Despite sending numerous appeals and providing evidence through my school card that verifies my birth year as [redacted], Instagram has not responded. I urgently need access to my account '@kreeeeemini,' where I have over [redacted] posts. The username displayed is "nije dobro." and the account was created in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the email [redacted] I hope Instagram can correct the birthdate error promptly as I've demonstrated my age eligibility.

Hello, My Instagram account is justvivinsta_. On Monday, I authenticated with Instagram using a new email because I wasn't receiving login details to my old email address [redacted] anymore. I used my iPhone 12 pro Max for the first time, and Instagram didn't recognize my phone or the new email. After entering the verification code sent to my number, I was asked to identify myself with a number I don't recognize. I don't receive any SMS there and cannot proceed to access my account. I contacted Instagram support and followed their instructions to provide a picture and a unique code. Despite receiving a recovery code, the issue persists, and I'm stuck at this point. Can you help me?

Hello Instagram Team, This morning we received a message (IMG_2419) and mistakenly clicked a link leading to a scam by individuals who have taken over our account (@jollydesigns). They changed the email address to [redacted], password, and enabled two-factor authentication, preventing us from accessing our account. They are demanding money in exchange for returning access to us. We are at risk of losing 35k followers and valuable customers as our website heavily relies on Instagram traffic. Hello everyone. Unfortunately, my account got deactivated on January 15. Although it's now February 1 and I've come to terms with the deactivation, it was my main source of income as a dancer who gets hired for performances. I had commitments for 2 shows, and without my account, I couldn't communicate with the clients who have already paid me. Also, on January 26, it was my birthday, and I had planned to share a special video with my supporters. I now have debts to settle and people are accusing me of being a scammer, even making threats because I couldn't reply. Hello, my accounts were blocked due to phishing, but I believe it was a mistake. I only intended to update my contact information. I changed my phone number and email to the new ones associated with the account: [redacted] and [redacted], respectively. However, during the password reset, the phishing lock prompts for verification codes sent to my old email and phone number, making me believe both numbers are linked to the account. I no longer have access to the old number, and I've been unable to log in since February 24, [redacted], using my Samsung Galaxy 8 Plus. My username is tu_negritaxx3. I've tried to provide proof that the account belongs to me, including a photo, with no success. I hope you can update my account with the email [redacted] and the phone number [redacted]. I have set up two new Instagram accounts for hobbies, but Instagram is asking for a phone number verification to proceed, which I can't provide as I don't have a mobile phone. I use Instagram on my iPad without a sim card. I even tried using my ex-partner's number without success. This issue is preventing me from using the accounts and is causing problems with my main account. I can't log in to delete the new accounts either. Is there a solution to this problem? I believe it's unfair to require a sim card purchase just to use Instagram as it goes against the equality act.

Hello, Recently, my account was temporarily blocked due to suspicion of unauthorized access. I quickly logged into my account with the same username and password from another device, as it was a misunderstanding, and I am still the rightful owner. However, Instagram requested me to verify my identity with a security code sent to my old phone number. Since I only used my phone number, without providing an email address, I no longer have access to that number as I canceled the contract two years ago. I contacted Instagram to explain my situation. They asked me to confirm my identity by writing a code they sent on a piece of paper along with a photo of myself. After verifying this proof, they sent me a link to reset my password to regain access to my account. Despite following the instructions provided in the email, I still receive the message asking for a security code sent to my old number, which I cannot access. I have also reported this issue along with a screenshot, but have not received a reply. Could you assist me in restoring my account or lifting this suspension? Hello, I had an account username that I changed so I could use it for my company's Instagram account. I was supposed to wait 14 days to reclaim the old username, but I'm still unable to do so. When I try to change the name for my company account, it says I can't due to spam and asks me to try later. Upon opening my Instagram account, I was immediately notified that it had been disabled and that I had 30 days to request a review. Following the provided steps, I unintentionally got logged out and attempting to log back in led to an error message claiming my account no longer existed. Despite trying various methods outlined in support pages, I continued to encounter errors like "an unexpected error occurred" and inability to submit review forms due to the username being unrecognized. Although I thought I successfully completed one form, I have yet to receive any updates. I am seeking assistance on how to successfully submit a review and recover my account. My account got disabled due to alleged violations of community guidelines, including the posting of sexually suggestive content. However, I am a foot model and photographer, and I only post pictures of my feet, shoes, and pedicures without any explicit or suggestive content. I recently fell victim to a phishing scam. My account started posting items for sale even though I didn't click on anything suspicious. Changing my password seemed to stop it, but then my account got disabled a few days later. I updated my recovery email, but it doesn't seem to have saved. Yesterday, I got an email notifying me that someone from Denver, Colorado, accessed my account, even though that email isn't linked to my account. I have precious memories stored on my Instagram account and I'm desperate to regain access. I reached out to Instagram support four days ago but haven't heard back yet.

Whenever I create a new Instagram account, it gets removed and disabled. I have lost multiple accounts, and it feels like Instagram doesn't want me on the app. My account @underwoodbackup was disabled without cause, and the same happened to @underwooodshauna today. I wasn't breaking any rules, so I don't understand the issue. My first account with 30,[redacted] followers got hacked, and Instagram couldn't recover it, leading me to create @underwoodbackup to rebuild my following. I've tried to contact Instagram and followed all their recovery steps without any response. It's been going on for about three months, and I really need help getting my accounts back.
