted], I contacted Just Answer seeking medical advice for my 80-year-old husband during a frightening moment. However, their system kept disconnecting as I struggled to type while explaining the situation. It was a distressing experience trying to convey the urgency of the situation without being able to type quickly. I mistakenly thought I needed to pay $1 to chat in my haste, not realizing I was subscribing to their service. Weeks later, I discovered unauthorized monthly charges of $50 on PayPal totaling $[redacted]. When requesting a refund, Just Answer's customer service representatives repeatedly mentioned their [redacted]-day refund policy, despite my dissatisfaction with their service. I strongly urge Just Answer to improve their support for people in medical distress by not disconnecting during critical moments. I am very disappointed with this experience and remain adamant about receiving a refund.

I am surprised to find a charge of R443.00 on my card for a service where I never received a response. Instead of getting help, I was bombarded with irrelevant questions about my issue. Initially, I was informed it would only cost R15.00 and would be connected to a mechanic, which never happened. I did not request to become a member, yet my credit card details were used without my consent. I do not wish to engage with your company in the future and believe your practices are dishonest. I have a baby girl with a man who I refer to as my sperm donor. He stole my first stimulus check by having it sent to his checking account. The lady at Liberty Tax informed us it was sent to his father's address. Despite him claiming it was already cashed, I never received it. He also took my daughter without my consent in [redacted] while we were struggling. He forged my name for a Gold Star Title Loan with the help of a man. I recently discovered he is interested in men. I urgently need to contact the IRS to resolve this and get my money back. He needs to face consequences for his actions, along with the person at Gold Star Title Loan.
