The home health and well-being assessment process has been disappointing. Two years ago, the assessment was poorly conducted, as the assessor was unprepared and unable to measure my blood pressure. This year, the assessor failed to show up and only contacted me later to reschedule. The customer service from Signify Health was equally unsatisfactory, with multiple transfers and no assistance until I requested to speak with a supervisor. Despite promises of a follow-up, I was simply told to schedule another assessment. My expectations of Humana are minimal, so even a response from a customer service representative would be a surprise at this point.
