Imperial Irrigation District Customer Service Issues

At around 3:30 AM, I was woken up by the bright arcing of power lines outside my window followed by a power outage. I believe the issue may have originated from here. This summer after the earthquakes, I reported that the poles were swinging, one appearing to be leaning and on the verge of falling. Just informing you that I was awakened by the arc flash just outside my window which coincided with the power outage.
