Today, I went to IHOP at [redacted] Sudley Rd in Manassas, VA [redacted]. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience as my coffee glass was dirty, and the plate under the pancakes had some unknown coloring on it. I attached a photo of my check #[redacted]9 totaling $17.36. I hope the restaurant can improve their cleanliness as it was unpleasant to start the morning with this kind of experience. Thank you.

During our vacation from the UK, we dined at your establishment on International Drive. Our bill came to $40.60. When settling the payment, the server inquired about tips, insisting they were mandatory. Despite leaving a cash tip on the table, we felt pressured when she mentioned it and agreed to round the bill to $45. A couple of days later, we discovered that our card was charged first for $45, then it was adjusted to $49.60, including an $8 tip on top of the cash tip we had given. This incident occurred at Applebee's on the [redacted], which we later learned is part of the same company. We consider this behavior unacceptable and feel cheated. After numerous visits to your country, we are appalled by the treatment at both of your restaurants, making us reluctant to visit Florida again. We attempted to call you at 9:30 am before departing, but your office was still closed. We expect a response to address this issue respectfully.

I recently visited IHOP on 34th Street South in St. Petersburg, Florida, and I must say, the ladies' bathroom there has not improved at all. The hallway leading to it is also dirty with no hand towels and a terrible smell. I met friends from out of state there on Thursday, October 12, [redacted], and had to warn them about the poor condition of the bathroom. I hope this feedback can help improve the cleanliness of your establishment, as it may attract more customers if maintained better. Thank you.

I placed an order through IHOP at 9:00 a.m. and received a text from IHOP stating that the food would be delayed until 9:45 a.m. After speaking with the IHOP manager, I was told to contact DoorDash at the provided number, but I was unable to reach anyone. I decided to drive to pick up my order at 10:00 a.m., only to receive a text from the DoorDash driver stating that my food would now arrive at 11:00 a.m. I am concerned about getting a refund for the delivery charge. I recently visited IHOP in Richmond, Indiana on 10/28/23. I had a disappointing experience. The service was poor, the food was lukewarm, my wife's meal was delayed and incorrect, and we didn't receive a coffee refill. The young staff members never checked on us, and my wife's dish was removed from the bill. We ended up paying almost $50 for subpar food and overpriced coffee. There was a lack of gratitude from the employees, and our waiter seemed indifferent. Despite there being few customers in the restaurant, the service was still lacking. This experience was a letdown considering I've always enjoyed dining at IHOP.

I want to give a big shoutout to the staff at the IHOP in Cedar Knolls, NJ. During my visit for lunch today, I realized I had left my wallet behind. After calling them, they confirmed they had found it. When I returned to collect it, they were incredibly kind and helpful. I am so grateful as losing my wallet would have been a huge inconvenience with credit cards, my driver's license, and medical cards in there. I am impressed by how smoothly they helped me reclaim it. Thank you to the team for their outstanding assistance.
