Moreover, when I try to reset my password, the link to do so is being sent to a different email address. I have valuable memories and personal content on my Instagram, so I kindly request that you provide me with information and confirm the status of my account. Hello! I am experiencing difficulties in reposting my own videos or stories, as well as with reposting others' videos and stories. Additionally, I am unable to select music for my stories. Every time I try using the search function, it shows "no results found." I am unable to find any songs. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Instagram. Please help me solve this issue 🙏🏻 Also, I am unable to send you a message directly through the support.

I came across a #Fortnite page yesterday displaying nude dolls or images, which is concerning since Fortnite is a game for kids, and Instagram is for ages 12 and up, such images should not be allowed. I reported the page and received a response quickly stating that they receive too many reports and don't have time to deal with it, but the automated system doesn't see a problem, so the picture wasn't removed. I then took the picture, covered the genitalia, and explained that something is wrong here - my pictures get reported and immediately deleted, my account gets blocked for nothing, as nothing inappropriate is visible. When I reach out to Instagram asking how to get my account unblocked and if we can find a solution, I don't get a response. Now, it seems my Instagram account is blocked; I can't do anything, can't see my profile, read or send messages, or delete my story as I intended after receiving the message. It's frustrating that such images are allowed while my account gets blocked when I'm not doing anything wrong. I don't insult anyone, don't harass anyone, I mind my own business, yet I get reported because I express that I don't want explicit images and that's why they report me. Hello, I am not fluent in English, but I will do my best to explain my situation. My account login details were stolen through the Story Saver app when I attempted to download a funny video. On my profile, there are 11 photos of me dating back to [redacted], as well as a story featuring my face. I can provide the usernames of my subscribers as proof of ownership. It's possible that the hackers have also changed my email address. I can provide my email, password, and the phone number associated with the account. Before the hacking incident on December 12, I had not violated any user agreements or faced any bans. I have submitted 2 requests to restore my account on December 12 and 18 but have not yet received a response. Sincerely, Andrey S.

We are a Moroccan digital agency, Human Marketing Consulting, managing the Instagram account of our client, Arribat Center, a mall in Rabat. The verified account got blocked on Friday, 10 September [redacted], for unknown reasons. We have been unable to access it and are facing an issue with verification via SMS to a home line number. We have access to the account's email and Facebook and can confirm identity via email. The email address used to sign up for the account is [redacted], and we signed up using various devices - iPhone, Android, MacBook, and Windows computer. I am facing an issue with impersonation on Instagram. My account, @darth_baconmort, has been copied by someone using my photos and name to promote fake sex services and phishing scams. The fake account, @heidy_ann_sierra, has a link leading to a suspicious website resembling OnlyFans, aiming to steal personal information and money. Despite multiple reports from me, my family, and friends, the account remains active. I urgently need assistance to have this fraudulent account taken down to prevent further harm.

I am an admin for The Traveling Tap Facebook page. The connection between Instagram and Facebook is not working correctly. We are unable to cross-post from Facebook to Instagram or vice versa. I am seeking urgent assistance regarding a harrowing situation. After fleeing my home country due to a kidnapping attempt, my Instagram account was hacked, and a video showing my current location in the United States was posted without my consent. Although Apple assisted in deactivating the lost phone, the hacker continues to access and post on my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover the account as the registered phone number is inaccessible since we relocated abruptly. Hello Instagram, my account was hacked by someone who sent a wrong video to another user, resulting in my account being banned. The hacker violated the rules of the platform, leading to the closure of my account. I have been using this account for a long time, and this is the first mistake of this kind. Upon using a third-party app for my business Instagram analytics, I encountered a temporary lock on my account upon logging back in. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the email linked to my account. While my phone number is accurate, I am not receiving verification codes. My account has been hacked, and someone has changed my phone and email information on my ksosweet27 account. I can still see my account, but I can't access it. When I try to recover my account, I get an error message. I can't use my username to recover it because the information goes to the hacker. I tried the selfie check, but I got stuck on the loading screen. I have emailed Instagram and Facebook, but haven't received any help. It has been over 48 hours, and this person still has access to my account. They are posting scam pictures and trying to scam my friends and family with a Cash App scam. The hacker logged into my account from an iPhone in New York, but I live on the west coast in Oakland, CA. My account is linked to my Facebook page, which has pictures of me. I sent pictures to confirm my identity but have not received a response. Please help me recover my personal account.

My account got "temporarily locked" because of a 3rd-party/phishing problem, and the recovery code isn't coming to my email. Despite trying multiple times, including checking my spam folder, I haven't been successful in resolving this issue. I've reached out to Instagram via their support number and another account, but I'm not optimistic about getting a response.

My Instagram account, 1973beattie13, has been hacked by scammers pretending to be me and deceiving people into sending money. I urgently need help to delete the account and possibly recover my pictures. If saving the pictures is not feasible, that's fine, I just want the hackers to stop impersonating me. To ensure the safety of communication, I will provide my wife's email address as they already have access to mine. I appreciate any assistance as I am in a desperate situation.

On December 20, [redacted], at 8:45 a.m., someone stole my Instagram (IG) account. Initially, the hacker requested my phone number, and without much thought, I shared it. Then the hacker asked for my number. Did you receive a link in a message from him? I unknowingly sent the link I got, and suddenly I couldn't log into my IG account. The hacker changed my account password and email. I am unable to access my IG account. I am reaching out for assistance to recover my IG account. Kindly help me change the email address and password promptly. I am really hoping to regain access to my IG account.

In [redacted], my son's dad changed the email on my Instagram account to his brother's email. I had to create a new account because I couldn't regain access to my old one. Unfortunately, all my pictures were deleted, except for a Christmas photo. The highlights on my Instagram page are still there as proof that it belonged to me. When I created my new account with the same email, I had to take a picture with a code, which I still have access to.
