Type in the item you want to purchase at IKEA, tap the search button or click Enter on your keyboard.
Scroll down to see all the items under Showing results for "bookcase." You can sort the items by size, type, color, price or materials. Once you've chosen an item, click on it to see the product details and which store it's available for purchase.
The next page will show details about the products you want to purchase, including their measurements and high-quality photos. Reviews are also available to help you make an informed decision.
When you scroll more, IKEA also shows similar products and items frequently bought together.
On the left side of the item, you'll find information on how to get the product and whether it's available for pick up or if it's available in-store. You can enter a ZIP Code to check for its availability or tap on Change Store to see a list of stores where the item can be purchased.
If you want to buy items from the same store in the future, click Set as My Store to automatically see if the item you've chosen is available in this specific store.
You can also click on the Visit Store Page to see the complete address of the store, store hours and the products available. Other information you'll find includes amenities provided at this store and if it has Free Wifi, Delivery and Assembly.
If the item you want to purchase isn't available, a Notify Me prompt will appear. You need to click Notify Me and provide your email address to get a notification when the product is already available in-store.
After typing your email address, you'll get one of the three types of notifications in your email:Out of stock with no specific ETA yetOut of stock with an estimated time of arrivalThe product is now available in-store or onlineNote that you can also send Ikea notifications via text message. Just choose the SMS option.
If you don't find the item you're looking for, try to look for similar products you might be interested in. You'll find a list of these items on the product's page. Also, note that those items with the "Few in stock" may not be available to purchase online because they're limited, and there's no guarantee they'll still be available at the time of purchase.
