Hello, I bought a Hovet mirror and a white Malm 6-drawer dresser on July 28th at the Red Hook Brooklyn store. After assembling the furniture the following Saturday, I positioned the mirror across from the dresser by securing both to the walls. Upon returning home yesterday, I discovered that the mirror had torn off a piece of my wall and fallen onto the dresser. As a result, the dresser now displays obvious scratches on two drawers, with significant damage to the particle board in the middle due to the impact of the top left drawer being yanked down by the falling mirror, tearing a bolt from the beams. I attempted to touch up the chipped areas with paint, but the finish looks poor, and one drawer no longer closes properly. Despite my efforts to repair it, the structure remains unstable. I am inquiring about the possibility of obtaining replacements for the damaged parts, considering the recent purchase date and the fact that both items were anchored to the wall.

I have always been a fan of Ikea and their products. Unfortunately, I recently purchased an area rug and two chair cushions with ottoman cushion from them (product numbers [redacted]6 and [redacted]3) only to discover they were infested with fleas or insects. After feeling something on my skin, I investigated and found the issue. I had to dispose of the infested items. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at Ikea for a refund, they were unwilling to listen or assist, claiming they had not faced such a problem before. I urge Ikea to inspect their products, particularly the area rugs, as I noticed fleas elsewhere too. I am not seeking compensation but feel it's vital for Ikea to address this issue promptly before I can consider shopping there again. I had ordered 40 glass vases and paid for delivery. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that none of the boxes had a "Fragile" label. The delivery driver handled the items roughly, causing me to anticipate breakage. To my dismay, the third part of the delivery was partly open, revealing broken glass inside. I refused this part out of concern for my expensive flooring and the safety of my children who play around the house without shoes. I placed an order on June 27, [redacted], #[redacted]60. I received an email confirmation with an estimated delivery of August 10, [redacted], but haven't heard anything since. This wait is already long. When tracking my order, it shows conflicting estimated delivery dates - August 10, [redacted], and September 14, [redacted]. This is frustrating. I purchased this bed for my nephew, who has been struggling after losing his grandma. It was meant to be a special gift to help with his healing process. It's disappointing that there is no customer service to contact and no response from IKEA on social media. Waiting for a delivery with no clear date is unsettling, especially considering the high delivery cost charged by IKEA. Hi, I reached out on Twitter on July 15th, but I have yet to receive a response. I had a reservation for items from the Kitchen, and after receiving an email on July 31st stating the items were available for pickup until August 10th, I went in to collect them early. Unfortunately, one item was not available despite the system showing it as in stock. I experienced frustration given the timely construction preparations I made and the significant amount spent at Ikea for this order. The customer service manager, Diana, was unhelpful and even rude, offering no resolution except a delayed delivery date. I requested compensation, but was directed to speak with the Kitchen manager. After further discussion, it was suggested that my order was fulfilled with damaged items. I am considering canceling the delivery and seeking a new kitchen elsewhere due to this issue. Order # [redacted], placed online on 9/7/20, was delivered by DPD to Matalan in Colchester allegedly on 1/8/20 in the morning. The item was collected by someone the same evening, but it wasn't me. I spent 2 hours at Matalan yesterday dealing with staff from both Matalan and DPD over the phone. Matalan reviewed their CCTV footage from that day but found no evidence of the parcel being taken. Yesterday at noon, the parcel was scanned as waiting for collection, but as DPD is closed for the weekend, I can't get more details on the scan. As a result, my order is currently lost in transit. I am frustrated by DPD's handling of my parcel and their failure to resolve the issue despite my numerous calls.

I filled out a return form with all required details and included a copy of the sale sheet for three Henriksdal bar stool covers. I mailed it via UPS to the nearest IKEA store in Houston, TX, as instructed on the form. I tracked the shipment and confirmed it was received over two weeks ago. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service at different times, I have been unable to reach anyone as they seem overwhelmed and unable to assist. I even tried contacting sales assistance to seek guidance but received the same unhelpful message. As a last resort, I am considering filing a dispute through PayPal due to the lack of response or resolution regarding my return.

Hello, I want to share my upsetting experience at IKEA on July 30. I visited the store in Coquitlam, BC, looking for assistance to load $[redacted] worth of items, including a dresser, tv stand, and desk. Despite being assured by multiple employees, when I asked for help downstairs, I was rudely told that no one could assist due to COVID. I was forced to load everything into my truck alone, causing me great physical distress. I recently received order number [redacted]66, expecting 4 table legs ([redacted]), but I only received 3. I reached out to the carrier who mentioned that the missing item was left on the truck and would be delivered later. Unfortunately, they have not shown up as promised, and I have been unable to reach them. Additionally, there are two more items missing from my order, specifically items [redacted] and [redacted]. The carrier assured me that these would be delivered but I have yet to receive them.

Hello, Yesterday, I received an order I placed online, but the delivery personnel mentioned having to collect another item that I wanted to return, claiming it was from a different company. I am a bit confused as I was instructed through a message to collect first and then deliver. Everything was booked online, and the situation is frustrating since my home is now cluttered with goods, leaving little room to move around comfortably.

Hello, I went shopping at my local IKEA in West Chester, Ohio today. I had about 12 large items on my list, but almost everything was sold out except for two things. I checked online before heading to the store since it's not close to my house, and it showed that they had the items in stock. I arrived at 10 am when they opened, but everything was already sold out. Many other customers in the store were also disappointed. I am moving in 4 weeks, so I'm wondering when items will be restocked or if I'll need to purchase them elsewhere.

Order #[redacted]17 is the reference for my recent purchase. On July 18, [redacted], I paid $50 for home delivery. Unfortunately, from the three items I ordered, the Bastis Hook (Article #[redacted].[redacted].37) was missing from the delivery. Moreover, the Lack shelf I received had two scratches, likely caused during transport as it was inadequately wrapped in a thin plastic layer. After reaching out to XPO Logistics, the delivery company, I faced a long wait on hold, got transferred, and ultimately got disconnected. Despite being told I would be notified once it's available, I haven't received any updates. Upon checking the website, I saw the item available but now it shows as unavailable for delivery. Order (#[redacted]25) was scheduled for delivery on July 30 and confirmed by the carrier the night before. Unfortunately, it was not delivered as the merchandise was not ready for pickup at the Memphis store. After contacting Mario in customer service on August 6, he located the items in the loading area and apologized for the oversight. Mario assured me that my order would be delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on August 7. However, the merchandise did not arrive, and I have not received any updates from IKEA or the carrier (NAL). I am uncertain if I will receive this order and am requesting a refund of the $[redacted] paid. I made an order (Order #[redacted]95) on 7/22 for an Alex Drawer Unit and two Grasidan Box Drawer Organizers. The original delivery date of 8/1 was rescheduled multiple times due to delivery company issues. I ordered two Erktorp sofas - a two-seater and a three-seater. Initially, there was confusion with the order as my husband placed a duplicate order thinking the first one didn't go through. When the deliveries arrived, we realized the mistake and contacted customer service. They identified the issue, refunded the duplicate order, and scheduled a pick-up.
