My name is Carrie Gorman, and I am an employee at IHOP in Surprise on Bell Road. I have been facing harassment from a server named Dana, who confronted me as I was leaving work yesterday. Additionally, I feel I've been treated unfairly by the management, possibly due to discrimination. I contacted the district manager, but have not received a response. I don’t have any complaints about the restaurant, but I currently choose not to visit IHOP due to the commercials being a turn-off. The individual singing "When You're Smiling" in the ads sounds quite unpleasant to me, and it makes me want to cry. I believe the singer must be related to someone involved in making the commercials, as I can't comprehend why that singing style was chosen. Once a new commercial airs, I may reconsider going back to IHOP. I used to enjoy meals there, and I appreciate you taking the time to listen to my feedback. Thank you, Nadine.

During our visit to the Roseville IHOP with family and friends, we encountered some disappointing service. Despite being loyal customers from Flint, we were greeted with cold food and lackluster attention from a lazy waitress. Repeated requests for table cleaning and simple items like ice water with lemon were met with indifference. The waitress displayed unprofessionalism and a negative attitude throughout our meal. Complaints about the cold food fell on deaf ears, and we experienced significant delays in both receiving our orders and settling the bill. The overall experience left us frustrated, prompting us to seek assistance by walking up to the front. Thank you.

I'm disappointed in my recent experiences at a restaurant in Gainesville, Texas. My friend and I ordered two iced teas totaling $6 and paid with a $20 bill. When I asked for change, the waitress gave us all ones instead of any silver coins, which seemed odd. On another occasion, we waited 25 minutes to be seated despite there being only 6 customers in the restaurant. After finally being seated, our food took 45 minutes to arrive and was cold. When I questioned the waitress, she brought a new order, admitting the mistake. Additionally, I was overcharged for a Philly sandwich, being charged $11.99 instead of the listed price of $9.99. This service has left me quite bewildered about the restaurant's operations.

As someone with celiac disease, I'm disappointed that IHOP's $5.00 All You Can Eat Pancakes for their 65th anniversary promotion doesn't include gluten-free pancakes. I feel excluded due to my dietary restrictions and I'm sure others with similar conditions feel the same way. It's unfair not to cater to our needs. I genuinely enjoy IHOP's gluten-free pancakes, finding them the best among all restaurants that offer them. I always look forward to ordering them during my visits to IHOP. I am a frequent visitor of IHOP in Waukesha, Iowa. Today, my grandchild and I visited the location off Mills Civic Parkway and encountered a very distressing situation. The manager followed me to the front, and one of her male employees acted aggressively towards me, resulting in an altercation. As we left, the manager made disrespectful remarks and banned us from returning until later. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding this incident at [redacted]. Thank you.

On August 7th, I used 3 pan coins to pay for a short stack of pancakes, but the app deducted 6 pan coins from my account. Navigating the app is excessively complex and confusing, which is why I tend to avoid using it. The IHOP server assisted me and mentioned that many customers share my frustration with the pan coin app. Furthermore, I attempted to reach out to IHOP through their website, but I struggled to pass the recaptcha verification process due to the difficulty in proving I am not a robot.

Today, I dined at a restaurant and noticed small bugs crawling on the table after finishing my meal. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he simply offered to wipe the table. I was concerned that the bugs might have been in my food. I felt uncomfortable about the situation and think that more should have been done to address it properly. I paid $22 for my meal at store #[redacted] and was disappointed. I will not be returning to this establishment due to the unprofessional handling of the issue.

I have an online friend who I talk to daily, she's my best friend and the closest person I have since I don't have anyone in real life. Unfortunately, she's in danger due to her abusive family and other issues, possibly at risk of becoming homeless. She disappeared over 2 weeks ago, and I'm worried sick. I only know her first name, where she works, her state, and approximate age. I'm not familiar with American resources to locate her. Can anyone help me find her? Today, on August 31, [redacted], I called the restaurant located at [redacted] Rosemead Blvd [redacted] asking the staff about the promotion where kids eat for free. They mentioned the promotion was valid all day, so I got excited thinking my budget would allow me to take them out for a meal. However, when I asked about it again at the time of paying the bill at 3:45 pm, the waiter informed me the promotion was only valid after 4 pm, and I couldn't benefit from it. I had to pay the full amount, and this left me feeling disappointed as my budget was tight, and I had to use the money I had set aside for rent. It was confusing to receive conflicting information about when the promotion was supposed to be valid, and it affected my plans and budget negatively.

I recently visited an IHOP in Covington, WA, with my daughter, son, and sister. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was not up to standard. My daughter's chicken grill sandwich tasted terrible, causing her to feel sick. I had the blueberry pancakes with hash browns, bacon, sausages, and scrambled eggs with cheese. My sister ordered over medium eggs with hash browns, bacon, and sausages, while my son had a grilled cheese with fries. None of the food was properly cooked; my hash browns and my sister's were crunchy. When we complained, the staff seemed indifferent and even when they brought back the hash browns, they were burnt. The service was terrible, and the overall experience was unpleasant. I will not be returning to that IHOP again.

Yesterday around 11:25 a.m., my family and I went to our local IHOP on Cobb Pkwy in Marietta, GA. We received a warm welcome upon entering. Although we were not disabled, we were directed to a table designated for handicapped individuals in the server's section. The chairs for the wheelchair were unstable, but a helpful employee quickly replaced it. After ordering water and coffee, our drinks took quite some time to arrive compared to other guests. We addressed this with a young employee who brought us our drinks, expressing our disappointment in the delay and lack of attention from our server. We requested to speak to the manager but no one came over. Eventually, we decided to leave, noting the server's surprised reaction as we departed. This experience was extremely disappointing and left us questioning why we decided to return to IHOP after the treatment received in the past.

I recently had an interview that went smoothly, completed all the necessary paperwork, and was told to start on September 12th. However, when I arrived at 9 a.m., they seemed confused and claimed they never received an email from me. This is not accurate as I have the confirmation on my phone thanking me for submitting all the required documents.

I recently learned that IHOP will stop serving gluten-free pancakes, potentially also affecting the waffles, starting in October [redacted]. Can someone confirm if this news is accurate, and if it applies to all IHOP locations? I rely on IHOP for their exceptional gluten-free pancakes due to my Celiac Disease, not by choice. If this change is going to affect all IHOP restaurants, I am extremely disappointed and concerned about where to find suitable meal options in the future.

I placed an order on Uber Eats from the IHOP on S. Carrollton in New Orleans, Louisiana. Unfortunately, my entire order was incorrect, and I didn't receive my drink. To address the issue, I contacted the restaurant. Subsequently, a female employee repeatedly called me and made inappropriate statements, prompting me to file a harassment report with the police. Such behavior is unacceptable, and appropriate actions should be taken regarding her employment. This situation is absolutely outrageous.

My recent visit to the new IHOP located at [redacted] Glenway Dr, Statesville, NC [redacted] was disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed they were out of popular items like waffles and crepes, which was a letdown. The restaurant seemed disorganized with dirty tables and a lack of staff attending to them. Despite several employees outside engaging with customers in their vehicles, the inside was neglected. A lady informed us that no tables were available until they were cleaned, highlighting a lack of efficiency. We decided to leave as it was frustrating to see the staff not prioritizing their duties. This experience was a letdown, especially considering our initial high hopes for the IHOP's return to the area. The decline in service quality and overall operation of the restaurant was evident, leaving me disappointed in the establishment's management.

On the evening of September 17, [redacted], at [redacted] Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas, [redacted], I encountered an issue with redeeming the T-Mobile Tuesday 3 Pancoins special. Tami, the hostess, was unaware of the process. After struggling to input the code and redeem the offer on the IHOP mobile app, I tried to redeem 5 Pancoins for a stack of pancakes but the order was never received by the IHOP location. I currently have 8 unused Pancoins and did not receive the pancakes from the 5 Pancoins I redeemed. I am requesting that the 5 Pancoins be credited back to me.

I've made multiple orders through your mobile app, but unfortunately, my dietary preferences are consistently disregarded. I always make sure to select the option to exclude pickles and onions, especially from a chicken sandwich. Despite this, my order last night arrived with these toppings once again. This situation has left me feeling frustrated. I would appreciate guidance on how to ensure that my preferences are respected in future orders.

I contacted the IHOP in Oxon Hill, MD on Oxon Hill Rd to report missing condiments from my delivery. I was informed that Lisa, the Manager, was unavailable after holding for 5 minutes. Although I mentioned my complaint to the staff member who answered, I was not asked for my contact information. My intention was to inform the manager for future reference, but now I request a refund of $25.00. Today at noon, my wife and I, who are both disabled, dined at the Springhill, FL location. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the long wait and the cold food served. Despite ordering the sirloin tips with eggs, pancakes, and hash browns, only the eggs were warm. Our waitress, an older white female, offered to replace the pancakes but seemed uninterested. We paid $36 for the meal without any discounts or complimentary items. This was our third visit, and the service was the worst we've experienced. The waitress appeared unhappy and lacked warmth. We won't be going back to this location but will try the Riverview branch during our next trip. The establishment could benefit from a significant change in attitude.
