Despite understanding the current challenges, some form of order status update and communication would be appreciated given the expensive delivery fee and extended wait time. Unfortunately, there have been no updates or any sign of delivery. Contacting customer service has been challenging due to high call volumes.

Order number [redacted] was placed with a £15 delivery fee for a delivery on December 6. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive as expected. I contacted customer service to address the issue, emphasizing the urgency of the lights needed for the electrician. Only a partial delivery was received, missing the crucial items. It has been challenging to reach IKEA as the automated chat system does not recognize my order number. Feeling incredibly frustrated and upset, I am unable to leave home due to a 2-week self-isolation period. Assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

We have been eagerly anticipating the Allmanbildad wall mounted range hood to become available since October. We have noticed that there is one in stock in Colorado, while we are in Draper, Utah. We are willing to make the 7-hour drive to Colorado to purchase it, but we kindly request that you secure it for us since the distance is significant. Alternatively, could you please let us know if the item will be restocked soon at the Draper store?

Hello, I am in search of replacement parts for my three IKEA beds. During our move, we misplaced the bag containing the hardware for the SKORVA support beams. Although I have the beams, I am unable to locate the mounting brackets, which I believe are part [redacted]. I require three sets or a total of six brackets. Hi,
I placed an online order at IKEA when the store was closed and used vouchers for payment. When the store reopened, I canceled the order to shop in person, but I couldn't use the vouchers anymore.
Now, I've received a refund as a voucher for the canceled order. I would prefer to use this voucher for my recent in-store purchase. I'm hoping to have the voucher amount reimbursed without having to return and repurchase the items.

I am frustrated and disappointed with IKEA's lack of customer service. I have been trying to address the issue with my order #[redacted]59, specifically the damaged Hogsten Chair I received through a non-contact delivery on 11/27/[redacted]. I had to pay a $49.99 delivery fee due to the chair being unavailable at nearby IKEA locations. The delivery had to be contactless due to Governor Newsom's recent order, during which the damaged chair was left outside my door. Despite multiple emails to IKEA since 11/27/[redacted] requesting a replacement chair, as the current one is clearly damaged, I have not received any response after over 30 days of waiting. Phone calls to IKEA have also been unsuccessful. I am still expecting to receive an undamaged replacement chair.

I missed my delivery on 20/12/20 because my phone battery died, even though I tried reaching out within 10 minutes. It was returned to the store. My order number is [redacted] for the kitchen. I bought an item from IKEA Elizabeth that came with several issues like broken pieces and missing parts, indicating it might have been returned incomplete. After speaking with a representative last night, a replacement order was created for me. However, I received an email immediately after the call asking for payment for the replacement, which should be free. When attempting to contact customer service again, I learned the line was closed. I hope to have the replacement order processed without any extra payment, as originally agreed upon.

I recently purchased the IKEA Norden table, and while I've successfully assembled the leg section, I'm struggling to get the screws in the metal spaces to go in flush. Out of the 42 screws for the leg stops and hinges, only two are going in flush. I've watched multiple YouTube videos but still can't figure it out. Could there possibly be an issue with the guide-holes or the blunt end of the screws causing this?
It's crucial to resolve this as nothing else will come together properly if the screws aren't flush. I need guidance on how to get the screws in place correctly, or if not possible, I would need a replacement.
Given the current circumstances of "working from home" during the COVID-19 situation, I would appreciate a prompt response.

We received the order, but unfortunately, one item is missing (No. [redacted]-[redacted]-65 TJUSIG x Euro30). We were not notified about the missing part before delivery.
We have been informed via email that the non-delivery of the item will result in a refund of 10 Euros (losing the 20 Euro bonus for ordering a total amount exceeding Euro [redacted]).
I believe it would be fairer and more ethical to allow the customer to order an item of a different color (e.g., white), thus restoring the 20 Euro bonus offered for a total purchase cost exceeding Euro [redacted].
Therefore, would you refund the 30 Euros or deliver the missing item when available? This seems like a fair solution for both parties. After all, Ikea is responsible for the missing delivery.

I visited IKEA on December 29, [redacted], to purchase a Malm queen size bed with no draws and a matching 6-drawer dresser. When I picked up the items, I was given 4 boxes instead of the 5 I needed. Despite facing confusion at the store, it was disappointing to be handled unprofessionally and offered only $23 as compensation for the inconvenience. I bought a shiny stainless steel kettle from a store in Alfafar, Valencia. Unfortunately, we experienced a dangerous issue where the whistle blew off if the kettle was not turned off immediately after boiling, even with the correct water level. On one occasion, the kettle boiled over, spilling scalding water when poured. Despite not seeing them in store later, they were eventually placed back on shelves. This dangerous problem needs addressing, as it poses a serious risk, as I experienced firsthand. I hope this warning reaches others who may have the same kettle, and I believe there should be a recall or warning in place.

I've attempted to contact multiple times but waiting for over half an hour is quite a challenge. Love Abba, but hanging up is not ideal. Unfortunately, I got disconnected at one point.
I don't want to cancel my order; I truly desire to receive what I selected and paid for. It would be great if it could be delivered to a nearby collection point or even better, to my home.
Paying £5 to collect it plus the fuel cost is adding a significant sum to my order. Last time, I believe the delivery charge was less than £5.
