I need assistance changing my Juno password. My email and password were compromised and seen on the dark web. I've been using the free email service since the 1990s. When I attempt to change the password, I reach a screen referencing a "secret question" but am unable to proceed to that step. It seems that answering this question is necessary to update my password.

My account is currently frozen, and I am unaware of the reason behind it. All my funds are held up in this bank account, making it impossible to make a $[redacted] payment to the electric and gas company by 12:00 pm EST today. This payment is crucial to avoid having our utilities shut off. I am a parent to three children, a 5-year-old son, an 11-year-old daughter, and a 13-year-old son, who are coming over for the weekend. Unfortunately, Juno has locked my entire account, leaving me unable to provide for my family's immediate needs. It is urgent that I resolve this issue quickly, as our utilities face disconnection before my children arrive.

I'm Turner J., and I've set up a new crypto account. I'm looking to make an ACH wire transfer from my personal bank. My bank has provided me with a form that needs details like the beneficiary's information, including their bank name, account number, address, city, state, and zip code. They also require the beneficiary bank's details: routing number/ABA, bank name, address, city, state, and zip code. I'd be grateful for your help in providing me with this information. Thank you.

My account has been shut down for at least 5 days now. I have been receiving scam emails impersonating as you constantly, claiming to have issues that need fixing. I forward each one to your Spam site. Despite your claims of working hard to stop these emails, I receive two every day pretending to be from you. After reporting them, my account was completely disabled on my regular computer, and now I am being accused of being part of a scam. When I try to contact you, I am redirected and asked to pay $25 to speak with your staff and fix my computer, which seems like a scam. This has happened several times over my many years with Juno. Please restore my account. I am frustrated with the unhelpful calls and your lack of action against the scam emails. It's disappointing to see the poor support for your clients.

My account has been compromised, and others have told me they received a suspicious email requesting money from me. I'm unable to change my password because I have a basic account with no security questions. The requirement to send a picture of my driver's license to do so seems excessive. My account has been hacked, leading to unauthorized transactions on my credit card in California, which I have since canceled. I urgently need assistance to freeze the account, stop any further damage, and change the password promptly.
