I lost my phone, where I didn't have passwords saved, including for Instagram. My phone also had my number. I can't remember the password for Instagram or my email, so I can't recover my Instagram account. I lost my phone on June 26th and haven't used Instagram since. Please help me reset my password. I was recently approached by someone I followed who claimed to have made money with Bitcoin. They connected me with a person on Instagram, although I don't know their name but can provide details of the girl I was following. The individual convinced me to invest money in Bitcoin, send it to an investor, and login to a website to track my profits. They had me record a video as proof that Bitcoin is real. Despite being assured by another person that I would profit, the scammers instructed me to switch to WhatsApp, where my account was hacked. They demanded $[redacted] to regain access and continue the scam. They are now using my account to target others I followed. I want this account deleted to prevent further financial harm.

On Wednesday, the 20th of July, I noticed that my profile picture had been changed from my cat to that of a young woman with what appears to be a Russian name. I was puzzled by this sudden change and decided to switch my picture back to the original one. I also changed my password, although it took a few attempts to do so successfully. I thought everything was fine until the next day when I tried to access my account only to find out that it was disabled. The message instructed me to follow the review instructions, but I kept getting stuck on the "I'm not a robot" verification step. I've been trying for two days now without success. I reached out for support and followed the instructions to send in a selfie with a code, showing my hand and face, but I received a message stating that my account was still disabled. I haven't violated any Instagram policies, as it is a personal account used solely for family and friends. I realized that I hadn't updated my email address or phone number on my account.

I am having trouble reporting a user on Instagram. There is a user named @dylan15kansiscity who had a group chat named "Dick N Balls" where inappropriate content was shared. Despite trying to report this user according to Instagram guidelines, the user deleted the chat, making it difficult to report the offensive behavior. Even though I reported one of his posts, no action was taken. The user has also been posting content that is offensive to some individuals.

Unfortunately, my Instagram account has been completely hacked. I had entrusted a company to help grow my account organically, but they gained access to my information, changed my email, phone number, password, and set up two-factor authentication without my consent. I've tried to recover my account through Instagram's forms, but have not received any response yet. Last week, I repaired my phone, causing me to get logged out of my Instagram account with two-factor authentication. I have a question regarding the comment section on your platform. When reading a comment on your app, additional comments are displayed below it. To see them, you click on "View [redacted] replies" for example. However, only the 3 newest comments are initially shown. In most other apps, conversations unfold chronologically. To follow a conversation on an Instagram comment, I sometimes have to click "View previous replies" 30 times just to understand the topic. I was wondering if there is a specific reason for this or why it is designed this way.
