I recently received an email from what appears to be Hotmail.com regarding a service alert dated 15 December. The email mentioned a supposed unusual request to delete my HOTMAIL.COM email account that was detected by their activity scanner. However, I found the wording concerning. It provided a service request number S[redacted] and a telephone number [redacted], claiming the request came from Cuba. I'm unsure if this is a legitimate communication from Hotmail.com or a possible scam.

I have been unable to access my Hotmail account for 10 days now, even though I know my password. Despite completing the recovery form multiple times, I am still locked out. I am seeking additional tips for filling out the form other than those provided by Microsoft. Specifically, I would like to know how far back Microsoft considers "recent" when asking for the subject line and recent people emailed.

My Facebook account and possibly more were hacked on January 5, [redacted], by an individual using the email address [redacted] My son identified that the hacker was located in Georgia.
I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue with my Facebook account and reclaiming my original email address. The hacker remains the primary email on the account, allowing access to my personal information and other people's posts.

I've had an email account, [redacted], that got hacked years ago and I haven't been able to access it for over 5 years. This email, which I created in elementary school with fake information, contains important documents regarding my college loans and divorce from court. I have been struggling to access my account for more than 8 years now. The email address linked to my account is [redacted] I suspect that I might have used a fake birth year when I created it as I was young. The Skype username connected to this account is anpyles. There are folders in my account named "babes mail" and a few others similar to that. The last emails in this account were sent to individuals named Travis, James, and possibly my mom, Tamera. I have important emails stored there from MySpace, and maybe Facebook, Neopets, and potentially some from James. Contact names include Tamera P., Travis P., James from Wales, England, Summer D., Destiny D., among others. I created this account in middle school. I forgot my Hotmail password and tried using a code sent to my BC Partners account, but Hotmail still didn't have enough information to let me back in. For the past few weeks, whenever my emails end up in the Junk folder, they keep getting automatically moved back to the Inbox. Today, when I logged in, I noticed that the layout of my Inbox has changed, and the folders on the left side are missing. When I tried to revert it back to the normal view, it prompted me to enter a code and the last 4 digits of my phone number associated with the account. I followed the steps, but without a mobile phone, I didn't receive any code. Now, whenever I attempt to log in, it keeps asking for a code that I never received. This situation is frustrating and confusing.
